analyzing the data packet, extracting the identity information, the push information and the receiving information, and classifying and storing the identity information, the push information and the receiving information according to the information management table;
the intelligent analgesia device 3 is connected with the mobile phone terminal 1 in a matching way through the wireless communication module, and the mobile phone terminal 1 and the intelligent analgesia device 3 carry out data interaction after the connection.
In one example, the medical staff 5 manages data through the intelligent analgesia management system 4, and performs real-time monitoring on the use condition of the intelligent analgesia device 3 and alarm feedback, and the method comprises the following steps:
comparing the classified real-time measurement data with corresponding parameter thresholds;
if the index is not in the reference range, the index is abnormal, or the index cannot be detected, and an alarm signal sent from the instrument is received, namely the alarm signal is represented;
the alarm signal is transmitted to a server end by using a data transmission protocol, and a background system stores and analyzes data uploaded by the intelligent analgesic pump and prompts alarm information;
the doctor can know the running condition of the intelligent analgesia pump in time according to the service condition and the alarm information of the intelligent analgesia pump.
In one example, a healthcare worker 5 manages data via an intelligent analgesia management system 4, and remote operation of an intelligent analgesia pump comprises the steps of:
the server receives the control instruction sent by the intelligent analgesic pump through a message transmission protocol and immediately receives the instruction ordering requirement after verifying the instruction;
completing the parameter configuration of the equipment according to the instruction content;
and returning a message of successful or failed configuration through a message transmission protocol, so as to meet the requirement of a doctor on the preset parameters of the medical equipment.
In summary, by means of the above technical solution of the present invention, the present invention uses a combined transmission module to design a data interaction manner, integrates different analgesia related devices into a portable intelligent analgesia device 3, and obtains real-time data of different medical monitoring devices and stores the data in the database of the present invention; in addition, the functions of remote diagnosis and equipment operation of doctors are provided, the functions of communication between doctors and patients through videos, images, voice and characters are provided, the communication between doctors and patients is increased, and the quick response and medical care of doctors are facilitated. The medical system and the medical equipment are integrated to realize the interaction between the user and the medical system, the cost of additional hardware equipment is reduced, a corresponding data system does not need to be added, and a foundation is laid for the informatization development of hospitals.

Claims (9)

1. An intelligent analgesia management device is characterized by comprising a mobile phone terminal (1), a patient (2), an intelligent analgesia device (3), an intelligent analgesia management system (4) and medical staff (5);
the mobile phone terminal (1) is in wireless communication with the intelligent analgesic equipment (3);
the intelligent analgesia equipment (3) is in wireless communication with the intelligent analgesia management system (4);
the intelligent analgesia pump system is characterized in that medical staff (5) manages data through an intelligent analgesia management system (4), monitors the service condition of the intelligent analgesia equipment (3), gives an alarm for feedback and remotely operates the intelligent analgesia pump in real time.
2. An intelligent analgesia management device according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent analgesia device (3) comprises a gateway module (6), a monitoring module (7), an electronic analgesia module (8) and a power supply module (9);
the gateway module (6) is used for realizing a device control function and a wireless communication function;
the monitoring module (7) is used for realizing the monitoring of life and fetal heart and providing an alarm function when the monitoring data exceeds a normal range;
the electronic analgesia module (8) is used for executing drug administration operation to realize analgesia function;
the power supply module (9) is used for realizing power supply and power supply management and realizing low power consumption of the equipment.

An intelligent analgesia management device according to claim 2 wherein the gateway module (6) is used to implement device control functions including controlling the electronic analgesia module (8) to set parameters and collecting monitoring and alarm data sets to obtain current analgesia parameters.
4. An intelligent analgesia management device according to claim 3, wherein the gateway module (6) is used for realizing wireless communication functions including being capable of communicating with a mobile phone terminal (1) and realizing interaction with a patient; the intelligent analgesia management system is communicated with the intelligent analgesia management system (4), so that the patient (2) and the medical staff (5) can interact with each other and realize the data forwarding function; and the communication between the mobile phone terminal (1) and the intelligent analgesia management system (4) is realized.
5. An intelligent analgesia management device according to claim 2, wherein the monitoring module (7) comprises a fetal heart monitor (10), a vital signs monitor (11) and other monitors (12);
the fetal heart monitor (10) is used for decoding the data stream, classifying and storing the data according to the fetal heart rate and the fetal movement index of the uterine contraction press, and searching for alarm information;
the vital sign monitor (11) is used for decoding data streams, storing data in a classified mode according to blood pressure, heart rate, pulse, body temperature and blood oxygen saturation and searching alarm information.
6. An intelligent analgesia management device according to claim 1 wherein the intelligent analgesia management system (4) comprises a device management module (13), an intelligent control module (14), a data management module (15) and a patient feedback module (16);
the equipment management module (13) is used for executing registration, binding and verification functions of different equipment, registering and verifying all intelligent analgesic pumps interacting with the background, and only the intelligent analgesic equipment passing the verification can perform data interaction with the background;
the intelligent control module (14) is used for executing the function of the remote operation equipment, and a doctor can adjust the parameters of the specified equipment through the module;
the data management module (15) is used for executing the functions of receiving, storing and processing the execution data, and can store the equipment parameters and the alarm information uploaded by the intelligent medical equipment, the feedback information of the patient and the remote operation information of the doctor on the equipment;
the patient feedback module (16) is used for executing the function of remote operation equipment, and doctors can realize bidirectional communication of characters, voice or video images through a data interaction interface.
7. The intelligent analgesic management device according to claim 1, wherein the mobile phone terminal (1) and the intelligent analgesic device (3) are in wireless communication, and the method comprises the following steps:
automatically adapting to the mobile phone terminal (1) through the Bluetooth module, and capturing and screening data packets pushed by the mobile phone terminal (1);
analyzing the data packet, extracting the identity information, the push information and the receiving information, and classifying and storing the identity information, the push information and the receiving information according to the information management table;
the intelligent analgesia device (3) is connected with the mobile phone terminal (1) in a matching way through the wireless communication module, and the mobile phone terminal (1) and the intelligent analgesia device (3) carry out data interaction after connection.

An intelligent analgesia management device according to claim 1, wherein the medical staff (5) manages data through the intelligent analgesia management system (4), and the real-time monitoring of the use condition of the intelligent analgesia device (3) and the alarm feedback comprise the following steps:
comparing the classified real-time measurement data with corresponding parameter thresholds;
if the index is not in the reference range, the index is abnormal, or the index cannot be detected, and an alarm signal sent from the instrument is received, namely the alarm signal is represented;
the alarm signal is transmitted to a server end by using a data transmission protocol, and a background system stores and analyzes data uploaded by the intelligent analgesic pump and prompts alarm information;
the doctor can know the running condition of the intelligent analgesia pump in time according to the service condition and the alarm information of the intelligent analgesia pump.
9. An intelligent analgesia management device according to claim 1 wherein the medical personnel (5) manage data through an intelligent analgesia management system (4), and remote operation of the intelligent analgesia pump comprises the steps of:
the server receives the control instruction sent by the intelligent analgesic pump through a message transmission protocol and immediately receives the instruction ordering requirement after verifying the instruction;
completing the parameter configuration of the equipment according to the instruction content;
and returning a message of successful or failed configuration through a message transmission protocol, so as to meet the requirement of a doctor on the preset parameters of the medical equipment.
