Abstract
本发明涉及一种新型鞋内里制鞋材料,包括上到下依次设置的面层、羽绒层、第一中间层和底材,所述的面层、羽绒层、第一中间层和底材通过网格状的针车工艺或压条工艺连接在一起。所述的羽绒层中包含的羽绒的重量G通过以下公式确定:G=(0.0001d+0.011)s2‑(0.0042d+0.304)s+0.203d+1.472;其中,d为订购由该制鞋材料制作的鞋的客户的年龄数值;s为客户所在地的冬季平均室外温度的无量纲数值。对于s的取值,如果s≤0,则s按照其实际值取值;如果s>0,则s的取值为0。所述的面层为雨伞布材料或无纺布材料。所述的羽绒层是将经过专业的清洁烘干设备高温高压清洗和消毒的羽绒通过无胶化作业工艺与医用工业细纱结合在一起形成的层状结构。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及制鞋技术领域,具体涉及一种新型鞋内里制鞋材料。
背景技术
现有技术中,鞋子常规的内里材料有猪里皮,牛里皮,毛里,还有网布作为内里使用,这些都是我们很常规见到的材料。这些常规使用的材料,特别是猪里皮,使用量大,但是在北方稍微寒冷的地方就不适用了,因为不保暖,就需要使用毛里,但是毛里太厚,鞋子的整体形象不好看,比较臃肿。特别是那些年轻人穿着这个鞋子感觉不是那么好,所以需要一种新型的内里材料来进行使用。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种新型鞋内里制鞋材料,所要解决的技术问题包括如何既能像猪里皮、牛里皮那样清爽,不厚实,又能像绒里、毛里那样保暖。
本发明的目的是解决现有技术的不足,提供一种新型鞋内里制鞋材料,包括由上到下依次设置的面层、羽绒层、第一中间层和底材,所述的面层、羽绒层、第一中间层和底材通过网格状的针车工艺或压条工艺连接在一起。
所述的羽绒层中包含的羽绒的重量G通过以下公式确定:
G=(0.0001d+0.011)s2-(0.0042d+0.304)s+0.203d+1.472
其中,d为订购由该制鞋材料制作的鞋的客户的年龄数值;
s为客户所在地的冬季平均室外温度的无量纲数值。
对于s的取值,如果s≤0,则s按照其实际值取值;如果s>0, 则s的取值为0。
所述的面层为雨伞布材料或无纺布材料。
所述的羽绒层是将经过专业的清洁烘干设备高温高压清洗和消毒的羽绒通过无胶化作业工艺与医用工业细纱结合在一起形成的层状结构。
所述的清洁烘干设备采用120摄氏度左右的高温蒸汽对羽绒进行清洗和消毒。
所述的羽绒为鹅绒和/或鸭绒。
所述的第一中间层为纱布层。
所述的底材是海玻璃、欧索莱、橡胶类材料、PU材料或EVA材料。
本发明第二实施例所述的新型鞋内里制鞋材料包括由上到下依次设置的面层、第一中间层、羽绒层、第二中间层和底材,所述的面层、第一中间层、羽绒层、第二中间层和底材通过网格状的针车工艺或压条工艺连接在一起;其中所述的面层为雨伞布材料或无纺布材料,第一中间层为纱布材料、雨伞布材料或无纺布材料,羽绒层是将经过专业的清洁烘干设备高温高压清洗和消毒的羽绒通过无胶化作业工艺与医用工业细纱结合在一起形成的层状结构;所述的第二中间层的材质与第一中间层的材质相同;当所述的新型鞋内里制鞋材料作为面料和里料的时候,取消所述的底材;当所述的新型鞋内里制鞋材料作为鞋垫时,所述的底材为海玻璃、欧索莱、橡胶类材料、PU材料或EVA材料。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是: 本发明所述新型鞋内里制鞋材料一方面既能像猪里皮、牛里皮那样清爽,不厚实,又能像绒里、毛里那样保暖。通过无胶化作业工艺将羽绒与医用工业细纱结合在一起,又能透气又不会让羽绒漏出,做到保暖又透气。另外,本发明通过函数确定的羽绒重量G充分考虑了客户的年龄数值和客户所在地的冬季平均室外温度,而且允许客户根据自己的舒适度喜好修改或选择喜欢的年龄和所在地的冬季平均室外温度,能更加灵活地满足用户的实际需求。

在下文中更详细地描述了本发明以有助于对本发明的理解。
如图1所示,本发明第一实施例所述的新型鞋内里制鞋材料包括由上到下依次设置的面层1、羽绒层2、第一中间层3和底材4,所述的面层1、羽绒层2、第一中间层3和底材4通过网格状的针车工艺或压条工艺连接在一起。
所述的羽绒层2中包含的羽绒的重量G通过以下公式确定:
G=(0.0001d+0.011)s2-(0.0042d+0.304)s+0.203d+1.472
其中,d为订购由该制鞋材料制作的鞋的客户的年龄数值;
s为客户所在地的冬季平均室外温度的无量纲数值。
现有技术中羽绒鞋的含绒量通常是根据经验取值,这种经验值没有考虑每个不同客户的实际需要,特别是没有考虑客户的年龄差异和所在地的室外气温,导致不同客户在穿着羽绒鞋的时候,个人的舒适度体验不同。
本发明的申请人长期从事制鞋行业,在销售羽绒鞋的同时积累了大量的客户需求数据,通过对积累的客户需求数据并长期调研客户的舒适度体验反馈,申请人得到了羽绒层2中应该包含的羽绒的重量G的回归函数,通过该函数确定的羽绒重量G充分考虑了客户的年龄数值和客户所在地的冬季平均室外温度,而且允许客户根据自己的舒适度喜好修改或选择喜欢的年龄和所在地的冬季平均室外温度,能更加灵活地满足用户的实际需求。
