Fig. 28 is an exploded perspective view of a display 1300 of a home appliance according to another embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 28, in some embodiments, the display screen 1300 of the household appliance includes a panel 1303 and a display film 1400, wherein a side of the display film 1400 facing the display surface is a front side, a side opposite to the display surface is a back side, and the panel 1303 covers the front side of the display film 1400. The panel 1303 may protect and support the display film 1400, facilitating the fixing assembly of the display film 1400. The base layer of display film 1400 may be a flexible film.
Fig. 29 is a schematic sectional view of the plane a-a in fig. 28. As shown in fig. 29, the panel 1303 includes a substrate 1303a and a colorant 1303b, and the colorant 1303b is dispersed inside the substrate 1303a to form the translucent panel 1303. The colorant 1303b is a substance capable of coloring a raw material of the substrate 1303 a. After dyeing is completed, the colorant 1303b can be uniformly dispersed in the substrate 1303a, so that the panel 1303 can obtain a translucent effect. The translucent panel 1303 can shield some parts behind the panel 1303, so that the color icons can be displayed clearly, dazzling light emitted by a backlight light source of the household electronic display screen can be isolated, and the display film 1400 is matched to make the household appliance display screen 1300 look clearer, brighter, softer, more comfortable and more beautiful in vision. The display film 1400 is disposed on the inner surface of the substrate 1303 a.
In some embodiments, the material of the substrate 1303a may include at least one of ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), PC (Polycarbonate), AS (styrene-Acrylonitrile copolymer), and glass. Among them, ABS plastic has high hardness and strength, better heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance and toughness, and has a high surface gloss, is easily colored and easily processed, thus contributing to the improvement of the overall performance of the panel 1303. PC has better heat resistance, light transmission and impact resistance, and has better wear resistance compared with ABS, so that color icons are clear. AS has better heat resistance and corrosion resistance and is not easy to discolor.
In some embodiments, the substrate 1303a may be made of a transparent material, or may be made of a semitransparent material with a transparency between completely transparent and opaque, which is not limited in this application.
In other embodiments, the color mark layer may be directly disposed on the inner side of the substrate 1303a of the panel 1303. The method for disposing the color icon layer on the inner side surface of the substrate 1303a of the panel 1303 is similar to the method for disposing the color icon layer on the base layer in the embodiment shown in fig. 1-8, and is not repeated here.
In some embodiments, the color icon layer is directly disposed on the inner side of the substrate 1303a of the panel 1303, which may be equivalent to disposing the color icon layer on a base layer made of PVC, glass, or the like, and using the base layer as the panel 1303. Because the hardness of PVC basic unit and glass basic unit is big than the hardness of film basic units such as PET basic unit, the thickness of PVC basic unit and glass basic unit can be big than the thickness of film basic units such as PET basic unit, can regard as the panel of domestic appliance display screen, directly shows in the outward appearance of product.
In order to enable the panel 1303 to cooperate with the display film 1400 to achieve a preset display effect, the light transmittance range of the panel 1303 is 2% -20%, so that dazzling light rays in the backlight light source of the display screen 1300 of the household appliance are filtered by utilizing the light transmittance of the panel 1303, and the display screen 1300 of the household appliance obtains a clearer, brighter, softer, comfortable and more beautiful display effect. In some embodiments, the light transmittance of the panel 1303 may be in a range of 4% to 8%, so as to improve the filtering effect of the panel 1303 on glare light in the backlight source and improve the overall display effect of the display screen 1300.
Taking the example that the home appliance display screen 1300 uses a white backlight light source, when the white backlight light source penetrates through the display film 1400, a yellow-white light effect is formed in the color icon area, and a part of the yellow-white light can be isolated by using the translucent panel 1303, so that the yellow-white light is not dazzled in color and brightness, and finally, a clear, bright and soft display effect is formed on the panel 1303, thereby improving the use experience of a user.
In the above-described embodiment, the translucent effect of the panel 1303 is achieved by adding the colorant 1303b in the substrate 1303a, and the colorant 1303b may be toner. The toner is in powder form, and the powder toner and the raw material of the substrate 1303a are uniformly mixed according to a preset mass ratio, so that the substrate 1303a with the preset semitransparent effect can be obtained. The toner may be black toner, and the black toner may be mixed with the base 1303a to obtain the base 1303a with dark semitransparent effect. On one hand, the black toner has a light shielding effect, and the structures in the panel 1303 are prevented from penetrating out of the panel 1303; on the other hand, the addition of black toner to the substrate 1303a ensures the overall sharpness of the panel 1303, and avoids the problem of blurring of the display of the panel 1303 caused by the light-shielding property achieved by other color toners. Therefore, the black toner is added to the substrate 1303a while satisfying the requirement of the light-shielding property and the definition of the substrate 1303a for the display screen 1300 of the home appliance. In some embodiments, the toner may be a translucent toner that can be mixed with the base 1303a raw material to obtain a translucent base 1303 a.
In some embodiments, the mass ratio of toner to substrate 1303a ranges from 0.012% to 0.024%. Wherein the mass ratio is the ratio of the mass of the toner to the mass of the material of the substrate, for example, when the substrate 1303a is 25 kg of the raw material, 3 to 6 g of the toner may be used. In some embodiments, the mass ratio of the toner to the substrate 1303a is 0.02%, a better mixing effect can be obtained, and a better translucent effect can be obtained for the panel 1303.
