Example 2
The invention provides a mineral-combined gynecological antibacterial nursing lotion which comprises, by mass, 7.0% of cocamidopropyl betaine, 10.0% of mineral stock solution, 1.0% of glycerol laurate, 1.0% of silver solution-C, 2.0% of propylene glycol, 0.1% of menthol lactate, 0.05% of borneol, 0.3% of plant antibacterial agent and 100% of deionized water.
The mineral stock solution in this example contains the following ingredients and their contents: 10% of calcium chloride, 1% of magnesium chloride, 20% of sodium chloride, 5% of citric acid, 6% of boric acid, 5% of sucrose, 5% of zinc acetate, 5% of sodium silicate, 12% of potassium silicate and the balance of water.

The invention provides a mineral-combined gynecological anti-bacterial nursing lotion which comprises, by mass, 5.0% of cocamidopropyl betaine, 20.0% of mineral stock solution, 3.0% of fullerene soothing and anti-allergic solution, 0.2% of silver solution-C, 1.0% of propylene glycol, 0.25% of menthol lactate, 2.0% of a plant antibacterial agent and 100% of deionized water.
The mineral stock solution in this example contains the following ingredients and their contents: 3% of calcium chloride, 4% of magnesium chloride, 14% of sodium chloride, 8% of citric acid, 3% of boric acid, 7% of sucrose, 2% of zinc acetate, 7% of sodium silicate, 8% of potassium silicate and the balance of water.
The fullerene soothing and anti-allergy liquid in the embodiment comprises the following components in parts by weight: 68.5% of butanediol, 7% of common andrographis herb extract, 8% of propolis extract, 9% of asiatic centella root extract, 1.2% of fullerene and 9% of matrine.
The plant antibacterial agent is prepared by the following steps in sequence:
1) according to the mass ratio of 15: 2: 2: 2 weighing the bark of the sophora flavescens ait, the cnidium fruit, the liquorice root and the phellodendron amurense, cleaning, drying in the sun, and crushing to 80 meshes for later use;
2) mixing the plant mixture powder obtained in the step 1) with propylene glycol according to a ratio of 1g to 8-12ml, and putting the mixture into a thermostatic water bath at 93 ℃ for 11 hours; quickly filtering and sucking filtrate into a suction bottle by using a vacuum pump, separating residues from the liquid, and collecting the filtrate;
3) and (3) centrifuging the filtrate collected in the step 2) by using a high-speed centrifuge at 4000r/min for 30min, standing for 2 hours, filtering the clear mixed solution by using a vacuum pump, sucking the filtered mixed solution into a suction filter flask, and separating residues to obtain the plant antibacterial agent.

The mineral stock solution in this example contains the following ingredients and their contents: 4% of calcium chloride, 3% of magnesium chloride, 16% of sodium chloride, 10% of citric acid, 3% of boric acid, 8% of sucrose, 3% of zinc acetate, 7% of sodium silicate, 10% of potassium silicate and the balance of water.
The fullerene soothing and anti-allergy liquid in the embodiment comprises the following components in parts by weight: 63% of butanediol, 8% of common andrographis herb extract, 6% of propolis extract, 10% of asiatic centella root extract, 1% of fullerene and 12% of glycyrrhizic acid.
The plant antibacterial agent is prepared by the following steps in sequence:
1) mixing the following components in a mass ratio of 20: 3: 3: 4 weighing the bark of the sophora flavescens ait, the cnidium fruit, the liquorice root and the phellodendron amurense, cleaning, drying in the sun, and crushing to 80 meshes for later use;
2) mixing the plant mixture powder obtained in the step 1) with propylene glycol according to a ratio of 1g to 8ml, and putting the mixture into a constant-temperature water bath at the temperature of 92 ℃ for 12 hours; quickly filtering and sucking filtrate into a suction bottle by using a vacuum pump, separating residues from the liquid, and collecting the filtrate;

