Abstract

According to the application, the ganoderma lucidum fruiting body powder is fermented by the trichoderma viride fermentation liquor, and a proper amount of methanol is added for precipitation to obtain the ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide, the result shows that the extraction rate of the polysaccharide prepared by the trichoderma viride fermentation liquor is improved by 4 times, and the total antioxidant capacity result shows that the ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide extracted by the fermentation method has strong antioxidant activity.

Background
Ganoderma lucidum, which belongs to the genus Ganoderma, has been widely used as a tonic in China for the past 2000 years to improve health and longevity. Ganoderma lucidum is involved in clinical treatment of various diseases, such as chronic bronchitis, asthma, cardiovascular diseases, neurasthenia, chronic viral hepatitis, male sexual dysfunction, chemotherapy toxicity, anti-tumor, etc. Ganoderma lucidum is rich in various bioactive compounds, such as triterpenes, polysaccharides, organic acids, alkaloids, furans and sterols.
A large number of researches prove that the polysaccharide separated from the ganoderma lucidum has various pharmacological activities of resisting tumors, regulating immunity, reducing blood sugar, reducing blood fat, protecting liver and the like, and the ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide also has various efficacies of resisting radiation, resisting fatigue, improving blood circulation and the like. The ganoderan can effectively remove hydroxyl free radicals and superoxide anions in vivo, and has certain antioxidant capacity. The traditional methods for extracting ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide mainly comprise a hot water extraction method, an acid-base solution extraction method and the like. The hot water extraction method has the disadvantages of low efficiency, long time consumption and easy reduction of polysaccharide activity. FIGS. 1-2 show the polysaccharide content obtained by adding different amounts of sterile fermentation broth of Trichoderma viride, respectively, and the overall antioxidant properties of the obtained polysaccharides. The results show that compared with the sterile fermentation liquor (0%) without adding the Trichoderma viride, the sterile fermentation liquor with the Trichoderma viride can obviously improve the content of the prepared polysaccharide and the total antioxidant performance of the polysaccharide.
