Description A Tool For Press-mounting Bearings Technical Field The invention relates to a tool for press-mounting bearings onto shafts and belongs to technical field of bearing installation. Technology Background In present technology, common bearing assembly mostly adopts a sleeve structure to press the outer ring of the bearing, for example A Pressure Head And Sleeve For Mounting Tapered Roller Bearing (Patent No.: CN2004200260532), structure of the former comprises: one end of the pressure head is provided with a shaft shoulder, the diameter of the shoulder is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the outer ring of the bearing, an end conical surface is installed below the shoulder, the taper angle of the end conical surface is equal to or slight larger than the taper angle of the outer ring of the bearing, the maximum diameter of the conical surface is smaller than the maximum inner diameter of the outer ring of the bearing. As the applied force is applied on the outer ring of the bearing, typically above mentioned assembly tool causes uneven distribution of applied force on circular end face of the outer ring, difficult control of concentricity error between the bearing and the shaft, and even damages to the bearing. However when the size of the bearing and the size of the shaft are small, the concentricity between the bearing and the shaft is difficult to be guaranteed through the sleeve and pressure head assembly way, which will cause more easily damages to the bearing. Invention Content The purpose of the invention is to provide a tool for press-mounting bearings which press-mounts the bearing via the technology hole on the shaft end face, can better guarantee concentricity between the bearing and the shaft, reduces damages to the bearings in press-mounting process, and solves problems such as much larger concentricity error between the bearing and the shaft caused by press-mounting the bearing with present pressure head and sleeve, easily damages to the bearing. Above mentioned technical purposes of the invention are solved through technical proposals as follows: the invention comprises a seat and a locating body installed on the seat, said locating body is provided with a bearing locating hole, a through-hole concentric with the locating hole and with diameter smaller than the diameter of the locating hole is installed on said seat. Wherein, the diameter of the locating hole of the locating body is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the outer ring of the bearing which is convenient for placing the bearing, the diameter of the through-hole on the seat is slightly larger than the diameter of the end part of the shaft onto which the bearing is press-mounted, which is convenient for inserting of the end part of the shaft. When press-mounting a bearing, the bearing is placed in the locating hole on the locating body, the end part of the shaft is inserted into the inner ring of the bearing, the technology hole on the end part of the shaft is aimed with the punch top of a punching machine or a pressure hammer to 1 press-mount the bearing onto the shaft, the concentricity and axiality between the bearing and the shaft are quite ideal. As the inner ring and outer ring of the bearing are supported by the seat during the press-mounting process, the applied force for press-mounting are intensively applied on the technology hole of the shaft, therefore the concentricity and axiality between the bearing and the shaft can be better guaranteed, and the bearing is also guaranteed effectively from damages during the press-mounting process. Preferably, the circle of said seat is provided with multiple openings. During the bearing press-mounting process, the seat can be fixed by a locating pin or bolt set via the openings to prevent the seat from moving and guarantee ideal press-mounting effect of the bearing. Preferably, the upper end of the circular surface of the through-hole on said seat is a conical surface matching with the upper circular surface of the shaft, which is convenient for the center locating of the shaft and enhances the press-mounting precision. Preferably, the upper end of the inner wall of said locating body is a conical surface matching with the outer conical surface of the end face of the bearing outer ring, which is convenient for the center locating of the bearing and enhances the press-mounting precision. Preferably, said seat and locating body are all disklike structure and arranged concentrically. Preferably, said locating body and seat are split type structures, which is convenient for producing the locating body and the seat and reduces the production cost of the invention. Preferably, the outer diameter of said seat is 1.5-2.5 times of the outer diameter M of said locating body which enables enough space between the seat and the outer circle of the locating body and is convenient for fixing the seat; the outer diameter M of said locating body is 1.2-1.8 times of the diameter N of the locating hole which enables enough wall thickness and enough strength for the locating body. Therefore, advantages of the invention comprise: the concentricity between the bearing and the shaft can be better guaranteed, damages to the bearing during press-mounting process is reduced as so on by press-mounting the bearing via the technology hole on the end face of the shaft. Specific Implement Way The technical proposals are further described as follows through examples with combination of attached figures. Example 1: As shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2, a locating body 2 is installed on seat 1, which are respectively split type disklike structure and arranged concentrically; the circle of base 1 is 2 provided with two symmetrically arranged openings 2, a through-hole 11 is installed on seat 1, the upper end of the circular surface of through-hole 11 is conical surface 111. The locating body 2 is provided with a bearing locating hole 21, the diameter of the locating hole is larger the the diameter of the through-hole on the seat, the locating hole and the through-hole are co-axial. The outer diameter L of the seat is 80mm, the outer diameter M of locating body 2 is 55mm, the diameter N of the locating hole IS 40mm. The diameter of the locating hole on the locating body and the diameter of the through-hole on the seat can be changed according to sizes of the assembly parts. As shown in Figure 3, Figure 4 and Figure 5, when press-mounting a bearing, the bearing 3 is placed in the locating hole on the locating body 2, the end part of shaft 4 is inserted into the inner ring of the bearing, technology hole 6 on the end part of the shaft is aimed with the punch top 5 of a punching machine or a pressure hammer to press-mount the bearing onto the shaft, the concentricity and axiality between the bearing and the shaft are quite ideal. As the inner ring and outer ring of the bearing are supported by the seat during the press-mounting process, the applied force for press-mounting are intensively applied on the technology hole of the shaft, therefore the concentricity and axiality between the bearing and the shaft can be better guaranteed, and the bearing is also guaranteed effectively from damages during the press-mounting process. 3

Claims (8)

1. A tool for press-mounting bearings, comprising a seat (1) and a locating body (2) installed on the seat (1), wherein said locating body (2) is provided with a bearing locating hole (21), a through-hole (11) concentric with the locating hole (21) and with diameter small than than of the locating hole is installed on said seat (1).
2. The tool for press-mounting bearings according to claim 1, wherein the circle of said seat (1) is provided with multiple openings (12).
3. The tool for press-mounting bearings according to claim 1 or 2, wherein upper end pf the circular surface of through-hole (11) installed on said seat (1) is conical surface (111).
4. The tool for press-mounting bearings according to claim 1 or 2, wherein upper end of the inner walls of said locating body (2) is conical surface (211).
5. The tool for press-mounting bearings according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said seat (1) and locating body (2) are all disklike structures and arranged concentrically.
6. The tool for press-mounting bearings according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said locating body (2) and seat (1) are split type structures.
7. The tool for press-mounting bearings according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the outer diameter L of said seat is 1.5-2.5 times of the outer diameter M of said locating body (2).
8. The tool for press-mounting bearings according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the outer diameter M of said locating body (2) is 1.2-1.8 times of the diameter N of the locating hole. 4
