The structure of the third alternative scheme is shown in figure 8, the structure that a conical hole 202 is arranged between a through hole 201 of a joint sleeve 2 and an internal thread hole 203 is replaced by a guide sleeve 8 with a double-end conical hole which is nested in the internal thread hole of the joint sleeve, namely, both ends of the guide sleeve form a conical big hole, the middle part is a conical small hole, one end of the conical big hole end of the guide sleeve is opposite to the through hole of the joint sleeve, the aperture of the conical big hole end of the guide sleeve is larger than that of the through hole, the aperture of the conical small hole end of the guide sleeve is the same as that of the joint sleeve, C-shaped clamp springs 3 are arranged at the big hole ends at both ends of the conical hole of the guide sleeve, the clamp springs at both sides are embedded into the conical holes along the inclined planes of the conical holes at both ends to be deformed into an O shape when the seal sleeve 5, the guide sleeve and the through hole end of the joint sleeve are mutually extruded in place, namely, the corrugated straight pipe of the main joint piece and the joint sleeve form clamping limit.
The corrugation of the corrugated straight pipe 101 of the main joint part 1 shown in fig. 1 is arc-shaped corrugation, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the corrugation of the corrugated straight pipe can also adopt annular corrugation or conical corrugation, or other structures capable of forming a corrugation groove and forming a clamping stop at the corrugation groove by matching with the clamp spring 3, and the purpose of reliable anti-falling can also be achieved.
In each of the above-mentioned structure schemes, in order to facilitate the operation of screwing and locking the joint sleeve 2 and the rotary lock sleeve 7, a screwing nut or a screwing handle is integrated on the outer portions of the joint sleeve and the rotary lock sleeve.
Furthermore, in order to ensure that the sealing sleeve 5 is more reliable when abutting against the tightening sealing along with the screwing locking sleeve, one end of the sealing sleeve abutting against the auxiliary joint piece pipe fitting 6 is provided with a tapered section which is gradually reduced.

Claims (9)
1. An anti-drop quick connector is characterized in that a main connector (1) and an auxiliary connector are correspondingly connected, the main connector is provided with a corrugated straight pipe (101), the auxiliary connector is provided with a pipe fitting (6) with an annular flange (601) at the end part and a rotary lock sleeve (7) movably sleeved on the outer diameter of the pipe fitting, one end of the rotary lock sleeve is a plane and is abutted against the annular flange of the pipe fitting, and the outer diameter surface of the rotary lock sleeve is provided with an external thread; the quick connector comprises a connector sleeve (2) and a sealing sleeve (5) for sleeving a corrugated straight pipe, wherein one end of the connector sleeve is provided with an internal threaded hole (203) matched with the external thread of the rotary locking sleeve, the aperture of the internal threaded hole is matched with the external diameter of the sealing sleeve, the other end of the connector sleeve is provided with a through hole (201) matched with the external diameter of the corrugated straight pipe of the main connector, and the through hole and the internal threaded hole are arranged in a centering way; when the corrugated straight pipe of the main joint piece extends into the internal threaded hole along the through hole and is sleeved with the sealing sleeve, and the joint sleeve is locked with the rotary lock sleeve, one end of the sealing sleeve abuts against the end part of the pipe fitting of the auxiliary joint piece to form sealing, and the inner wall of the sleeve hole of the sealing sleeve and the outer diameter surface of the corrugated straight pipe of the main joint piece form extrusion sealing; the connector is characterized in that a tapered hole (202) which is gradually and greatly arranged from the through hole to the inner threaded hole is arranged between the through hole (201) of the connector sleeve (2) and the inner threaded hole (203), a large hole end of the tapered hole is provided with a C-shaped clamp spring (3), the clamp spring follows the tapered hole and is embedded into the tapered hole along the inclined surface of the tapered hole to deform into an O shape when the end surface of the sealing sleeve (5) is extruded in place, and the O-shaped clamp spring is sleeved and matched with the corrugated groove of the corrugated straight pipe (101) of the main connector (1) to form clamping limit, namely the corrugated straight pipe of the main connector and the connector sleeve form clamping limit.

The anti-drop quick coupling according to claim 1, characterized in that a section of tapered hole (202) which is gradually enlarged towards the inner threaded hole from the through hole is arranged between the through hole (201) of the coupling sleeve (2) and the inner threaded hole (203) so that a guide sleeve (8) with a tapered hole is nested in the inner threaded hole of the coupling sleeve, the small hole end of the tapered hole of the guide sleeve is aligned and communicated with the through hole of the coupling sleeve, the large hole end of the tapered hole of the guide sleeve faces the inner threaded hole, and the large hole end is provided with the C-shaped clamp spring (3).

