Abstract
The invention provides a multifunctional drilling machine, which comprises a drilling machine driving mechanism, a propelling beam and a winch, wherein the drilling machine driving mechanism and the winch are respectively arranged at two ends of the propelling beam, the drilling machine driving mechanism is used for clamping or loosening a drilling tool and providing power for the drilling tool, and comprises a pipe clamp, a chuck, a reduction gearbox and a driving motor, the pipe clamp is fixedly arranged at one end of the propelling beam, the chuck is fixedly connected with one end of the reduction gearbox and is connected with the driving motor through the reduction gearbox; the winch is arranged at the rear end of the drill driving mechanism and used for coring by a rope during coring operation. The invention adopts two stages of power heads to meet two construction requirements, integrates the advanced drilling and coring functions into a whole, meets the multiple purposes of one machine, can greatly improve the use efficiency of equipment and reduce the cost.

Background
In the construction using the TBM, a multifunctional drilling machine is required to be configured, and the drilling machine is required to have the functions of geological coring and advanced drilling. With the rapid progress and development of geotechnical engineering construction technology, construction process technical methods adopted aiming at rock stratum characteristics of different construction areas have been developed and applied greatly, and the conventional drilling machine with single function can not meet the requirement of realizing multi-process construction. Therefore, the multifunctional drilling machine needs to be developed to meet the requirement of one machine for multiple purposes, the use efficiency of the equipment can be greatly improved, and the investment cost is reduced.
When a water hammer or a down-the-hole hammer is adopted for punching, the power required to be provided by the power head is low-speed large torque, the power required to be provided by the power head of the coring drilling machine is high-speed small torque, and the two-stage power head is a necessary result considering the combination of the functions of the two drilling machines.
The existing multifunctional drilling machine is provided with two power heads, wherein one power head provides low-speed large torque for drilling construction, and the other power head provides high-speed small torque for coring construction. The two power heads can be interchanged according to the requirements of different construction processes, so that the drilling machine is adaptive to various construction processes, and the purpose of increasing the application range of the drilling machine is achieved. The existing drilling machine needs to provide two power heads, and the drilling machine can be disassembled and assembled when different construction requirements are met, so that the cost is high, and the operation strength is high. When the coring device is used as a coring drilling machine, the coring device is pulled back to the winch behind the drilling machine, the structure occupies a large space, and the coring device is accurately positioned.

2. when the drilling tool is replaced according to the working requirement, the clamping of the chuck and the pipe clamp on the drilling tool is loosened to realize the replacement of the drilling tool;
3. when coring operation is needed, connecting a rope on the winch with the fisher, and controlling the winch to rotate reversely to release the rope; the fisher is sent to the front end of the core-taking operation under the action of water pressure; after the fisher fastens the inner pipe assembly, the winch is controlled to rotate forwards, the rope is retracted, the inner pipe is pulled out, and coring operation is completed.
