本发明涉及一种多功能门窗及其控制方法,包括门框、窗扇、LED显示屏、窗帘、联动转轴、电机、太阳能电池板、迎宾灯、PLC控制器和转速信号传感器,窗扇安装在门框内,LED显示屏安装在门框的上端,窗帘安装在LED显示屏的底端,联动转轴一端连接电机,另一段连接窗扇,太阳能电池板安装在LED显示屏的上端,迎宾灯安装在LED显示屏的上端中间位置,PLC控制器设置在门框的左侧,转速信号传感器安装在门框左侧上端位置,电机控制联动转轴转动,PLC控制器发出指令至转速信号传感器,转速信号传感器将接收到指令,控制电机工作。本发明采用智能化控制方法,使得门窗具有多功能的性能,打破了以往结构单一,功能单一的局限性,有效的满足和适应当代消费者对门窗功能的需求,效果显著,有效的提高了门窗生产企业的经济效益。

本发明属于门窗技术领域,具体涉及一种多功能门窗及其控制方法。
背景技术
众所周知,门窗在生活中随处可见,家家户户都有用到,门窗按其所处的位置不同分为围护构件或分隔构件,是建筑物围护结构系统中重要的组成部分,但是目前市场上的门窗普遍都是性能单一的,主要是针对防盗的,而且市场上的门窗大多是手动开启或者关闭,使用过程中不方便,随着科技不断的发展和人们生活水平不断的提高,这种单一功能的门窗已经越来越满足不了消费者的需求,因此,如何能够突破传统设计理念设计出一款具有多功能作用的门窗是目前市场上棘手的问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述缺陷,提供了一种多功能门窗及其控制方法。
为了克服背景技术中存在的缺陷,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种多功能门窗及其控制方法,包括门框、窗扇、LED显示屏、窗帘、联动转轴、电机、太阳能电池板、迎宾灯、PLC控制器和转速信号传感器,所述窗扇安装在门框内,所述LED显示屏安装在门框的上端,所述窗帘安装在LED显示屏的底端,所述联动转轴一端连接电机,另一段连接窗扇,所述太阳能电池板安装在LED显示屏的上端,所述迎宾灯安装在LED显示屏的上端中间位置,所述PLC控制器设置在门框的左侧,所述转速信号传感器安装在门框左侧上端位置,所述电机控制联动转轴转动,所述PLC控制器发出指令至转速信号传感器,所述转速信号传感器将接收到指令,控制电机工作。
优选的,所述窗帘为自动折叠窗帘。这样有利于保证窗扇内部私密性,自动化控制,操作便捷。
优选的,所述迎宾灯与太阳能电池板相连接。利用太阳能电池发电来满足迎宾灯的照亮需求,节约能源,同时节约成本。
优选的,所述LED显示屏单独配有直流电蓄电池。利用蓄电池可以在任意时间使得LED显示屏工作,投放所需要的宣传或者发表信息,灵活性强。
优选的,所述窗扇最大打开角度达到180度。最大限度的打开角度可以有效的保证流通性,效果显著。
本发明的有益效果是:采用智能化控制方法,使得门窗具有多功能的性能,打破了以往结构单一,功能单一的局限性,有效的满足和适应当代消费者对门窗功能的需求,效果显著,有效的提高了门窗生产企业的经济效益。

如图1所示,一种多功能门窗及其控制方法,包括门框1、窗扇2、LED显示屏3、窗帘4、联动转轴6、电机5、太阳能电池板7、迎宾灯8、PLC控制器9和转速信号传感器10,所述窗扇2安装在门框1内,所述LED显示屏3安装在门框1的上端,所述窗帘4安装在LED显示屏3的底端,所述联动转轴6一端连接电机5,另一段连接窗扇2,所述太阳能电池板7安装在LED显示屏3的上端,所述迎宾灯8安装在LED显示屏3的上端中间位置,所述PLC控制器9设置在门框1的左侧,所述转速信号传感器10安装在门框1左侧上端位置,所述电机5控制联动转轴6转动,所述PLC控制器9发出指令至转速信号传感器10,所述转速信号传感器10将接收到指令,控制电机5工作。
优选的,所述窗帘4为自动折叠窗帘。这样有利于保证窗扇2内部私密性,自动化控制,操作便捷。
优选的,所述迎宾灯8与太阳能电池板7相连接。利用太阳能电池发电来满足迎宾灯的照亮需求,节约能源,同时节约成本。

控制方法:首先在PLC控制器里输入用户程序执行命令,PLC控制器发出数字信号指令至转速信号传感器,转速信号传感器接收到数字信号指令后将数字信号转换为模拟信号,转速信号传感器将模拟信号传送至电机,电机按照一定转速工作,带动联动转轴工作,联动转轴按一定转速打开窗扇。

1.一种多功能门窗及其控制方法,其特征在于:包括门框、窗扇、LED显示屏、窗帘、联动转轴、电机、太阳能电池板、迎宾灯、PLC控制器和转速信号传感器,所述窗扇安装在门框内,所述LED显示屏安装在门框的上端,所述窗帘安装在LED显示屏的底端,所述联动转轴一端连接电机,另一段连接窗扇,所述太阳能电池板安装在LED显示屏的上端,所述迎宾灯安装在LED显示屏的上端中间位置,所述PLC控制器设置在门框的左侧,所述转速信号传感器安装在门框左侧上端位置,所述电机控制联动转轴转动,所述PLC控制器发出指令至转速信号传感器,所述转速信号传感器将接收到指令,控制电机工作。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种多功能门窗及其控制方法,其特征在于:所述窗帘为自动折叠窗帘。
