本发明提供了一种塑料件切割装置,所述切割装置包括底座、设置于所述底座两侧的摇臂、设置于所述底座表面的滑块,所述底座上表面设置有容置槽,所述滑块内部设置有加热件及与加热件连接的热切刀,所述摇臂连接所述滑块,用于推动滑块移动。本发明所述的塑料件切割装置,具有操作简便、结构简洁,且热切效率高等特点,有效提高了塑料件切割效率,降低成本,具有良好的经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料件剖切技术领域,特别是一种塑料件的切割装置。
背景技术
塑料是现代工业的重要材料,其制成的塑料制品则广泛应用于生活和工业中的方方面面。塑料一般是以合成树脂,也就是聚酯为原料,加入稳定剂、润滑剂、增塑剂等,通过挤压或浇注成型加工形成。塑料制品具有质轻、耐腐蚀、易加工等特点,在社会各领域广泛应用。
因此,塑料件的回收或塑料件加工过程中,剖切塑料件是一道重要的工序。但现有的剖切设备存在结构复杂、操作繁琐,工作效率低等问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种塑料件切割装置,解决现有塑料件剖切存在操作繁琐、工作效率低等问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种塑料件切割装置,所述切割装置包括底座、设置于所述底座两侧的摇臂、设置于所述底座表面的滑块,所述底座上表面设置有容置槽,所述滑块内部设置有加热件及与加热件连接的热切刀,所述摇臂连接所述滑块,用于推动滑块移动。
进一步的,所述热切刀采用嵌入式安装于所述滑块上的嵌入槽,且所述热切刀底部与加热件接触;所述热切刀的刀刃面向所述容置槽且突出于所述滑块。
进一步的,所述热切刀底面与所述加热件上表面相贴合。
进一步的,所述摇臂底部通过固定座可旋转固定于所述底座侧面,所述摇臂中部连接一连接杆,所述连接杆的另一端连接所述滑块。
进一步的,所述容置槽设置有与其匹配的工件夹具,所述夹具用于固定待切割的塑料件。
进一步的,所述容置槽周边设置有隔热板。
进一步的,所述滑块顶部安装有隔热板。
进一步的,所述滑块通过设置于所述底座上表面的滑轨实现滑动。
进一步的,所述底座底面设置有可调节高度的垫脚。
进一步的,所述加热件为加热棒,其与设置于底座的电源相连接。

本发明所述的塑料件切割装置,通过在滑块内设置加热件,并使加热件与嵌入滑块的热切刀相接触,将热切刀快速加热,然后通过摇臂将滑块推至容置槽边,使得热切刀的刀刃与放置于所述容置槽内的塑料件接触,快速完成对塑料件的剖切。本发明所述的塑料件切割装置,具有结构简洁、使用方便,且剖切效率高的特点,适用于小件塑料件的快速剖切,有效提高了塑料件剖切的工作效率。

