本发明公开了一种茶皂素洗发水及其制备方法。本洗发水以天然表面活性剂茶皂素为主表面活性剂,茶皂素具有良好的乳化、分散、湿润、发泡能力,且具有去屑、抗菌、止痒等生理活性。采用胶束共溶技术,复配小分子两亲表面活性剂,作为胶束诱导剂,将大分子胶束转化为小分子胶束,解决表面活性剂易残留、不易冲洗的缺点;在茶皂素生理活性基础上添加山茶油、迷迭香提取液、侧柏叶提取液、白柳皮提取液、洋甘菊提取液、龙胆草提取液、金缕梅提取液、二十八烷醇、角鲨烯等天然提取有效功能成分,制备一种绿色天然、杀菌止痒、去头屑,对头发和头皮具有优异调理性能的洗发水。

本发明属于日用化学品领域;具体涉及一种含有茶皂素成分的洗发水及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场洗发水主表面活性剂主要为月桂醇硫酸酯钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠等硫酸盐阴离子表面活性剂,这类表面活性剂具有良好的去污力、泡沫丰富、价格便宜,但是刺激大、脱脂力强,不易冲洗,造成头皮自身保护层变薄,损伤毛囊,导致头发脱落等,生产月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯盐时会产生二恶烷,有致癌风险;同时功能性成分大多为化学合成品,功能性单一,且长期使用,具有累积效应,对头发头皮形成负担。随着生活水平的提高,人们越来越重视自身健康,会倾向于选择安全、温和、天然的产品。因此温和、无刺激,易冲洗、无刺激的天然功能性洗发水成为目前洗发水市场的主要趋势。
茶皂素为天然植物提取的非离子型表面活性剂,五环三萜类皂苷,HLB值为16,有很好的乳化、分散、洗涤能力,能增强头皮的免疫能力,同时有很好的抗皮肤致病真菌、消炎、防腐作用,达到洗发、去头屑、止痒的效果;但是茶皂素的分子量为1203,临界胶束浓度(CMC)为0.05%,存在不易清洗、易残留的缺点。

为解决上述技术问题,以质量百分含量计,本发明的一种茶皂素洗发水主要由以下原料制成:
茶皂素 10%-20%
氨基酸表面活性剂 2%-10%
非离子表面活性剂 2%-10%。

本发明洗发水的制备方法是按照以下制备步骤进行:
步骤一、将去离子水等分成两份,向其中一份去离子水中加入增稠剂,然后升温至60℃,恒温加热溶解,待用;
步骤二、向剩余的去离子水中加入茶皂素,然后以50r/min~200r/min的转速搅拌至充分溶解,升温至45℃~50℃;
步骤三、然后加入氨基酸表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂,升温至55~60℃,以200~400r/min转速搅拌至充分溶解(耗时约15min~20min);
步骤四、保温下继续搅拌,加入调理剂,以600~800r/min转速搅拌5-10分钟;
步骤五、保温下继续搅拌,加入功能性助剂,以600~800r/min转速搅拌45-60分钟;
步骤六、保温下继续搅拌,加入将步骤一处理的增稠剂,以800~1000r/min的转速搅拌25-30分钟;
步骤七、保温下继续搅拌,加入防腐剂,以800~1000r/min的转速搅拌5~10分钟;
步骤八、停止加热,继续搅拌,直至温度降至室温出料即可。
进一步地限定,以质量百分含量计,所述茶皂素洗发水由以下原料制成:
本发明提供了一种茶皂素功能性洗发水及其制备方法,主表面活性剂皂素为天然植物提取的非离子型表面活性剂,表面活性强,同时有很好的抗皮肤致病真菌、消炎、防腐作用,达到洗发、去头屑、止痒的效果。
本发明复配小分子两亲表面活性剂,作为胶束诱导剂,利用胶束互溶技术,将大分子的茶皂素胶束转化为小分子混合胶束,易冲洗、无残留,减轻头皮负担;另外,复配天然提取物的活性功能,具有保湿、抗刺激、抗过敏、消炎、抗菌、抗氧化等功能,给头发绿色天然的多功能性保护。
本发明提取茶皂素的原料油茶籽粕廉价易得,开发茶皂素下游产品,即解决了油茶籽粕堆积造成的环境压力,同时具有很高的经济效益。

