Technical Field

Background
With the deep production and development of various oil fields at home and abroad, most oil fields have casing damage with different degrees, and the production and development of petroleum are greatly influenced. The double-layer combined sleeve is an important means for protecting the sleeve in advance, and most double-layer combined sleeves at present adopt a cementing method between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve, so that the extrusion resistance of the sleeve can be improved, but in a region with larger stratum peristalsis, the extrusion force of the stratum is directly transmitted to the inner sleeve through the outer sleeve and the cement ring, so that the inner sleeve is damaged, the oil extraction engineering cannot be carried out, and the construction is complex and difficult to operate. As shown in fig. 1, a double-layer combined sleeve with a girth weld comprises an internal thread coupling joint 1, an external thread coupling joint 2, an external layer sleeve 3, an internal layer sleeve 4 and a connecting ring, wherein the external layer sleeve 3 comprises three sections, namely an internal thread coupling joint section 31, an external thread coupling joint section 32 and a connecting ring 33 between the two sections; the internal thread coupling joint section 31 and the external thread coupling joint section 32 of the outer casing 3 are respectively in threaded connection with the internal thread coupling joint 1 and the external thread coupling joint 2, two ends of the inner casing 4 are respectively connected with the internal thread coupling joint 1 and the external thread coupling joint 2, one ends of the connecting casing of the internal thread coupling joint 1 and the external thread coupling joint 2 are respectively provided with a stepped internal thread, and two ends of the inner casing 4 are respectively in threaded connection with the internal thread coupling joint 1 and the external thread coupling joint 2.
The inner diameter of the connecting ring 33 is larger than the outer diameter of the outer casing 3, and the outer casing 3 is connected with the internal thread coupling joint section 31 and the external thread coupling joint section 32 in a lap welding mode by the connecting ring 33; the outer diameter of the connection ring 33 is smaller than the outer diameter of the internally threaded coupling joint 1; an annular gap is arranged between the inner casing 4 and the outer casing 3.
As shown in figure 1, an annular gap is arranged between the inner casing 4 and the outer casing 3, and the gap value is 3-10mm.
As shown in fig. 2, one end of the female coupling joint 1 is provided with a joint female screw 11, and the other end is provided with an inner sleeve connecting screw 12 and an outer sleeve connecting screw 13 with different pitch diameters;
as shown in fig. 3, one end of the external thread coupling joint 2 is provided with a joint external thread 21, and the other end is provided with two layers of external sleeve connecting internal threads 22 and internal sleeve connecting internal threads 23 with different diameters;
as shown in fig. 4, the outer casing 3 is divided into three sections, i.e., an internally threaded coupling joint section 31 and an externally threaded coupling joint section 32, and the internally threaded coupling joint section 31 and the externally threaded coupling joint section 32 are fixedly connected by a connecting ring 33.
As shown in fig. 4, both ends of the outer sleeve 3 are provided with a first external thread 34 and a second external thread 35, and the first external thread 34 and the second external thread 35 are positive-rotation threads.
The inner diameter of the connecting ring 33 is 0.5-0.9mm larger than the outer diameter of the outer sleeve 3; the internal thread coupling joint section 31 and the external thread coupling joint section 32 of the outer casing are connected with the connecting ring 33 into a whole in a lap welding mode, so that a first welding line 5 and a second welding line 6 are formed.
An inner-layer sleeve connecting thread 12 and an outer-layer sleeve connecting thread 13 are formed at one end of the connecting sleeve of the internal-thread coupling joint 1, the pitch diameter of the inner-layer sleeve connecting thread 12 is smaller than that of the outer-layer sleeve connecting thread 13, and the inner-layer sleeve connecting thread 12 and the outer-layer sleeve connecting thread 13 form a stepped inner thread; the female coupling joint threads 13 are positive-locking threads.
One end of the connecting sleeve of the external thread coupling joint 2 is provided with an inner layer sleeve thread 22 and an outer layer sleeve thread 23, the pitch diameter of the inner layer sleeve thread 22 is smaller than that of the outer layer sleeve thread 23, the inner layer sleeve thread 22 and the outer layer sleeve thread 23 form a step-shaped internal thread, and two ends of the inner layer sleeve 4 are respectively provided with a third external thread 41 and a fourth external thread 42; the third external thread 41 and the fourth external thread 42 are reverse-handed threads, as shown in fig. 5.
The first external thread 34 of the internally threaded coupling joint section 31 in the outer casing 3 mates with the internally threaded coupling joint thread 13; the second external thread 35 of the externally threaded coupling joint section 32 in the outer casing 3 mates with the externally threaded coupling joint thread 23;
the inner casing connection thread 12 is a counter-rotating thread, and the third external thread 41 and the fourth external thread 42 are respectively engaged with the inner casing connection thread 12 and the inner casing thread 22.
The assembly of a single double-layer combined sleeve in the double-layer sleeve is as follows:
