Background
Many diseases require sedation and analgesia treatment, such as orthopedic and brain surgery diseases, and ICU hospitalized patients, and the sedation and analgesia treatment has high risk, each patient has different sensibility to analgesia and sedation drugs, and when they receive the treatment, if the sedation and analgesia depth is not enough, they have no treatment effect, but if the sedation and analgesia depth is too much, they may have extremely serious consequences, such as the respiratory depression leading to the respiratory arrest of the patient and covering the condition deterioration of the patient, and if the sedation and analgesia treatment is not found in time, they may have serious consequences to the patient, even die. At present, medical staff mainly adopts regular inspection and a scale method to judge clinically so as to know the analgesia and sedation of a patient, and the workload of the medical staff is large and inaccurate.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention relates to a system capable of collecting patient sedation and analgesia information, which overcomes the defects of the prior art, can carry out electrocardiogram monitoring (including blood pressure, heart rate, electrocardiogram and oxyhemoglobin saturation) and can monitor the sedation depth and pain condition of a patient.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a system for collecting patient sedation and analgesia information; the system comprises an interactive electrocardiogram monitoring device, a signal acquisition module, an information storage module, a data processing and analyzing module and a workstation system, wherein the signal acquisition module inputs acquired information signals into signals of the interactive electrocardiogram monitoring device and transmits the acquired information signals to the information storage module, the data processing and analyzing module analyzes and compares the acquired information signals through an intelligent processor and gives corresponding numerical values and graphs, the information is transmitted to a wired network through a local area network and is transmitted to a router and a wireless network and finally displayed on the electrocardiogram monitoring device and is synchronized to display terminals of the workstation system, and the workstation system receives the information processed by a big data analyzing system and displays the information on the terminal devices.
The signal acquisition module acquires information of facial expression change, lower limb action reaction change, left upper limb action reaction change and right upper limb action reaction change during patient sedation and analgesia information, and simultaneously acquires blood pressure, blood oxygen saturation, respiration frequency, pulse frequency and electrocardio signals of a patient.
The system is provided with an alarm function, and if the acquired signals are obviously abnormal, the telephone ring of the terminal equipment can sound to alarm.
The terminal equipment comprises a mobile phone, a tablet computer and a notebook computer.
The terminal devices may share the printer.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention can quantify the sedation and analgesia index through a large amount of collected information and visualization, and can be widely applied to various departments in a hospital, in particular to departments requiring sedation and analgesia treatment, such as an operating room, an anesthesia department, an ICU, a CCU, a pain department, an emergency department and the like; the system compares the facial expression change of the patient and the reaction expression of the patient to various stimuli with the expression and reaction data stored in the database in advance, and then displays the compared result on the interactive electrocardiogram monitoring equipment.

Detailed Description
a system for collecting patient sedation and analgesia information; the acquired signals mainly comprise heart rate, electrocardiogram, respiration, blood pressure and oxyhemoglobin saturation, the four types of signal acquisition means are quite mature, electrode plates are placed at the chest to acquire the heart rate, the electrocardiogram and the respiration rate of a patient, cuff is used to acquire the blood pressure value of the patient, a finger sensor is used to acquire the oxyhemoglobin saturation of the patient, all the electrocardio monitoring devices in the world almost adopt the method to acquire the oxyhemoglobin saturation, the repeated description is omitted in the invention, and the structure name is displayed in a legend in order to ensure the integrity of the electrocardio monitoring device.
The method comprises the steps of collecting signals of the sedation depth and the analgesia degree, wherein the signals are complex, as mentioned above, the 4 high-definition cameras are mainly used for capturing pictures of facial expressions, limb reactions and the like of a patient, and the captured picture information is transmitted to the electrocardio monitoring equipment and stored in an information storage system to be compared with the originally established database information in the following table.
A power cord is inserted into a power jack 15 of the interactive electrocardiogram monitoring equipment and is electrified, a switch button 8 is pressed for a long time, the interactive electrocardiogram monitoring equipment is opened, a sedation and analgesia signal collector ' sedation signal collector terminal interface ' 16 is inserted into a ' sedation depth monitoring jack ' 12, an analgesia signal collector terminal interface ' 17 is inserted into a ' pain degree monitoring jack ' 13,
the No. 1 camera 18 is arranged at the head of the patient bed, the angle is adjusted to capture the facial expression change of the patient,
the No. 2 camera 19 is arranged at the tail of the patient bed, the angle is adjusted to capture the action reaction change of the lower limbs of the patient,
the No. 3 camera 20 is arranged above the left side of the limb of the patient to capture the action reaction change of the upper limb at the left side of the patient,
the "No. 4 camera" 21 is placed above the right side of the patient's limb to capture the change in the patient's right upper limb movement response.
The terminal interface 23 of the blood pressure signal collector is inserted into the blood pressure cuff jack 9,
the "cuff" 22 is secured to the patient's upper limb and the patient's blood pressure is measured.