The invention provides a mineral-combined gynecological anti-bacterial nursing lotion, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 6.0 percent of cocamidopropyl betaine, 18.0 percent of mineral stock solution, 1.0 percent of fullerene soothing and anti-allergy solution, 0.8 percent of silver solution, 2 percent of propylene glycol, 0.18 percent of borneol, 0.3 percent of glycerol laurate, 0.4 percent of menthol lactate, 0.2 percent of plant antibacterial agent and 100 percent of deionized water.
The mineral stock solution in this example contains the following ingredients and their contents: 8% of calcium chloride, 8% of magnesium chloride, 15% of sodium chloride, 12% of citric acid, 3% of boric acid, 7% of sucrose, 3% of zinc acetate, 10% of sodium silicate, 7% of potassium silicate and the balance of water.
The fullerene soothing and anti-allergy liquid in the embodiment comprises the following components in parts by weight: 55.5% of butanediol, 5% of common andrographis herb extract, 6% of propolis extract, 6% of asiatic centella root extract, 1.5% of fullerene, 12% of glycyrrhizic acid and 11% of matrine.
1) Mixing the following components in a mass ratio of 20: 5: 5: 5 weighing the bark of the sophora flavescens ait, the cnidium fruit, the liquorice root and the phellodendron amurense, cleaning, drying in the sun, and crushing to 80 meshes for later use;
2) mixing the plant mixture powder obtained in the step 1) with propylene glycol according to a ratio of 1g to 12ml, and putting the mixture into a thermostatic water bath at 94 ℃ for 11 hours; quickly filtering and sucking filtrate into a suction bottle by using a vacuum pump, separating residues from the liquid, and collecting the filtrate;
3) and (3) centrifuging the filtrate collected in the step 2) by using a high-speed centrifuge at 4000r/min for 30min, standing for 2 hours, filtering the clear mixed solution by using a vacuum pump, sucking the filtered mixed solution into a suction filter flask, and separating residues to obtain the plant antibacterial agent.

The invention provides a mineral-combined gynecological anti-bacterial nursing lotion, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 9.0 percent of cocamidopropyl betaine, 1.5 percent of mineral stock solution, 4.0 percent of fullerene soothing and anti-allergy solution, 0.3 percent of silver solution, 4.0 percent of propylene glycol, 0.1 percent of borneol, 0.8 percent of glycerol laurate, 0.2 percent of menthol lactate, 2.0 percent of plant antibacterial agent and 100 percent of deionized water.
The mineral stock solution in this example contains the following ingredients and their contents: 5% of calcium chloride, 5% of magnesium chloride, 15% of sodium chloride, 5% of citric acid, 5% of boric acid, 5% of sucrose, 5% of zinc acetate, 5% of sodium silicate, 5% of potassium silicate and the balance of water.
The fullerene soothing and anti-allergy liquid in the embodiment comprises the following components in parts by weight: 52.7 percent of butanediol, 10 percent of common andrographis herb extract, 7.5 percent of propolis extract, 5 percent of asiatic centella root extract, 0.8 percent of fullerene, 9 percent of glycyrrhizic acid and 15 percent of matrine.
The plant antibacterial agent is prepared by the following steps in sequence:
1) according to the mass ratio of 15: 2: 2: 2 weighing the bark of the sophora flavescens ait, the cnidium fruit, the liquorice root and the phellodendron amurense, cleaning, drying in the sun, and crushing to 80 meshes for later use;
2) mixing the plant mixture powder obtained in the step 1) with propylene glycol according to a ratio of 1g to 8-12ml, and putting the mixture into a thermostatic water bath at the temperature of 92 ℃ for 11 hours; quickly filtering and sucking filtrate into a suction bottle by using a vacuum pump, separating residues from the liquid, and collecting the filtrate;
3) and (3) centrifuging the filtrate collected in the step 2) by using a high-speed centrifuge at 4000r/min for 30min, standing for 2 hours, filtering the clear mixed solution by using a vacuum pump, sucking the filtered mixed solution into a suction filter flask, and separating residues to obtain the plant antibacterial agent.
The mineral combination gynecological antibacterial care lotion in the examples 1 to 6 is obtained by the following steps:
3) the components were weighed out in the mass ratios described in examples 1 to 6 and divided into A, B, C groups, the components of each group being specifically as follows:
group A: menthol lactate, glyceryl laurate, propylene glycol, botanical antimicrobials, cocamidopropyl betaine;

