Abstract
本发明涉及一种含微油珠的护肤精华,按质量百分比计,包括:油相微珠:霍霍巴酯:0.5‑1%;二苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷:0.4‑1%;氢化卵磷脂:0.3‑1.2%;脂溶性组合物:0.4‑2%;水相精华:抗氧化剂:3.5‑10.5%;保湿剂:4‑15%;乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液:0.2‑1%;糖类同分异构体:0.2‑1%;皮肤调理剂:0.4‑3%;辅助组分:0.5‑2%;去离子水:余量。本申请的含微油珠的护肤精华,利用高密度的二苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷和密度低于水的霍霍巴酯进行特定比例的混合,从而形成油珠可以稳定悬浮的精华体,并以霍霍巴酯和二苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基础,添加紫草提取物和紫苏提取物组成的脂溶性组合物,形成具有优秀舒缓、抗过敏、修复机体的精华液。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种含微油珠的护肤精华。
背景技术
护肤精华是市面上最常使用的个人护理品之一,这类产品以突出的功效为市场宣称点,是个人护理品中的功能性产品。
目前,市面上的精华主要为透明流动液体的剂型。这类产品存在较明显的缺陷:纯水相的透明液体无法添加脂溶性活性物,使得精华可以使用的活性物受到了极大的限制;与此同时,由于肌肤自身的特点,肌肤对脂溶性活性物具有更高的吸收透皮性,因而水性透明精华在肌肤中的吸收效率、作用效果也有较大缺陷。
目前,市面上出现了部分在水溶性产品中添加包裹油珠的产品,但这类产品也存在明显的缺点。包裹油珠的外相包裹物一般为大分子的明胶与树胶,这类成分在使用时无法被肌肤吸收,极易会形成“搓泥”的现象,影响了使用感,也降低了产品功效。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种含微油珠的护肤精华,具有优秀的舒缓、抗过敏、修复机体的功效。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:按质量百分比计,包括:
油相微珠:霍霍巴酯:0.5-1%;二苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷:0.4-1%;氢化卵磷脂:0.3-1.2%;脂溶性组合物:0.4-2%;
水相精华:抗氧化剂:3.5-10.5%;保湿剂:4-15%;乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液:0.2-1%;糖类同分异构体:0.2-1%;皮肤调理剂:0.4-3%;辅助组分:0.5-2%;去离子水:余量。
进一步地,所述脂溶性组合物包括以下组分:紫草提取物:0.2-1%;紫苏叶提取物:0.2-1%。
进一步地,所述保湿剂包括以下组分:低聚果糖:0.5-5%;甘油:3-10%;甜菜碱:0.5-2.5%。
进一步地,所述抗氧化剂包括以下组分:迷迭香提取物:1.5-4.5%;烟酰胺:2-6%。
进一步地,所述皮肤调理剂包括以下组分:天麻提取物:0.2-1.5%;白芨提取物:0.2-1.5%。