下面以几个不同的实施例详细说明所述的羽绒层2中包含的羽绒的重量G的计算过程。
例如,甲客户年龄50岁,其所在地的冬季平均室外温度为-20℃,则d=50,s=-20,带入G的计算公式可得:
G=(0.0001×50+0.011)×(-20)2-(0.0042×50+0.304)×(-20)+0.203×50+1.472=28.302,即甲客户适宜订购羽绒层2中包含28.302克羽绒的鞋子。
再例如,乙客户年龄50岁,其所在地的冬季平均室外温度为-40℃,则d=50,s=-40,带入G的计算公式可得:
G=(0.0001×50+0.011)×(-40)2-(0.0042×50+0.304)×(-40)+0.203×50+1.472=57.782,即乙客户适宜订购羽绒层2中包含57.782克羽绒的鞋子。
再例如,丙客户年龄60岁,其所在地的冬季平均室外温度为-20℃,则d=60,s=-20,带入G的计算公式可得:
G=(0.0001×60+0.011)×(-20)2-(0.0042×60+0.304)×(-20)+0.203×60+1.472=31.572,即丙客户适宜订购羽绒层2中包含31.572克羽绒的鞋子。
对于s的取值,如果s≤0,则s按照其实际值取值;如果s>0, 则s的取值为0。
这是因为如果客户所在地的冬季平均室外温度大于0,表明该地区温度较为暖和,冬季不需要穿太厚太保暖的鞋子,因此也不需要过多地考虑室外温度对充绒量的影响,仅需根据客户的年龄线性地调整充绒量即可满足大多数客户的需求。
所述的面层1为雨伞布材料或无纺布材料,也可以是纺织类的其他材料,可以当做面料,也可以当做里料。
所述的羽绒层2是将经过专业的清洁烘干设备高温高压清洗和消毒的羽绒通过无胶化作业工艺与医用工业细纱结合在一起形成的层状结构。这种层状结构又能透气又不会让羽绒漏出,做到保暖又透气。
所述的清洁烘干设备采用120摄氏度左右的高温蒸汽对羽绒进行清洗和消毒。
所述的羽绒为鹅绒和/或鸭绒。
所述的第一中间层3为纱布层。
所述的底材4可以是海玻璃,也可以是欧索莱,也可以是其他橡胶类材料,PU材料等,也可以是高弹的EVA材料。
如图2所示,本发明第二实施例所述的新型鞋内里制鞋材料包括由上到下依次设置的面层11、第一中间层12、羽绒层13、第二中间层14和底材15,所述的面层11、第一中间层12、羽绒层13、第二中间层14和底材15通过网格状的针车工艺或压条工艺连接在一起;其中所述的面层11为雨伞布材料或无纺布材料,第一中间层12为纱布材料、雨伞布材料或无纺布材料,羽绒层13是将经过专业的清洁烘干设备高温高压清洗和消毒的羽绒通过无胶化作业工艺与医用工业细纱结合在一起形成的层状结构;所述的第二中间层14的材质与第一中间层12的材质相同;当所述的新型鞋内里制鞋材料作为面料和里料的时候,取消所述的底材15;当所述的新型鞋内里制鞋材料作为鞋垫时,所述的底材15为海玻璃、欧索莱、橡胶类材料、PU材料或高弹的EVA材料。

1.一种新型鞋内里制鞋材料,其特征在于,包括由上到下依次设置的面层、羽绒层、第一中间层和底材,所述的面层、羽绒层、第一中间层和底材通过网格状的针车工艺或压条工艺连接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型鞋内里制鞋材料,其特征在于,所述的羽绒层中包含的羽绒的重量G通过以下公式确定:
G=(0.0001d+0.011)s2-(0.0042d+0.304)s+0.203d+1.472
其中,d为订购由该制鞋材料制作的鞋的客户的年龄数值;
s为客户所在地的冬季平均室外温度的无量纲数值。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型鞋内里制鞋材料,其特征在于,对于s的取值,如果s≤0,则s按照其实际值取值;如果s>0, 则s的取值为0。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型鞋内里制鞋材料,其特征在于,所述的面层为雨伞布材料或无纺布材料。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型鞋内里制鞋材料,其特征在于,所述的羽绒层是将经过专业的清洁烘干设备高温高压清洗和消毒的羽绒通过无胶化作业工艺与医用工业细纱结合在一起形成的层状结构。
6.根据权利要求5所述的新型鞋内里制鞋材料,其特征在于,所述的清洁烘干设备采用120摄氏度的高温蒸汽对羽绒进行清洗和消毒。
7.根据权利要求5所述的新型鞋内里制鞋材料,其特征在于,所述的羽绒为鹅绒和/或鸭绒。
8.根据权利要求1所述的新型鞋内里制鞋材料,其特征在于,所述的第一中间层为纱布层。
9.根据权利要求1所述的新型鞋内里制鞋材料,其特征在于,所述的底材是海玻璃、欧索莱、橡胶类材料、PU材料或EVA材料。
