技术领域
本发明涉及3D打印技术领域,具体涉及平面3D打印部件与布类、人造皮或真皮的熔接工艺。
背景技术
3D打印机通过读取文件中的横截面信息,用液体状、粉状或片状的材料将这些截面逐层地打印出来,再将各层截面以各种方式粘合起来从而制造出一个实体。
目前3D打印是最终制造成一个实体的,不能小面积地跟其它材料结合应用于鞋类,服装或箱包面料上,而整体的在鞋类,服装或箱包面料上进行3D打印其成本将会很高,重量大,以及能够弥补单一3D打印材料上的物性不足,不利于使用,也限制了3D打印的发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种3D打印与其他材料相结合、降低制作成本、提高产品性能的平面3D打印部件与布类、人造皮或真皮的熔接工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:平面3D打印部件与布类、人造皮或真皮的熔接工艺,它包含如下步骤:
1、小部件用TPU材质原料打印出来,四周边框打印实心,中间打印网格状;
2、需要接合的布类、人造皮或真皮材料在与3D打印部件结合的位置挖空;
3、将3D打印的小部件放在需接合的布类、人造皮或真皮材料上用高频机台加边框模具加热加压让3D打印材料熔合到接合的材料内部,使两种材料接合成一片部件。
本发明产生的有益效果为:
1、降低了大面积使用3D打印的价格,又能使布类、人造皮或真皮面料与3D打印材料结合之后使其具有更好的透气性能;
2、可以分区块功能性使用3D打印和布类、人造皮或真皮的其他材料接合,能够弥补单一3D打印材料上的物性不足,比大面积使用的舒适度更好和重量更轻;
3、能够把3D打印应用到更多的行业:鞋业、服装、箱包。

平面3D打印部件与布类、人造皮或真皮的熔接工艺,它包含如下步骤:
1、小部件用TPU材质原料打印出来,四周边框打印实心(宽度和厚度按具体材料和实际设计),中间打印网格状(使其有很好的透气性);
2、需要接合的布类、人造皮或真皮材料在与3D打印部件结合的位置挖空;
3、将3D打印的小部件放在需接合的布类、人造皮或真皮材料上用高频机台加边框模具加热加压让3D打印材料熔合到接合的材料内部,使两种材料接合成一片部件。
本具体实施方式产生的有益效果为:
1、降低了大面积使用3D打印的价格,又能使布类、人造皮或真皮面料与3D打印材料结合之后具有更好的透气性能;
2、可以分区块功能性使用3D打印和布类、人造皮或真皮的其他材料接合,能够弥补单一3D打印材料上的物性不足,比大面积使用的舒适度更好和重量更轻;
3、能够把3D打印应用到更多的行业:鞋业、服装、箱包。

(1)、小部件用TPU材质原料打印出来,四周边框打印实心,中间打印网格状;
(2)、需要接合的布类、人造皮或真皮材料在与3D打印部件结合的位置挖空;
(3)、将3D打印的小部件放在需接合的布类、人造皮或真皮材料上用高频机台加边框模具加热加压让3D打印材料熔合到接合的材料内部;使两种材料接合成一片部件。