本发明中油相微珠的霍霍巴酯,INCI名称:霍霍巴酯类(暂无CAS号),为天然来源的霍霍巴油经过特定的酯化技术,形成特定炭链长度的霍霍巴酯,其能在35℃以下的室温下呈现稳定的固体状态,并在约37℃接近人体肌肤温度的条件下呈现液体,从而达到在包装中稳定,而在涂抹使用时能被容易吸收的特点。解决了现有普通由明胶、树胶包裹的油脂,在使用时不容易被肌肤吸收的缺点。
本发明中油相微珠的二苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷:INCI名称:二苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷(暂无CAS号),二苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷作为护理硅油,其密度大于水的特征,将二苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷和密度低于水的霍霍巴酯等进行特定比例的混合,使得油相微珠最终的密度与水相精华相等,从而形成油珠可以稳定悬浮的精华体。解决了现有普通悬浮油珠的精华需要添加大量悬浮剂,并由此带来的厚重黏腻感的问题。
本发明中油相微珠的紫草提取物,INCI名称:紫草(LITHOSPERMUMERYTHRORHIZON)根提取物(暂无CAS号),为植物来源的脂溶性紫草成分。以左旋紫草素为主的萘醌类化合物,现代研究证实其为功效最活跃的组分,具有非常优秀的抗炎、舒缓、修复肌肤损伤的功效。比其水溶部分具有明显的功效优势。
本发明中油相微珠的紫苏提取物,INCI名称:紫苏(PERILLA OCYMOIDES)叶提取物(CAS号:90082-61-4),为植物来源的脂溶性紫苏成分。具有清除自由基、舒缓炎症反应的作用,能有效舒缓肌肤。通过VISIA人体测试表明,其脂溶性提取物比水溶性提取物在降低肌肤红斑指数方面具有更明显的功效。
本发明中油相微珠的氢化卵磷脂,INCI名称氢化卵磷脂(CAS号:92128-87-5),为豆科类植物来源的脂溶包裹促渗透活性物,与皮肤构成具有相类似的成分,因而可以用来包裹活性物,从而促进其在肌肤中吸收的性能。
本发明中的水相精华的烟酰胺,INCI名称:烟酰胺(CAS号:98-92-0),又称维生素B5,是肌肤自身不可缺少的维生素。其具有优异的抗氧化、抗自由基的功效,从而能减少外界刺激对肌肤的损伤,保持肌肤健康状态;具有优秀的抑制皮脂过度分泌、调节油脂分泌平衡功效;能激活细胞代谢,调节角质细胞的生成。烟酰胺在配方中的主要有以下三个作用:加速角质更新、舒缓炎症因子,修复受损肌肤、平衡油脂分泌。
本发明中的水相精华的泛醇,标准中文名称:泛醇(CAS号:16485-10-2),维生素B5的前体,故又称维生素原B5,皮肤上的护理作用表现为深入渗透的保湿剂,刺激上皮细胞的生长,促进伤口愈合,有优秀的抵抗炎症、修复作用;在本发明中,泛醇与烟酰胺搭配能有效提高其功效作用。
本发明中的水相精华的甜菜碱(CAS号:107-43-7),从甜菜中提取而来,肌肤中NMF的主要成分,补充肌肤天然保湿因子,令肌肤保湿盈润、透亮。
本发明中的水相精华的乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液,标准中文名称:乳酸杆菌/绿豆(PHASEOLUS RADIATUS)籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液(暂无CAS号),是绿豆与乳酸杆菌共同发酵而来,能提高肌肤抵抗力,减缓肌肤受到外界刺激时的过敏症状。
本发明中的水相精华的低聚果糖,标准中文名称:低聚果糖(暂无CAS号),植物来源,具有良好的保湿能力,同时是肌肤表面益生微生物的营养,令肌肤中的益生微生物得到更好的生长;从而强健肌肤屏障,改善肌肤状态。
本发明中的水相精华的糖类同分异构体,标准中文名称:糖类同分异构体(暂无CAS号),具有优异的锁水能力,持续使用,能够有效的提高肌肤含水量。同时其与泛醇具有协同增效作用,能增强彼此的保湿效果,能提高泛醇的舒缓抗炎效果。
本发明中的水相精华的迷迭香提取物,标准中文名称:迷迭香(ROSMARINUSOFFICINALIS)叶提取物(CAS号84604-14-8),具有良好的抗氧化作用,帮助肌肤抵御外界对肌肤的氧化损伤。
本发明中的水相精华的天麻提取液,标准中文名称:天麻(GASTRODIA ELATA)根提取物(暂无CAS号),其主要活性功效物为天麻素、天麻苷元、天麻多糖。其具有提高巨噬细胞吞噬能力,从而提高机体免疫力的功效,同时具有抗自由基、抗氧化同时抑制早期炎症的作用。
本发明中的水相精华的白芨提取液,标准中文名称:白芨(BLETILLA STRIATA)根提取物(暂无CAS号),其主要活性功效物为联苄类、白芨胶、二氢菲及菲类。具有促进组织修复、抗自由基、抗氧化、免疫抑制的作用。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明的含微油珠的护肤精华,利用高密度的二苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷和密度低于水的霍霍巴酯进行特定比例的混合,使油珠最终的密度与水相精华相等,从而形成油珠可以稳定悬浮的精华体,无需在精华中添加大量悬浮剂;并以霍霍巴酯和二苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基础,添加紫草提取物和紫苏提取物组成的脂溶性组合物,形成具有优秀舒缓、抗过敏、修复机体的精华液;通过添加脂溶包裹促渗透活性物的氢化卵磷脂,能够包裹活性物,从而促进水相精华液在肌肤中的吸收性能,提高产品功效。
2、本发明的护肤精华,在水相精华采用低聚果糖,不仅能与甜菜碱和甘油协同作用,补充肌肤天然保湿因子,令肌肤保湿盈润、透亮;还能够作为肌肤表面益生微生物的营养,令肌肤中的益生微生物得到更好的生长。从而强健肌肤屏障,改善肌肤状态;通过添加糖类同分异构体,其与泛醇具有协同增效作用,能增强彼此的保湿效果,能提高泛醇的舒缓抗炎效果。
3、本发明的护肤精华所添加的烟酰胺,不仅具有优异的抗氧化和抗自由基的功效,在本发明中还能抑制皮脂过度分泌、调节油脂分泌平衡功效;能激活细胞代谢,调节角质细胞的生成。
4、本发明的护肤精华采用天麻提取物和白芨提取物作为皮肤调理剂,不仅与迷迭香提取液、泛醇以及烟酰胺具有协同增效作用,能增强彼此刺激上皮细胞的生长,促进伤口愈合的修复作用;还具有提高巨噬细胞吞噬能力,从而提高机体免疫力的功效。
5、本发明采用的霍霍巴酯,为天然来源的霍霍巴油经过特定的互酯化技术,形成特定炭链长度的霍霍巴酯,其能在35℃以下的室温下呈现稳定的固体状态,并在约37℃接近人体肌肤温度的条件下呈现液体,从而达到在包装中稳定,而在涂抹使用时能被容易吸收的特点。解决了现有技术中,由明胶、树胶包裹的油脂,在使用时不容易被肌肤吸收的缺点。