group C: silver solution-C;
2) mixing and dissolving group A raw materials including menthol lactate, glycerol laurate and propylene glycol in a container, adding the mixture into an emulsifying and stirring pot, adding a plant antibacterial agent and cocamidopropyl betaine under stirring, and stirring the mixture to obtain transparent liquid;
3) adding the raw materials of group B into an emulsifying and stirring pot in sequence of deionized water, mineral stock solution and fullerene soothing and anti-allergy solution, and stirring until the mixture is transparent;
4) and adding the group C raw materials into an emulsifying stirring pot, stirring the mixture until the mixture is transparent, and adjusting the pH value to 10.5-13.5.
5) Filtering and discharging after the inspection is qualified.
The internal control standard is as follows:
appearance: a light yellow transparent liquid;
pH value: 10.5 to 13.5
Stability (cold resistance): keeping 24H in a refrigerator at (-8 +/-2) DEG C, and no layering phenomenon exists after the temperature is restored to the room temperature;
stability (heat resistance): keeping 24H in a constant temperature box at (40 +/-1) DEG C, and no layering phenomenon exists after the room temperature is recovered;
total number of bacterial colonies: less than 10 CFU/g;
coliform group bacteria: cannot be detected;
total number of fungal colonies: cannot be detected;
pathogenic purulent bacteria: cannot be detected;
for more clear explanation of the technical scheme provided by the present application, the above-mentioned radix Sophorae Flavescentis is produced in Yongzhou, Hunan, Hu Zhi, Jilin Changchun, produced by cnidium fruit, licorice root is purchased from forest pharmacy, Jilin Changchun, produced by phellodendron bark, Korean SKC, produced by propylene glycol;

In order to prove the advantages of the technical scheme provided by the application, the prepared gynecological antibacterial care lotion containing the mineral composition is compared with the effect-free care lotion in an experiment as follows:

The composition and content in this example were the same as those in example 6 except that the mineral stock solution was replaced with the same amount of deionized water.
Comparative test 2
The composition and content of the experimental example are the same as those of example 6, except that the same amount of deionized water is used instead of the fullerene soothing and antiallergic liquid.
Comparative test No. 3
The composition and content in this experimental example were the same as those in example 6, except that the same amount of deionized water was used instead of silver solution-C.
Comparative test No. 4
The composition and content of this example are the same as those of example 6, except that the same amount of deionized water was used instead of the plant antibacterial agent.
The test tests for the products described in examples 1 to 6 were as follows:
and (3) testing the sterilization rate: referring to the sanitary standard of GB 15979-;
and (4) testing concentration: stock solution;
and (3) testing time: 0.5min, 1min and 2 min.
Result evaluation criteria
The antibacterial effect is evaluated, the sterilization rate is more than or equal to 90 percent, and the product has the sterilization effect;
the antibacterial effect is evaluated, the antibacterial rate is more than or equal to 90%, and the antibacterial effect is strong; 50-90% of the product has the function of bacteriostasis.
The antibacterial efficacy test data of the gynecological antibacterial care lotion of the substance combinations in examples 1 to 6 are shown in table 1:

According to the test comparison of the sterilizing efficacy of the gynecological antibacterial nursing lotion combined with the mineral substances and the sterilizing efficacy of the nursing lotion without the added functional components, the gynecological antibacterial nursing lotion combined with the mineral substances has stronger sterilizing efficacy; the sterilization time is 0.5-2 min, the sterilization rate is more than 99.0%, and under the same condition, the test results of the nursing lotion of the comparative example are less than 30%.
Volunteer experience testing: the formulation of gynecological antibacterial care lotion example 1 with 6 women with gynecopathy, using mineral composition in 3 persons, was found in the factory, and questionnaire investigation was conducted after three persons used the formulation of care lotion example 1 without added functional ingredients for four weeks, as shown in table 3.

