The lower end of the main shaft 14 and the lower end of the spiral guide plate 3 extend into a groove 24 formed in the filtering part 21.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, a limiting ring 23 for limiting the supporting portion 22 is disposed on the lower tank unit 9 along the circumferential direction of the supporting portion 22, and the supporting portion 22 of the first filter screen 17 and the supporting portion 22 of the second filter screen 20 are sequentially embedded in an accommodating groove formed by the limiting ring 23 from top to bottom. And when the upper flange plate 10 and the lower flange plate 11 are fixedly connected together through the bolt assemblies 12, the first filter screen 17 and the second filter screen 20 abut against the upper flange plate 10 and the lower flange plate 11 respectively. So that the filter screen can be stably installed between the upper flange 10 and the lower flange 11.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the discharge pipe 18 is arranged coaxially with the main shaft 14, and the discharge pipe 18 passes through a first sieve 17 and a second sieve 20. The upper end of the discharge pipe 18 is fixedly connected to a second sieve 20. The mounting pressure plate 19 is located above the first screen 17 and abuts against the first screen 17. The mounting pressure plate 19 is provided with a mounting bolt 25, and the mounting bolt 25 passes through the mounting pressure plate 19 and is connected to the discharge pipe 18 in a threaded manner. The first filter screen 17 is pressed against the lower second filter screen 20 by the mounting pressing plate 19, so that the first filter screen 17 and the second filter screen 20 can be more stably mounted together.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the lower tank unit 9 is provided with a solid discharge port 26 and a liquid discharge port 27. The solid discharge port 26 is located at the lower end of the lower tank unit 9, and an on-off valve 28 is arranged on the solid discharge port 26. The lower end of the discharge pipe 18 is connected to the inner wall of the lower tank unit 9 and communicated with a solid discharge hole 26. The liquid outlet 27 is positioned at one side of the lower tank unit 9 and is communicated with the inner cavity of the lower tank unit 9.
After filter pressing, the liquid material is collected through the liquid discharge port 27, then the on-off valve 28 on the solid discharge port 26 is opened, and the spiral material guide plate 3 drives the solid material to move towards the solid discharge port 26 through the discharge pipe 18, so that the solid material is discharged.
The implementation principle of the filter press in the embodiment of the application is as follows:

5. the liquid in the second cavity 7 is discharged out of the second cavity 7 from the liquid discharge port 27, and the collection of the liquid material is completed;
6. opening the on-off valve 28 on the solid discharge port 26, and continuing to rotate the spiral material guide plate 3 relative to the tank body 2 to drive the solid material to move towards the solid discharge port 26 through the discharge pipe 18;
7. discharging the solid material from a solid discharge port 26 to finish deslagging;
8. after a period of use, the bolt assembly 12 can be removed, so that the filter assembly 5 can be taken down from the lower tank unit 9, and then the filter assembly 5 can be cleaned and dried directly.
