As further shown in fig. 11, the upper filter plate 13 and the lower filter plate 14 are both rectangular parallelepiped structures; in the state that the upper filter plate 13 and the lower filter plate 14 are completely overlapped, the filter holes 15 on the upper filter plate 13 and the filter holes 15 on the lower filter plate 14 are staggered with each other, so that the extraction cylinder is ensured to be closed, and after the upper filter plate 13 and the lower filter plate 14 are relatively shifted, the filter holes 15 on the upper filter plate 13 and the filter holes 15 on the lower filter plate 14 are aligned, so that the extraction liquid is discharged; the surfaces of the upper filter plate 13 and the lower filter plate 14 are both arc-shaped structures; the clamping seat 16 is of a U-shaped structure; the fixture block 17 is of an arc-shaped structure; the limiting seat 18 is of an L-shaped structure; the side surfaces of the upper filter plate 13 and the lower filter plate 14 are fixedly provided with sliding blocks; the surface of the extraction cylinder 8 is provided with sliding chutes matched with the sliding blocks.

Moving the device to a working area, opening a feeding door 10, pouring dried and crushed natural spice into the device from a feeding hopper 9, closing the feeding door 10, opening a liquid inlet door 12, pouring a solvent into the device from a liquid inlet hopper 11, closing the liquid inlet door 12, starting a driving motor 23, if the driving motor 23 is set to rotate clockwise, driving the driving motor 23 to drive a driving roller 24 to rotate, driving the driving roller 24 to drive a driving seat 25 to rotate, driving the driving seat 25 to drive a fluted disc 26 to rotate, driving the extraction cylinder 8 to rotate by the fluted disc 26, and driving the stirring plate 20 to rotate by the extraction cylinder 8, so that the spice and the solvent are stirred; meanwhile, the driving seat 25 drives the rotating toothholder 30 to rotate, and as the first gear seat 31 and the first rotary disk seat 32 are meshed with the fixed toothholder 29, the first rotary disk seat 32 is meshed with the rotating toothholder 30, so that the inner stirring roller 35 revolves around the fixed toothholder 29 clockwise, and simultaneously the inner stirring roller 35 revolves around the first gear seat 31 clockwise, and the inner stirring roller 35 rotates on its own axis, thereby stirring the perfume and the solvent; the rotating tooth holder 30 drives the driven gear 36 to rotate anticlockwise, the driven gear 36 drives the tooth ring 37 to rotate anticlockwise, and the second gear holder 38 and the second turntable holder 39 are meshed with the tooth ring 37, so that the second turntable holder 39 is meshed with the fixed seat 21, the outer stirring roller 42 revolves around the fixed tooth holder 29 anticlockwise, meanwhile, the outer stirring roller 42 revolves around the second gear holder 38 clockwise, and the outer stirring roller 42 rotates on itself, so that the spice and the solvent are stirred; as described above, the inner stirring roller 35 and the outer stirring roller 42 stir the perfume and the solvent in multi-rotation directions and all directions; after extraction is finished, the driving motor 23 is turned off, the mixture is kept stand for a period of time, then the lower filter plate 14 is pulled through the pull ring 19, the upper filter plate 13 and the lower filter plate 14 are staggered, so that the filter holes 15 in the upper filter plate 13 and the lower filter plate 14 are aligned, extract liquor is discharged, perfume waste residues are left on the upper filter plate 13, then the extract liquor enters a filter box, solid residues are filtered by the square filter plate 47, and finally the extract liquor falls into the material receiving seat 48; after the collection is completed, the fixture 17 is slid to draw out the upper filter plate 13 and the lower filter plate 14 together, and then the waste perfume residues fall into the uppermost filter seat 46, and the filter seat 46 is completely taken out, and then the upper filter plate 13, the lower filter plate 14, the filter seat 46 and the square filter plate 47 are cleaned and maintained.