具体实施方式
本发明主要针对塑料件剖切的问题进行深入研究而产生的。发明人通过对塑料件剖切设备的研究,发现现有设备结构复杂,有些甚至带有激光发生器,导致设备制造成本高。特别是对于小塑料件的切割,大多采用切刀直接切割,导致了切割效率慢,且切割时容易产生塑料粉末等问题。因此,发明人通过在加热切刀并改进切刀组件,有效解决小塑料件切割产生的上述问题。
下面将结合本发明的实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。当然,以下所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1至图3所示,一种塑料件切割装置,包括底座10、设置于所述底座10两侧的摇臂30、设置于所述底座10表面的滑块20,所述底座10上表面设置有容置槽40,所述滑块20内部设置有加热件及与加热件21连接的热切刀22,所述摇臂30连接所述滑块20,用于推动滑块20移动。
其中,所述热切刀22采用嵌入式安装于所述滑块20上的嵌入槽23,且所述热切刀22底部与加热件21接触,也即热切刀22的底部与加热件21的上表面相贴合,保证加热件21能够快速将热量传导至所述加热件21,使加热件21达到一定的热切温度;所述热切刀22的刀刃面向所述容置槽40且突出于所述滑块20。
其中,所述加热件21采用金属铜制成,当然也可以根据实际情况采用其他易导热的材料制备,比如银、铍等。所述加热件21可以是加热棒,也可以是加热板,只要其上表面能够与热切刀底部尽可能贴合,以保证导热效率即可。所述加热件21通过底座10设置的电源相连接(未示出)。所述加热件21根据实际情况,可以设计成T型或者三角形或锥形,只需要面向容置槽40的刀刃为薄片状,保证热切效率即可。
其中,所述摇臂30底部通过固定座31可旋转固定于所述底座10侧面,所述摇臂30中部连接一连接杆32,所述连接杆32的另一端连接所述滑块20。如此,当摇臂30向两侧分开时,即会带动滑块20向底座10两侧滑开,当摇臂30向底座10中间压下时,则滑块20向底座10上表面中间的容置槽40靠近,使得热切刀21能够与放置于所述容置槽40的待切割的塑料件接触,完成热切。
其中,所述底座10上表面设置有滑轨11,所述滑块20安装于所述滑轨11上,并可沿滑轨11自由滑动。
其中,所述容置槽40设置有与其匹配的工件夹具50,所述夹具50用于固定待切割的塑料件51。所述夹具50中空的块状,且两侧开设有竖槽,以保证热切刀刀刃能够从竖槽中热切塑料件。
为提高所述切割装置的安全性,所述容置槽40周边设置有隔热板61;所述滑块20顶部安装有隔热板60。所述滑块20两侧及所述底座10上表面两侧均可以安装隔热板,以防止使用人员不小心碰触到加热件21。所述隔热板60、61可采用具有隔热作用的电木制备即可。
其中,所述底座10底面设置有可调节高度的垫脚12。
其中,所述底座10安装扶手70,方便整个切割装置的搬动。
本发明所述的塑料件切割装置,使用时,先通电源,将加热件加热至380度左右;接着,将待切割的塑料件放入夹具;将摇臂向两侧分开,将带有塑料件的夹具放入容置槽。按压两侧的摇臂,使得摇臂推动滑块向塑料件靠近,并使得已被加热件加热的热切刀快速切入塑料件;将摇臂向两侧分开,取出夹具,拿出被热切的塑料件,完成塑料件的热切工序。如此循环。
本发明所述的塑料件切割装置,通过设计摇臂、滑块、加热件、热切刀等组件,使得热切刀能够被快速加热,并利用其具有高温的刀刃热切放置于容置槽的塑料件。同时,热切刀的工作状态通过摇臂进行控制操作,既保证操作便捷,又保证操作的安全性。本发明所述的塑料件切割装置,具有操作简便、结构简洁,且热切效率高等特点,有效提高了塑料件切割效率,降低成本,具有良好的经济效益。
本发明虽然以较佳实施例公开如上,但其并不是用来限定本发明,任何本领域技术人员在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,都可以做出可能的变动和修改,因此本发明的保护范围应当以本发明权利要求所界定的范围为准。

Claims (10)

1.一种塑料件切割装置,其特征在于,所述切割装置包括底座、设置于所述底座两侧的摇臂、设置于所述底座表面的滑块,所述底座上表面设置有容置槽,所述滑块内部设置有加热件及与加热件连接的热切刀,所述摇臂连接所述滑块,用于推动滑块移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料件切割装置,其特征在于,所述热切刀采用嵌入式安装于所述滑块上的嵌入槽,且所述热切刀底部与加热件接触;所述热切刀的刀刃面向所述容置槽且突出于所述滑块。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的塑料件切割装置,其特征在于,所述热切刀底面与所述加热件上表面相贴合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的塑料件切割装置,其特征在于,所述摇臂底部通过固定座可旋转固定于所述底座侧面,所述摇臂中部连接一连接杆,所述连接杆的另一端连接所述滑块。
5.根据权利要求1所述的塑料件切割装置,其特征在于,所述容置槽设置有与其匹配的工件夹具,所述夹具用于固定待切割的塑料件。
6.根据权利要求1所述的塑料件切割装置,其特征在于,所述容置槽周边设置有隔热板。
7.根据权利要求1所述的塑料件切割装置,其特征在于,所述滑块顶部安装有隔热板。
8.根据权利要求1所述的塑料件切割装置,其特征在于,所述滑块通过设置于所述底座上表面的滑轨实现滑动。
9.根据权利要求1所述的塑料件切割装置,其特征在于,所述底座底面设置有可调节高度的垫脚。
10.根据权利要求1所述的塑料件切割装置,其特征在于,所述加热件为加热棒,其与设置于底座的电源相连接。
