Abstract
The invention discloses a double-wall drill rod. When the two double-wall drill rods are connected, the external threads at the lower end of the outer pipe of the first double-wall drill rod are connected with the internal threads at the upper end of the outer pipe of the second double-wall drill rod, the sealing ring of the assembly joint on the second double-wall drill rod is inserted into the step hole B of the lower joint of the first double-wall drill rod, the first fluid channels of the two double-wall drill rods are communicated with each other, the second fluid channels are communicated with each other, and the outer edge surface of the sealing ring and the inner edge surface of the step hole B are sealed through the sealing ring B, so that fluid in the first fluid channel. referring to fig. 1, a double-walled drill pipe includes an outer pipe 1 and an inner pipe 2. The upper end of the outer tube 1 is provided with an internal thread, the lower end of the outer tube is provided with an external thread and is provided with a central hole, and the upper end of the central hole is provided with an enlarged step hole. The upper portion of the outer edge face of the upper short circuit 200 is provided with a groove, a clamp spring A205 is installed in the groove, and the middle portion of the outer edge face is provided with an outward boss. The sealing ring 206 is of an annular structure, and the sealing ring 206 is installed between the upper end face of the boss of the upper short circuit 200 and the clamp spring A205. The lower end of the sealing ring 206 abuts against the upper end face of the boss of the upper short circuit 200, and the upper end of the sealing ring 206 abuts against the lower end of the clamp spring A205, so that the sealing ring 206 is prevented from being disengaged upwards or downwards relative to the upper short circuit 200.
A sealing ring A203 is arranged between the inner edge surface of the sealing ring 206 and the outer edge surface of the upper short circuit 200, and the sealing ring A203 is an O-shaped sealing ring; 2 sealing ring grooves are processed on the outer edge surface of the sealing ring 206, a sealing ring B202 is placed in each sealing ring groove, and each sealing ring B202 is a mountain-shaped sealing ring. An annular gap 23 is formed among the connecting pipe 21, the lower connector 22 and the central hole of the outer pipe 1, an axial pore channel 201 is axially processed on a boss of the upper short joint 200, and the pore channel 201 and the annular gap 23 form a first fluid channel; the through-hole 24 forms a second fluid passage; a centralizer 4 is arranged between the outer pipe 1 and the inner pipe 2, and a pore passage 40 which is communicated with fluid up and down is processed on the centralizer.
Referring to fig. 2, when two double-wall drill pipes are connected, a first double-wall drill pipe is arranged on the upper portion, a second double-wall drill pipe is arranged on the lower portion, external threads at the lower end of an outer pipe of the first double-wall drill pipe are connected with internal threads at the upper end of an outer pipe of the second double-wall drill pipe, a sealing ring 206 of an assembly joint 20 on the second double-wall drill pipe is inserted into the bottom of a lower joint 22 of the first double-wall drill pipe and enters a stepped hole of a through hole 24, first fluid passages of the two double-wall drill pipes are communicated, a second fluid passage of the two double-wall drill pipes is communicated, and a sealing ring B is arranged between the outer edge surface of the sealing ring 206 on the second double-wall drill pipe and the inner.