1. An extraction and separation device for natural fragrances, comprising a base (1), characterized in that:
the upper surface of the base (1) is fixedly connected with a support (2); one surface of the support (2) is fixedly connected with two fixing plates (3); one surface of each of the two fixing plates (3) is fixedly connected with an extraction component (4); an outer ring body (5) is fixedly connected to one surface of the support (2); the inner wall of the outer ring body (5) is rotationally connected with the extraction component (4); the lower surface of the extraction component (4) is fixedly connected with a filtering component (6); a fixed frame (7) is fixedly connected to one surface of the support (2); one surface of the fixing frame (7) is fixedly connected with the filtering component (6); the upper surface of the base (1) is fixedly connected with the filtering component (6);
the extraction assembly (4) comprises an extraction barrel (8); the peripheral side surface of the extraction cylinder (8) is rotationally connected with the outer ring body (5); the peripheral side surface of the extraction cylinder (8) is fixedly communicated with a feed hopper (9); a feeding door (10) is hinged to one surface of the feeding hopper (9); a liquid inlet hopper (11) is fixedly communicated with the peripheral side surface of the extraction cylinder (8) and the other side of the feed hopper (9); a liquid inlet door (12) is hinged to one surface of the liquid inlet hopper (11); the lower surface of the extraction cylinder (8) is connected with an upper filter plate (13) in a sliding way; the lower surface of the extraction cylinder (8) and the lower part of the upper filter plate (13) are connected with a lower filter plate (14) in a sliding way; the surfaces of the upper filter plate (13) and the lower filter plate (14) are provided with a plurality of filter holes (15); the peripheral side surface of the extraction cylinder (8) is fixedly connected with two clamping seats (16); one surface of each of the two clamping seats (16) is slidably connected with a clamping block (17) matched with the upper filter plate (13); one surface of the upper filter plate (13) is fixedly connected with two limiting seats (18); one surface of the lower filter plate (14) is fixedly connected with a pull ring (19) matched with the limiting seat (18); a group of poking plates (20) which are distributed in a circumferential array are fixedly connected inside the extraction cylinder (8);
the inner wall of the extraction cylinder (8) is rotationally connected with a fixed seat (21); the upper surface of the fixed seat (21) is fixedly connected with the fixed plate (3); the upper surface of the fixed seat (21) is fixedly connected with a bracket (22); a driving motor (23) is fixedly connected to one surface of the support (22); one end of an output shaft of the driving motor (23) is fixedly connected with a driving roller (24); the inner wall of the fixed seat (21) is rotatably connected with a driving seat (25); the peripheral side surface of the driving seat (25) is in transmission with the driving roller (24) through a belt; a fluted disc (26) is meshed and connected with the peripheral side surface of the driving seat (25); the lower surface of the fluted disc (26) is rotationally connected with the fixed seat (21); the peripheral side surface of the fluted disc (26) is meshed and connected with the extraction cylinder (8); the upper surface of the fixed seat (21) is fixedly connected with a U-shaped frame (27); a connecting column (28) is fixedly connected to one surface of the U-shaped frame (27); the peripheral side surface of the connecting column (28) is rotationally connected with the driving seat (25); the lower surface of the connecting column (28) is fixedly connected with a fixed tooth holder (29); the lower surface of the driving seat (25) is fixedly connected with a rotary tooth seat (30); the peripheral side surface of the fixed tooth holder (29) is engaged and connected with two first gear holders (31) and two first turntable holders (32); the peripheral side surfaces of the two first rotary disc seats (32) are meshed and connected with the rotary tooth seat (30); the peripheral side surfaces of the two first gear seats (31) are rotationally connected with first turntable seats (32) at corresponding positions; the lower surfaces of the two first gear seats (31) are fixedly connected with a first central gear (33); the lower surfaces of the two first turntable seats (32) are respectively and rotatably connected with two first outer side gears (34); the two first central gears (33) are meshed with first outer gears (34) at corresponding positions; the lower surface of each first outer side gear (34) is fixedly connected with an inner side stirring roller (35);
one surface of the fixed seat (21) is rotatably connected with a group of driven gears (36) distributed in a circumferential array; the peripheral side surfaces of a group of driven gears (36) are all in meshed connection with the rotary tooth holder (30); a toothed ring (37) is rotatably connected to one surface of the fixed seat (21) and positioned outside the driven gear (36); the inner wall of the gear ring (37) is meshed with the driven gear (36); the peripheral side surface of the gear ring (37) is meshed and connected with a group of second gear seats (38) distributed in a circumferential array; the peripheral side surface of the gear ring (37) is connected with a group of second turntable seats (39) which are distributed in a circumferential array in a meshing way; the peripheral side surfaces of the second gear seats (38) are rotationally connected with second turntable seats (39) at corresponding positions; the lower surfaces of the second gear seats (38) are fixedly connected with second central gears (40); the lower surfaces of the second turntable bases (39) are respectively and rotatably connected with two second outer side gears (41); a set of the second sun gears (40) are all meshed with second outer gears (41) in corresponding positions; the lower surface of each second outer side gear (41) is fixedly connected with an outer side stirring roller (42); a plurality of stirring rods (43) are fixedly connected to the circumferential side surfaces of the inner stirring roller (35) and the outer stirring roller (42); the peripheral side surfaces of the second turntable seats (39) are meshed and connected with the fixed seats (21);
the filter assembly (6) comprises a lower hopper (44); the upper surface of the discharging hopper (44) is fixedly connected with the extraction cylinder (8); the lower surface of the discharging hopper (44) is fixedly connected with a discharging box (45); one surface of the blanking box (45) is fixedly connected with the fixed frame (7); the lower surface of the blanking box (45) is fixedly connected with the base (1); the inner wall of the blanking box (45) is connected with a group of filtering seats (46) which are linearly distributed in a sliding manner; the inner walls of the filter seats (46) are fixedly connected with square filter plates (47); the inner wall of the blanking box (45) is connected with a material receiving seat (48) in a sliding manner.

The extraction and separation equipment for natural spices according to claim 1, characterized in that a group of universal wheels (49) distributed in a circumferential array is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the base (1); handles are fixedly connected to one surfaces of the filtering seat (46) and the material receiving seat (48); the surface of the handle is fixedly connected with a rubber non-slip mat.

An extraction separation device for natural perfume according to claim 1, characterized in that the base (1) is a rectangular parallelepiped structure; the surface of the base (1) is provided with two chamfers; two reinforcing ribs which are respectively positioned at two sides of the support (2) and symmetrically distributed are fixedly connected between the base (1) and the support (2).

An extraction and separation device for natural fragrances as in claim 1, characterized in that said support (2) is of L-shaped configuration; the fixing plate (3) is of a cuboid structure; the two fixing plates (3) are respectively positioned at two sides of the driving seat (25) and are symmetrically distributed; the fixing frame (7) is of an H-shaped structure; the outer ring body (5) is of a circular structure; the circumferential side surface of the outer ring body (5) is fixedly connected with a rubber non-slip mat.
