Abstract
The invention relates to a dispersion plate for mixing water-in-water multicolor finished paint, which comprises a main body plate, wherein the main body plate comprises a first surface and a second surface, and the first surface is provided with a plurality of dispersion pieces extending along the surface vertical to the main body plate. By adopting the dispersion disc for mixing the water-in-water colorful granules, the dispersed colorful granules can be uniformly mixed without damaging the size of the colorful granules, and meanwhile, the requirement of batch production of the colorful granules is met, and the convenience of production efficiency is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to a water-in-water multicolor coating, and particularly relates to a dispersion disc for mixing water-in-water multicolor finished paint.
Background
The water-base multi-colour paint is a water-in-water (W/W) multi-phase suspension, and is characterized by that at the moment that the colour base emulsion paint (dispersed phase) is added into the water-base gel liquid (continuous phase), the surface of the base paint drop is gelled to form a layer of water-insoluble flexible film, and formed into mutually-isolated colour particle suspensions, and several colour particle suspensions are added into the water-base elastic varnish, and uniformly mixed at low speed so as to obtain the invented water-base multi-colour paint. Because the method relates to a plurality of production formulas and production processes of color paste, emulsion paint, gel liquid, color particle suspension, elastic varnish, multicolor paint synthesis and the like, and relates to a plurality of field theories of sol, gel, suspension, thixotropy, stability and the like, the preparation difficulty is higher, and the control requirement of each link is stricter.
The preparation process of the water-based multicolor paint comprises 7 steps: (1) preparing color paste; (2) preparing a base paint; (3) preparing colored paint; (4) preparing gel liquid; (5) preparing color particles; (6) preparing base varnish; (7) and (3) synthesizing the multicolor paint. The preparation method of the colored particles comprises the following steps: adding the gel solution into a stirring tank, flowing the basic colored paint into the gel solution through screen holes under the conditions of low shearing and low-speed stirring, controlling the size of the colored particles by using the aperture of the screen holes, wherein the stirring time and the stirring speed are also important factors influencing the size of the colored particles, the colored particles can be reduced by long stirring time or high stirring speed, and the mass ratio of the gel solution to the colored paint is generally 1: 1. The mixing of the color particles must adopt a dispersion plate which has no shearing force and can uniformly disperse the color particles at the same time, thereby achieving the purpose of not damaging the color particles.
Accordingly, there is a need for a dispersion tray for mixing water-in-water multicolor color particles that overcomes the non-uniform dispersion of the color particles without destroying the size of the color particles.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides the dispersion disc for mixing the water-in-water colorful granules, which can uniformly mix the dispersed colorful granules without damaging the size of the colorful granules, meets the requirement of batch production of the colorful granules and improves the convenience of production efficiency.
The invention provides a dispersion plate for mixing water-in-water multicolor finished product paint, which is mainly characterized by comprising a main body plate, wherein the main body plate comprises a first surface and a second surface, and the first surface is provided with a plurality of dispersion pieces extending along the surface vertical to the main body plate.

In the embodiment of the dispersion plate for mixing the water-in-water multicolor finished paint, the first surface is provided with at least three dispersion pieces which are uniformly distributed; the dispersing member is preferably disposed at a position near the edge in the first surface; as shown in fig. 1, three dispersion members are provided evenly distributed, and wherein the dispersion members are cylindrical dispersion members. The present invention is not limited in this regard, and a suitable number of cylinders may be selected according to actual needs.
In an embodiment of the dispersion plate for mixing the water-in-water multicolor finished paint, the dispersion member is a smooth dispersion member without a shearing force, that is, the dispersion member is a smooth cylinder as a whole and has no cutting force.
