s1, firstly, adjusting the working range of a temperature sensor (3) to a proper range by a worker, inputting a program into a PLC (27), then controlling the PLC (27) to work through a switch (29), when the temperature sensor (3) detects that the temperature exceeds a preset maximum value, transmitting a signal into the PLC (27) by the temperature sensor (3), then controlling a water pump (81) to work by the PLC (27), conveying cooling liquid into a cooling tank through a liquid extracting pipe (82), a liquid conveying pipe (9) and a liquid inlet pipe (10) by the water pump (81), and when the water pump (81) conveys a certain amount of cooling liquid into the cooling tank, controlling the water pump (81) to stop working by the PLC (27);
s2, when the temperature sensor (3) detects that the cooling liquid in the cooling tank (2) reaches a preset maximum value, the temperature sensor (3) transmits a signal to the PLC (27), then the PLC (27) controls the electromagnetic valve (16) to be opened, the electromagnetic valve (16) is opened to leak the cooling liquid in the cooling tank (2) through the liquid outlet pipe (11), and after all the cooling liquid in the cooling tank (2) leaks, the PLC (27) controls the electromagnetic valve (16) to be closed;
and S3, when the electromagnetic valve (16) is closed, the PLC (27) controls the water pump (81) to work again, and when the water pump (81) inputs a certain amount of cooling liquid into the cooling tank (2), the PLC (27) controls the water pump (81) to stop working.
