Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bearing installation tools, in particular to a centering pressing tool for a tapered roller bearing outer ring for a steering gear.
Background
The steering device of the automobile has the function of properly converting the rotation moment from the steering wheel and the steering angle (mainly reducing and increasing moment) and outputting the converted rotation moment to the steering rod mechanism so as to steer the automobile. Further, the guide block comprises an integrally formed connecting part and an outer ring fixing part; the external diameter of the connecting part is a conical surface matched with the internal diameter of the bearing outer ring to be pressed in, and the bottom end of the outer ring fixing part is in interference fit with the edge of the bottom of the internal diameter of the bearing outer ring to be pressed in.
Furthermore, the outer ring fixing part is provided with four locking claws, the inner sides of the locking claws are provided with annular grooves, and the grooves can increase the elasticity of the locking claws.
Preferably, a threaded blind hole is formed in one end of the pressing rod, which is used for fixing the pressing block, and a screw penetrates through the pressing block from one side of the pressing block and is connected with the threaded blind hole.
