When the vehicle operator cannot accurately sense the overall fluctuation of the vehicle, the fixed plate 2 is rotated to move the driving moving plate 41 from below the stopper plate 3 to the side of the pit 4 away from the warehouse 1. The vehicle operator then drives the vehicle in reverse until the rear wheels of the vehicle are inserted into the restraint slots 411, braking the vehicle. At this point, the limit driver 413 is activated to insert the abutment plate 414 into the insertion slot. Then, the moving plate 41 is controlled to move, and when the rear wheel of the vehicle abuts against the stopper plate 3, the movement of the moving plate 41 is stopped.