Claims (9)
1. The mineral-combined gynecological antibacterial nursing lotion is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 5.0-10.0% of cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.5-20.0% of mineral stock solution, 0.5-5.0% of fullerene soothing and anti-allergy solution, 0.2-1.0% of silver solution-C, 1.0-5.0% of propylene glycol, 0.05-0.2% of borneol, 0.1-1.0% of glycerol laurate, 0.1-0.5% of menthol lactate, 0.1-3.0% of plant antibacterial agent and 100% of deionized water.
2. The mineral composition gynecological antibacterial care lotion according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 6.0-9.0% of cocamidopropyl betaine, 1.5-18.0% of mineral stock solution, 1.0-4.0% of fullerene soothing and anti-allergy solution, 0.3-0.8% of silver solution-C, 2-4.0% of propylene glycol, 0.1-0.18% of borneol, 0.3-0.8% of glyceryl laurate, 0.2-0.4% of menthol lactate, 0.2-2.0% of plant antibacterial agent and 100% of deionized water.
3. The gynecological antibacterial care lotion containing mineral composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the mineral stock solution comprises the following components and contents thereof: 2-10% of calcium chloride, 1-15% of magnesium chloride, 10-20% of sodium chloride, 5-16% of citric acid, 1-6% of boric acid, 5-12% of sucrose, l-5% of zinc acetate, 5-12% of sodium silicate, 5-12% of potassium silicate and the balance of water.
4. The gynecological antibacterial nursing lotion with the combination of minerals as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the fullerene soothing and anti-allergy lotion mainly comprises the following components and contents thereof by the total mass of 100%: 5-10% of common andrographis herb extract, 5-9% of propolis extract, 5-10% of centella asiatica root extract, 0.5-1.5% of fullerene and a proper amount of butanediol.
5. The gynecological antibacterial nursing lotion with mineral composition as claimed in claim 4, wherein the fullerene soothing and antiallergic liquid further comprises matrine 9-15%.
6. The gynecological antibacterial nursing lotion with mineral composition as claimed in claim 4, wherein the fullerene soothing and antiallergic liquid further comprises 9-12% glycyrrhizic acid.
7. The mineral composition gynecological antibacterial care lotion according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the plant antibacterial agent is prepared from the following raw materials in a mass ratio of 10-25: 1.0-5: 1-5: 1.0-5.
8. The gynecological antibacterial nursing lotion of claim 1 or 2, wherein the plant antibacterial agent is prepared by the following steps in sequence:
1) according to the mass ratio of 10-25: 1.0-5: 1-5: 1.0-5, weighing the bark of the sophora flavescens ait, the cnidium fruit, the liquorice root and the phellodendron amurense, cleaning, drying in the sun, and crushing for later use;
2) mixing the plant mixture powder obtained in the step 1) with propylene glycol according to a ratio of 1g to 8-12ml, and putting the mixture into a thermostatic water bath at 90-95 ℃ for 10-12 hours; quickly filtering and sucking filtrate into a suction bottle by using a vacuum pump, separating residues from the liquid, and collecting the filtrate;
3) and (3) centrifuging the filtrate collected in the step 2) by using a high-speed centrifuge at 4000r/min for 30min, standing for 2 hours, filtering the clear mixed solution by using a vacuum pump, sucking the filtered mixed solution into a suction filter flask, and separating residues to obtain the plant antibacterial agent.
9. The preparation method of the mineral composition gynecological antibacterial nursing lotion as claimed in claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps in sequence:
1) weighing the components according to the mass ratio of claim 1, and dividing the components into A, B, C groups, wherein the components of each group are as follows:
group A: menthol lactate, glyceryl laurate, propylene glycol, botanical antimicrobials, cocamidopropyl betaine;
group B: deionized water, mineral stock solution and fullerene soothing and anti-allergy solution;
group C: silver solution-C;
2) mixing and dissolving group A raw materials including menthol lactate, glycerol laurate and propylene glycol in a container, adding the mixture into an emulsifying and stirring pot, adding a plant antibacterial agent and cocamidopropyl betaine under stirring, and stirring the mixture to obtain transparent liquid;
3) adding the raw materials of group B into an emulsifying and stirring pot in sequence of deionized water, mineral stock solution and fullerene soothing and anti-allergy solution, and stirring until the mixture is transparent;
4) and adding the group C raw materials into an emulsifying stirring pot, stirring the mixture until the mixture is transparent, and adjusting the pH value to 10.5-13.5.
5) Filtering and discharging after the inspection is qualified.