实施例1:
一种含微油珠的护肤精华,组成如下:
油相微珠:
霍霍巴酯:0.4%;
二苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷:0.6%;
氢化卵磷脂:0.4%;
紫草提取物:0.2%;
紫苏叶提取物:0.2%;
水相精华:
泛醇:0.5%;
烟酰胺:2%;
甜菜碱:0.5%;
乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液:0.2%;
天麻提取物:0.2%;
白芨提取物:0.2%;
低聚果糖:0.5%;
甘油:3%;
糖类同分异构体:0.2%;
迷迭香提取物:1.5%;
辅助成分(增稠剂、防腐剂等):0.8%;
去离子水:余量。
制备方法如下:
1、按比例称取油相微珠中的各组分,混合均匀,加热到50-55℃,充分溶解完全;得到混合物A;
2、按比例称取水相精华中的各组分,混合均匀,加热到50-55℃搅拌均匀,得到混合物B;
3、将混合物A缓慢加入混合物B中,搅拌成大小适合的颗粒油珠,降温到35℃以下,得到实施例1的护肤精华,标记为产品1。
实施例2、实施例3以及对比例1:
按以下表1中指定的霍霍巴酯、二苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷、紫草提取物、紫苏叶提取物、泛醇、烟酰胺、甜菜碱、乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液、天麻提取物、白芨提取物、低聚果糖、甘油、糖类同分异构体、迷迭香提取物重复实验实施例1的方法,分别得到不同组分的含微油珠的护肤精华,其他未列出组分的种类和含量与实施例1完全相同:

将实施例1-3制得的护肤精华,与对比例1以及对比例2的产品进行效果测试:
测试条件与方法如下:
选择100名女性志愿者,年龄段20岁-35岁之间,身体健康,无皮肤病和过敏病史,非敏感皮肤。
将所有志愿者随机分成5组,每组使用对应的精华。所有志愿者均能够按规范使用化妆品,并配合工作人员按要求完成评价工作,具有一定表述能力,能真实反应使用后的感受。
使用方法:洁面后,取适量产品均匀涂抹在面部,每天早晚使用一次,持续四周。
测试使用前后皮肤的保湿滋润效果和舒缓退红效果,并进行评分;同时跟踪记录志愿者使用时肌肤的吸收度、滋润度以及是否存在“搓泥”现象;评分采用5分制,1分最差,5分最高。
通过使用CK皮肤测试仪、visia皮肤测试仪对其经皮失水、红斑指数等进行功效评估,从而得知产品的保湿滋润效果和舒缓退红效果。
测试结果如表2所示。

根据表2的测试结果可得,实施例1-3的产品与对比例2的产品对比,使用时不仅具有优秀的吸收度和舒适度,还具有显著的保湿滋润效果和舒缓退红效果,且不存在“搓泥”现象。
当油相微珠中各组分的含量为霍霍巴酯:0.8%;二苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷:1.0%;氢化卵磷脂:0.9%;紫草提取物:0.4%;紫苏叶提取物:0.3%时,水相精华中的甘油与低聚果糖的添加量较低,实施例3的精华同样具有显著的保湿滋润效果和舒缓退红效果,由此可得含量为霍霍巴酯:0.8%;二苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷:1.0%;氢化卵磷脂:0.9%;紫草提取物:0.4%;紫苏叶提取物:0.3%组合的油相微珠,添加到水相精华中,具有优秀的舒缓、抗过敏、修复机体的功效,且含量为0.9%的氢化卵磷脂,能够包裹活性物,从而促进水相精华液在肌肤中的吸收性能,提高产品功效。
对比例1的精华,并未添加油相微珠,无论在保湿滋润效果、舒缓退红效果、吸收度以及舒适感上均不如实施例1-3以及对比例2的精华,进一步得出本发明配方中的油相微珠具有优秀的舒缓、抗过敏、修复机体的功效。
综上所述,本发明的含微油珠的护肤精华,利用高密度的二苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷和密度低于水的霍霍巴酯进行特定比例的混合,使油珠最终的密度与水相精华相等,从而形成油珠可以稳定悬浮的精华体,无需在精华中添加大量悬浮剂;并以霍霍巴酯和二苯基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基础,添加紫草提取物和紫苏提取物组成的脂溶性组合物,形成具有优秀舒缓、抗过敏、修复机体的精华液;通过添加脂溶包裹促渗透活性物的氢化卵磷脂,能够包裹活性物,从而促进水相精华液在肌肤中的吸收性能,提高产品功效。

水相精华:抗氧化剂:3.5-10.5%;保湿剂:4-15%;乳酸杆菌/绿豆籽提取物/谷氨酸钠发酵产物滤液:0.2-1%;糖类同分异构体:0.2-1%;皮肤调理剂:0.4-3%;辅助组分:0.5-2%;去离子水:余量。