The anti-drop quick connector according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that an annular gasket (4) sleeved on the corrugated straight pipe (101) of the main connector (1) is arranged between the sealing sleeve (5) and the clamp spring (3), the aperture of the annular gasket is matched with the outer diameter of the corrugated straight pipe, and the outer diameter of the annular gasket is matched with the aperture of the internal thread hole (203) of the connector sleeve (2).

The anti-drop quick connector according to claim 1, characterized in that a section of tapered hole (202) which is gradually enlarged towards the inner threaded hole from the perforation is arranged between the perforation (201) of the connector sleeve (2) and the inner threaded hole (203) to replace a structure that a guide sleeve (8) with a tapered hole is nested in the inner threaded hole of the connector sleeve, the large hole end of the tapered hole of the guide sleeve is opposite to the perforation of the connector sleeve, the aperture of the large hole end is larger than that of the perforation, the small hole end of the tapered hole of the guide sleeve faces towards the inner threaded hole, the aperture of the small hole end is the same as that of the perforation of the connector sleeve, the large hole end of the tapered hole of the guide sleeve is provided with the C-shaped snap spring (3), the snap spring is embedded in the tapered hole along the inclined plane of the tapered hole to be deformed into an O shape when the guide sleeve and the perforation end of the connector sleeve are mutually extruded in place, and the O-shaped snap spring is sleeved and matched with the corrugated groove, namely, the corrugated straight pipe of the main joint piece and the joint sleeve form clamping limit.

The anti-drop quick coupling according to claim 1, characterized in that a tapered hole (202) is provided between the bore (201) of the coupling sleeve (2) and the female screw hole (203) and gradually enlarged toward the female screw hole, and a guide sleeve (8) with a double-ended tapered hole is inserted into the female screw hole of the coupling sleeve, i.e. both ends of the guide sleeve are formed with tapered large holes, the middle part is a tapered small hole, one tapered large hole end of the guide sleeve is opposite to the bore of the coupling sleeve, the diameter of the tapered large hole end of the guide sleeve is larger than that of the bore, the diameter of the tapered small hole end of the guide sleeve is the same as that of the bore of the coupling sleeve, the large hole ends of the tapered hole of the guide sleeve are provided with the C-shaped clamp springs (3), and the clamp springs on both sides are inserted into the tapered hole along the inclined planes of the tapered holes of the coupling sleeve when the clamp sleeve, the guide sleeve and the bore ends of the coupling, and the clamp spring deformed into an O shape is sleeved and matched with the corrugated groove of the corrugated straight pipe (101) of the main joint piece (1) to form clamping limit, namely the corrugated straight pipe of the main joint piece and the joint sleeve form clamping limit.
6. The anti-drop quick connector according to claim 1, wherein the corrugation of the corrugated straight pipe (101) of the main connector (1) is any one of arc corrugation, annular corrugation and conical corrugation.
7. The anti-drop quick connector according to claim 1, characterized in that a screwing nut or a screwing handle is integrated on the outer portions of the connector sleeve (2) and the rotary lock sleeve (7).
8. Anti-drop quick coupling according to claim 1, characterized in that the end of the sealing sleeve (5) against the secondary coupling member tube (6) is provided with a tapered section.

The installation method of the anti-drop quick connector as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the installation method comprises: firstly, the joint sleeve (2) is sleeved with the corrugated straight pipe (101) of the main joint piece (1), namely the corrugated straight pipe extends into an internal threaded hole (203) along a through hole (201) of the joint sleeve; then the clamp spring (3) is sleeved into the corrugated straight pipe of the internal threaded hole, the corrugated straight pipe of the main joint piece and the joint sleeve are kept in a vertical state, and the clamp spring is partially positioned at the large hole end of the conical hole (202) by means of self weight; and then, the sealing sleeve (5) is sleeved with the corrugated straight pipe in the internal threaded hole, the sealing sleeve is embedded into the internal threaded hole of the joint sleeve, the end part of the sealing sleeve is pre-tightened and abutted with the clamp spring, finally, the rotary lock sleeve (7) of the auxiliary joint piece and the internal threaded hole of the joint sleeve are screwed and locked, when the clamp spring is locked, the end part of the sealing sleeve abuts against the clamp spring, the clamp spring of the C type is deformed into an O-shaped shape along the inclined plane of the conical hole of the joint sleeve embedded into the conical hole (202), namely, the opening of the clamp spring is closed, the clamp spring in the O-shaped shape is sleeved and matched with the corrugated groove of the corrugated straight pipe of the main joint piece to.