具体实施方式
实施例1:以质量百分含量计,本实施方式中茶皂素洗发水由以下原料制成:
本实施例中洗发水的制备方法是按照以下制备步骤进行:
步骤一、将去离子水等分成两份,向其中一份去离子水中加入瓜儿胶和黄原胶,然后升温至60℃,恒温加热溶解,待用;
步骤二、向剩余的去离子水中加入茶皂素,然后以200r/min的转速搅拌至充分溶解,升温至50℃;
步骤三、然后加入甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠与椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,升温至55~60℃,以200~400r/min转速搅拌至充分溶解(耗时约15min~20min);
步骤四、保温下继续搅拌,加入山茶油与蛋白丝肽,以600~800r/min转速搅拌5-10分钟;
步骤五、保温下继续搅拌,加入迷迭香提取液、侧柏叶提取液、白柳皮提取液、洋甘菊提取液、龙胆草提取液、北美金缕梅提取液、二十八烷醇、角鲨烯,以800r/min转速搅拌45分钟;
步骤六、保温下继续搅拌,加入将步骤一处理的增稠剂,以800r/min的转速搅拌30分钟;
步骤七、保温下继续搅拌,加入乙基己基甘油,以800r/min的转速搅拌10分钟;
步骤八、停止加热,继续搅拌,直至温度降至室温出料即可。
本实施例中山茶油具有保湿、抗过敏、抗刺激的功效;龙胆草提取液具有抗菌消炎、抗刺激的功效;北金缕梅提取液具有平衡油脂、抗过敏的功效;迷迭香提取液具有抗菌除螨的功效;二十八烷醇具有抗疲劳、活化细胞的功效;角鲨烯具有去屑抗菌的功效。
对比例1:
(1)将0.15%瓜儿胶和0.07%黄原胶混合,加去离子水,60℃加热溶解,保持恒温,待用;
(2)在反应釜中加入10%的茶皂素与去离子水,以200r/min的转速搅拌,升温至50℃;
(3)继续搅拌,加入7%山茶油与2%蛋白丝肽,以600r/min转速搅拌10分钟;
(4)继续搅拌,加入1%迷迭香提取液、1%侧柏叶提取液、1%白柳皮提取液、1%洋甘菊提取液、1%龙胆草提取液、1%金缕梅提取液、1%二十八烷醇、1%角鲨烯以800r/min转速搅拌45分钟;
(5)继续搅拌,加入(1)中的0.15%瓜尔胶与0.07%黄原胶配制的增稠剂,以800r/min的转速搅拌30分钟;
(6)继续搅拌,加入1%乙基己基甘油,以800r/min的转速搅拌10分钟;
(7)停止加热,继续搅拌,直至温度降至室温出料即可。
将实施例1与对比例1进行比较,如表1所示:

表1列出实施例1与对比例1的成分组成与理化指标,由表1可看,对比例1以茶皂素为单一表面活性剂,起泡性弱。实施例1复配甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,作为胶束诱导剂,洗发水的发泡能力增强,表面活性强。小分子诱导剂与茶皂素胶束共溶过程TEM图如图1所示。胶束共溶,将大分子茶皂素胶束重组为小分子混合胶束,混合胶束分子小,更易清洁孔隙中的污渍,且易冲洗,无残留。
对比例2:
(1)将0.15%瓜儿胶和0.07%黄原胶混合,加去离子水,60℃加热溶解,保持恒温,待用;
(2)在反应釜中加入10%的茶皂素与去离子水,以200r/min的转速搅拌,升温至50℃;
(3)而后加入10%甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠与8%椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺,升温至60℃,以200r/min转速搅拌20分钟,使其充分溶解;
(4)继续搅拌,加入7%山茶油与2%蛋白丝肽,以600r/min转速搅拌10分钟;
(5)继续搅拌,加入(1)中的0.15%瓜尔胶与0.07%黄原胶配制的增稠剂,以800r/min的转速搅拌30分钟;
(6)继续搅拌,加入1%乙基己基甘油,以800r/min的转速搅拌5-10分钟;
(7)停止加热,继续搅拌,直至温度降至室温出料即可。

表2列出实施例1与对比例2成分组成,实施例1复配的洗发水具有保湿、抗刺激、抗过敏、消炎、抗菌、抗氧化等功能,给头发绿色天然的多功能性保护。
Claims (10)
1.一种茶皂素洗发水,其特征在于以质量百分含量计,所述茶皂素洗发水主要由以下原料制成:
茶皂素 10%-20%
氨基酸表面活性剂 2%-10%
非离子表面活性剂 2%-10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述茶皂素洗发水,其特征在于所述氨基酸表面活性剂为甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠。
3.根据权利要求1所述茶皂素洗发水,其特征在于所述非离子表面活性剂为椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述茶皂素洗发水,其特征在于所述茶皂素洗发水的原料还包括增稠剂、防腐剂、调理剂、功能性助剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述茶皂素洗发水,其特征在于所述增稠剂为质量百分含量为0.1%~2%的瓜儿胶和/或质量百分含量为0.1%~2%的黄原胶。
6.根据权利要求4所述茶皂素洗发水,其特征在于所述的防腐剂为质量百分含量为0.1%~2%的乙基己基甘油。
7.根据权利要求4所述茶皂素洗发水,其特征在于所述调理剂为质量百分含量为1%~8%的山茶籽油和/或质量百分含量为1%~8%的蛋白丝肽。
8.根据权利要求4所述茶皂素洗发水,其特征在于所述功能性助剂为质量百分含量为0.1%~10%的迷迭香提取液、质量百分含量为0.1%~10%的侧柏叶提取液、质量百分含量为0.1%~10%的白柳皮提取液、质量百分含量为0.1%~10%的洋甘菊提取液、质量百分含量为0.1%~10%的龙胆草提取液、质量百分含量为0.1%~10%的北美金缕梅提取液、质量百分含量为0.1%~10%的二十八烷醇、质量百分含量为0.1%~10%的角鲨烯中的一种或其中几种的任意组合。
10.根据权利要求1-9任意一项权利要求所述茶皂素洗发水的制备方法,其特征在于所述茶皂素洗发水的制备过程中将茶皂素和去离子水混合,搅拌至充分溶解,升温至45℃-50℃;再加入氨基酸表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂,升温至55~60℃,搅拌至充分溶解。
