Abstract

本发明公开了一种清洗液及其制备方法包括以下步骤:由以下重量份数的原料制成:天然柠檬酸2‑6份、助水溶剂3‑7份、水40‑65份、椰子油2‑5份、天然甘油2‑4份、月桂醇2‑10份、脂肪醇硫酸钠3‑5份、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯4‑6份、芦荟提取物2‑8份、盐2‑5份,红花提取物5‑10份,维生素E干粉7‑13份。按洗洁精的配方,将盐水混合物加入到搅拌釜中,先将助水溶剂、椰子油和天然甘油溶解于去离子水中,加热搅拌均匀,加入脂肪醇硫酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯和月桂醇;并用柠檬酸调整pH值,再加水定容;待溶液降至室温,继续加入芦荟提取物和增稠剂,用抽滤设备抽出气泡后装瓶。本发明具有高效、温和、去污能力强、杀菌效果好、对手部伤害小,易清洗,制作方法简单的优点。

一种清洗液及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洗液,特别是一种日常洗化用品,特别是一种除菌、高效、护手、环保的清洗液及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗洁精为家庭常用到的清洁污垢及油污的产品,其产品的性能影响到人类的健康。而现有技术中,使用洗洁精会产生大量的泡沫,容易产生洗洁精残留的问题,要彻底清除,需要消耗大量的水,从而增加了清洁污垢及油污的成本。
目前,市场上出售的洗洁精,去污能力都很强,但杀菌能力不足,且很多洗洁精中含有直链烷基苯磺酸钠,有很大的刺激性气味,这些气味会让人身心不悦,影响食欲;且有很多洗洁精碱性过重,使用时还会刺激皮肤,长期使用,双手会出现干涩、蜕皮和粗糙的现象。节水、高效、温和、环保以及符合安全与环保要求的产品将是当前及未来洗涤产品发展的主流方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服以上的不足,设计一种去污能力强、杀菌效果好、对手部伤害小,易冲洗,制作简单方便的清洗液及其制作方法。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种清洗液,所述清洗液由以下重量份数的原料制成:天然柠檬酸2-6份、助水溶剂3-7份、水40-65份、椰子油2-5份、天然甘油2-4份、月桂醇2-10份、脂肪醇硫酸钠3-5份、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯4-6份、芦荟提取物2-8份、红花提取物5-10份,盐2-5份,维生素E干粉7-13份。
一种清洗液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按洗洁精的配方,将盐水混合物加入到搅拌釜中,先将助水溶剂、椰子油和天然甘油溶解于去离子水中,加热至45-48℃搅拌均匀,搅拌时间为2.5小时;边搅拌边加入脂肪醇硫酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯和月桂醇;并用柠檬酸调整pH值至7.8-9.2,再加水定容;待溶液降至室温,继续加入芦荟提取物和增稠剂,用抽滤设备抽出气泡,经超高压处理后装瓶,用即得产品; 其中,所述清洗液的重量份数为:天然柠檬酸2-6份、助水溶剂3-7份、水40-65份、椰子油2-5份、天然甘油2-4份、月桂醇2-10份、脂肪醇硫酸钠2-5份、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯2-4份、芦荟提取物2-8份、红花提取物5-10份,盐2-5份,维生素E干粉7-13份。
本发明具有以下优点:

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例1-9
一种清洗液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按洗洁精的配方,将盐水混合物加入到搅拌釜中,先将助水溶剂、椰子油和天然甘油溶解于去离子水中,加热至45-48℃搅拌均匀,搅拌时间为2.5小时;边搅拌边加入脂肪醇硫酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯和月桂醇;并用柠檬酸调整pH值至7.8-9.2,再加水定容;待溶液降至室温,继续加入芦荟提取物和增稠剂,用抽滤设备抽出气泡,经超高压处理后装瓶。
天然柠檬酸还可以起到除臭和抑菌的作用;椰子油可以提高新陈代谢、抗菌、抗病毒;
维生素E干粉能够能减少细胞膜上脂质和脂蛋白的过氧化,保护细胞的正常功能,而且还能锁住手部水分;
芦荟提取物具有使皮肤收敛、柔软化、保湿、消炎、漂白的性能,同时,还可以治疗皮肤炎症,对粉刺、雀斑、痤疮以及烫伤、刀伤、虫咬等亦有很好的疗效;
任取120名志愿者,分成三组,每组40人,使用本发明的一种个人清洗液,调查结果如下:

本发明具有节水、高效、温和、去污能力强、杀菌效果好、对手部伤害小,易清洗,无残留,节约水资源。

Claims (2)

1.一种清洗液,其特征在于:所述清洗液由以下重量份数的原料制成:天然柠檬酸2-6份、助水溶剂3-7份、水40-65份、椰子油2-5份、天然甘油2-4份、月桂醇2-10份、脂肪醇硫酸钠3-5份、脂肪酸甲酯聚氧乙烯4-6份、芦荟提取物2-8份、红花提取物5-10份,盐2-5份,维生素E干粉7-13份。
