Abstract
The invention provides a preparation method of fibrous degradable tableware, belonging to the technical field of material processing. It has solved the technical problem such as how will strengthen the intensity of degradable tableware. The preparation method of the cellulose degradable tableware comprises the steps of sequentially putting blue algae powder, distilled water and a biological leavening agent into a reaction tank for fermentation to obtain blue algae glue; adding a plant curing agent after the blue algae powder is fermented to form blue algae glue, stirring at a high speed, adding plant fibers for mixing after stirring, and then adding the mixed plant fibers into a die-casting die for high-pressure shaping; and taking out the die-cast finished product, and drying to obtain the fibrous degradable tableware. The invention has the advantage of effectively enhancing the strength of the tableware.

For example, in chinese patent document [ issued publication No.: CN102528881B a plant fiber tableware and its preparation method, the method comprises: uniformly mixing the raw materials, and then carrying out hot press molding to obtain a plant fiber shell; the raw materials comprise bamboo fiber powder, corn starch, urea-formaldehyde resin powder and bran coat in a weight ratio of (4-6) to (0.5-2) to (2-4) to 1; polishing the surface of the plant fiber shell; and spraying or dipping the water-based paint on the surface of the polished plant fiber shell, and drying to obtain the plant fiber tableware.
The method comprises the steps of taking bamboo fiber powder, corn starch, bran coat and urea-formaldehyde resin as raw materials, firstly forming a shell through hot pressing, and then covering a layer of water-based paint protective film on the surface of the shell to obtain the tableware. This scheme adopts urea-formaldehyde resin as the adhesive to carry out hot briquetting after bonding with plant fiber, but urea-formaldehyde resin's curing time is longer, and sticky quality is poor, still can carry out chemical reaction and decompose when meetting acid and alkali moreover, and weatherability is relatively poor, consequently has the use risk as the tableware.

c. then putting the mixed plant fiber into a die-casting die for high-pressure shaping;
d. and taking out the die-cast finished product, and drying to obtain the fibrous degradable tableware.
In the preparation method of the cellulose degradable tableware, the fermentation time of the phycocolloid at 15-25 ℃ is 48-72 h.
In the above method for preparing the cellulosic degradable tableware, the stirring speed is 1900rpm to 2200 rpm.
In the preparation method of the fiber degradable tableware, the hot pressing temperature of the die-casting die is 145-155 ℃ during die-casting.
In the preparation method of the fiber degradable tableware, the thermoforming pressure is 11MPa-19 MPa.
In the preparation method of the fiber degradable tableware, the drying temperature is 80-100 ℃.
Compared with the prior art, the preparation method of the cellulose degradable tableware has the following advantages:
1. the blue algae can be abused due to eutrophication of water body, thereby causing eutrophication sea water red tide and lake water bloom to bring serious harm to fishery and breeding industry, therefore, the blue algae is adopted as the adhesive to reduce the production cost and realize environmental protection.
2. The blue algae can generate blue algae glue with strong adhesion after fermentation, and the addition of the plant curing agent can be matched with the blue algae glue to enhance the connection strength of the subsequently manufactured tableware and form a protective layer on the surface of the tableware.
3. The high-speed rotary stirring can effectively avoid the excessive reaction of the plant curing agent and the blue algae gum in advance from influencing the viscosity of the blue algae gum; and the molecules of the cyanobacteria gel and the plant curing agent can be atomized by high-speed rotating and stirring, so that a better fusion environment is provided for the subsequent addition of the plant fiber.
4. The hot pressing temperature range can ensure that the plant fiber, the blue algae glue and the plant curing agent are at the melting critical temperature, thereby better performing melting casting.
5. The hot-pressing pressure can effectively press the plant fibers into tableware with a specified shape.
6. The drying temperature range can dry moisture and ensure that tableware can not be burnt.

The preparation method of the fiber degradable tableware comprises the following steps:
(1) sequentially putting the blue algae powder, distilled water and a biological leavening agent into a reaction tank for fermentation to obtain blue algae glue; the weight ratio of the blue algae powder to the distilled water to the biological leavening agent is 1: 6: 0.1;
(2) after the blue algae powder is fermented to form blue algae glue, adding a plant curing agent, stirring at a high speed, and then adding plant fibers to mix, wherein the plant fibers comprise bamboo powder, straw powder and rice bran powder, and the weight ratio of the bamboo powder to the straw powder to the rice bran powder is 1: 1: 1, the weight ratio of the plant fiber, the blue algae gel and the plant curing agent is 93: 3: 2;
(3) then putting the mixed plant fiber into a die-casting die for high-pressure shaping;
(4) and taking out the die-cast finished product and drying to obtain the fibrous degradable tableware.
The fermentation time of the phycocyanin at 15-25 ℃ is 48-72 h. The characteristic of the blue algae determines that the time required by the fermentation can be prolonged along with the reduction of the temperature, and the embodiment adopts the method that the fermentation temperature of the blue algae is 15 ℃, or 20 ℃ or 25 ℃, and the fermentation time is 48h, or 60h or 72 h.
The stirring rate is between 1900rpm and 2200 rpm. In this example, the stirring rate was 2000 rpm.
The hot pressing temperature of the die-casting die is 145-155 ℃ during die-casting. The hot forming pressure is 11MPa-19MPa, and the drying temperature is 80-100 ℃. In this embodiment, the hot pressing temperature is 145 deg.C or 150 deg.C or 155 deg.C, the pressure is 11MPa or 15MPa or 19MPa, and the oven drying temperature is 80 deg.C or 90 deg.C or 100 deg.C

c. then putting the mixed plant fiber into a die-casting die for high-pressure shaping;
d. and taking out the die-cast finished product, and drying to obtain the fibrous degradable tableware.
