The invention relates to a repairing device for grinding the inner diameter of a motor end cover, which comprises a workbench, wherein a clamp and a grinder are respectively arranged on the workbench; the grinding device comprises a hydraulic cylinder and a first guide rail which are fixedly arranged on the workbench, and a supporting seat connected with the hydraulic cylinder is arranged on the first guide rail in a sliding manner; and the supporting seat is provided with a grinding assembly. The automatic grinding machine has high automation degree, and can realize the complete automatic grinding processing of the center hole of the whole motor end cover by radially pressing the grinding strip and controlling the horizontal reciprocating sliding and rotating motion of the grinding strip on the basis of elastically compressing and fixing the motor end cover.

The invention relates to the field of motor production and processing, in particular to a repairing device for grinding the inner diameter of a motor end cover.
Background
The motor end cover is one of the most commonly used parts on the motor, wherein the end cover positioned at the front end of the motor is also provided with a central hole for installing a bearing and a motor output shaft. In actual processing, after a large amount of motor end covers are processed, the processing sizes of the central holes of the motor end covers need to be checked one by one, and individuals with unqualified sizes can be reprocessed in a grinding processing mode to increase the qualification rate, but the traditional mechanical grinding processing equipment is difficult to grind the central holes of the motor end covers.

the repairing device for grinding the inner diameter of the motor end cover comprises a workbench, wherein a clamp and a grinder are respectively arranged on the workbench; the grinding device comprises a hydraulic cylinder and a first guide rail which are fixedly arranged on the workbench, and a supporting seat connected with the hydraulic cylinder is arranged on the first guide rail in a sliding manner; and the supporting seat is provided with a grinding assembly.
The clamping device comprises a fixed plate fixedly mounted on the workbench, four positioning rods are mounted on the fixed plate, a threaded portion is arranged on the right side of each positioning rod, a threaded sleeve block is mounted on each threaded portion in a threaded mode, each threaded sleeve block is connected with a spring, and each spring is connected with a pressing block in clearance fit with the corresponding positioning rod.
The grinding assembly comprises a first motor and a rocker, wherein the first motor is fixedly arranged on the supporting seat, the rocker is arranged in an L shape in a bearing connection mode, the first motor is connected with the rocker, and the left side of the rocker is connected with a bearing plate; and a driving assembly is arranged on the bearing plate.
The driving assembly comprises a second motor and a second guide rail which are fixedly arranged on the bearing plate; a loading block is slidably mounted on the second guide rail, and a transmission rod is hinged to the right end of the loading block; an auxiliary rod hinged with the transmission rod and the second motor is arranged between the transmission rod and the second motor.
The loading block is provided with a third guide rail and a cylinder respectively, and the cylinder is connected with a grinding strip which is vertically matched with the third guide rail in a sliding manner.
And the upper end of the grinding strip is provided with an arc-shaped grinding surface.
In the present invention, each spring is wound around the radially outer side of the corresponding positioning rod.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the automatic grinding machine has high automation degree, and can realize the complete automatic grinding processing of the center hole of the whole motor end cover by radially pressing the grinding strip and controlling the horizontal reciprocating sliding and rotating motion of the grinding strip on the basis of elastically compressing and fixing the motor end cover.

The clamping device comprises a fixing plate 2 fixedly mounted on a workbench 1, four positioning rods 3 are mounted on the fixing plate 2, the right side of each positioning rod 3 is provided with a threaded portion 3a, a threaded sleeve block 4 is mounted on the threaded portion 3a in a threaded manner, each threaded sleeve block 4 is connected with a spring 5, and each spring 5 is connected with a pressing block 6 in clearance fit with the corresponding positioning rod 3.
The grinding assembly comprises a first motor 10 fixedly arranged on the supporting seat 9 and an L-shaped rocker 11 arranged in a bearing connection mode, the first motor 10 is connected with the rocker 11, and the left side of the rocker 11 is connected with a bearing plate 12; the bearing plate 12 is provided with a driving assembly.
The driving assembly comprises a second motor 13 and a second guide rail 14 which are fixedly arranged on the bearing plate 12; a loading block 17 is slidably mounted on the second guide rail 14, and a transmission rod 16 is hinged to the right end of the loading block 17; an auxiliary rod 15 which is hinged with the transmission rod 16 and the second motor 13 is arranged between the transmission rod and the second motor.
The loading block 17 is provided with a third guide rail 18 and a cylinder 18 respectively, and the cylinder 18 is connected with a grinding strip 20 vertically matched with the third guide rail 18 in a sliding manner.
The upper end of the grinding strip 20 is provided with an arc-shaped grinding surface 20 a.
In the present invention, each spring 5 is wound around the radially outer side of the corresponding positioning rod 3.
When the motor end cover is used specifically, in the first step, the four threaded sleeve blocks 4 are manually disengaged from the corresponding threaded portions 3a of the positioning rods 3 in a screwing mode, the positioning rods 3 and the pressing blocks 6 are also detached along with the threaded sleeve blocks 4, then the large face of the motor end cover is attached to the right end face of the fixing plate 2, the four mounting holes in the motor end cover penetrate through the large face, the four threaded sleeve blocks 4 are screwed and mounted on the corresponding threaded portions 3a, and the pressing blocks 6 are pressed on the right end face of the fixing plate 2 through the elastic force of the springs 5. In addition, the output shaft of the first motor 10 and the central hole of the installed thread sleeve block 4 are coaxial.
And secondly, pushing the supporting seat 9 leftwards through the hydraulic cylinder 7, so that the left part of the grinding strip 20 moves to the inside of the central hole of the motor end cover.
And thirdly, the rocker 11 is driven to rotate at a constant speed by the first motor 10, the loading block 17 and the grinding strip 20 slide in a left-right reciprocating mode in the horizontal direction under the transmission action of the transmission rod 16, meanwhile, the grinding strip 20 is pushed by the air cylinder 18 according to the size of the actual required grinding machining, the grinding surface 20a applies pressure to one side wall of the central hole of the motor end cover, and the grinding machining can be performed on one side wall of the central hole of the motor end cover by the reciprocating sliding of the grinding surface 20a while applying pressure.
And fourthly, after finishing grinding the side wall of the central hole of the motor end cover, the first motor 10 drives the rocker 11 to rotate, so that the bearing plate 12 and the grinding strip 20 are driven to rotate by a rated angle, and then the third step is carried out, so that the whole grinding processing of the side wall of the central hole of the motor end cover is conveniently realized.
