For example, the first biological index data, the second biological index data, the third biological index data and the preset biological index include the same type of biological index, such as blood pressure values, or blood pressure values and heart rate values, or blood pressure values, heart rate values and blood oxygen saturation.

The first biological index data, the second biological index data, the third biological index data and the preset biological index data may also include other data that can reflect the health condition or the exercise amount of the user, which is not limited herein.
A fitness guidance system is also provided in this example embodiment. Referring to fig. 4, the system may include: the device comprises an infrared detection unit, a first acquisition unit, a processing unit, a second acquisition unit, a first comparison unit, a first prompt unit and a display unit;
the infrared detection unit is used for detecting and acquiring the fat content data of each part of the body of the user and sending the acquired fat content data of each part of the body of the user to the terminal;
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring first biological index data of a user in a resting state and sending the acquired first biological index data to the terminal;
the processing unit is used for generating a training suggestion according to the fat content data of each part of the user body and the first biological index data;
the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring second biological index data of the user when the user executes the training suggestion in real time and sending the acquired second biological index data to the terminal;
the first comparison unit is used for comparing the second biological index data with preset biological index data to determine whether the user is tired;
the first prompting unit is used for generating a first prompting message;
the display unit is used for displaying a training video and/or a training picture;
the first prompt message is a message for prompting a user to rest.

In one embodiment, the system may further comprise: the third acquisition unit, the second comparison unit and the second prompt unit;
the third acquisition unit is used for acquiring third biological index data after the user receives and executes the first prompt message in real time and sending the acquired third biological index data to the terminal;
the second comparison unit is used for comparing the third biological index data with the first biological index data to determine whether the user is tired and recovered;
the second prompting unit is used for generating a second prompting message;
the second prompt message is a suggestion message for prompting the user to stop resting and continue to execute the training.
In one embodiment, the system may further comprise: a third prompting unit;
the third prompting unit is used for generating a third prompting message in a timing mode, and the third prompting message is a message for encouraging the user to insist on training.
In an embodiment, the first prompt message, the second prompt message, and the third prompt message may be text prompt messages displayed on a terminal display interface and/or voice prompt messages broadcasted by a terminal voice.
In one embodiment, the first, second, third and preset biological index data include the same kind of biological indexes and may include: one or more of a blood pressure value, a heart rate value, and a blood oxygen saturation.
According to the body-building guidance system, the body of the user is scanned through the infrared detection device to obtain the fat content data of each part of the body, and targeted training suggestions are provided for the user by combining the biological index data of the user in a resting state, so that the user can exercise the part with higher fat content, and the exercise amount and the exercise intensity are within the bearing range of the user as far as possible; meanwhile, the user can be prompted to have a rest according to the biological index data of the user in the exercise process of the user, and the rest time of the user in the exercise process can be reasonably arranged.

Claims (10)

1. A method of fitness guidance, the method comprising:
detecting and acquiring fat content data of each part of a user body through an infrared detection device, and sending the acquired fat content data of each part of the user body to a terminal;
collecting first biological index data of a user in a resting state, and sending the collected first biological index data to a terminal;
the terminal generates training suggestions according to the fat content data of all parts of the user body and the first biological index data, and when a plurality of training suggestions are available, the training suggestions are pushed to the user at random or simultaneously to the user for selection;
acquiring second biological index data of a user executing a training suggestion in real time, and sending the acquired second biological index data to a terminal;
comparing the second biological index data with preset biological index data to determine whether the user is tired, and if so, generating a first prompt message; the preset biological index data is preset on the terminal in advance according to the personal physical condition of the user or is preset on the terminal for developers according to professional suggestions of professionals;
the terminal is internally provided with a database, and the database is pre-stored with a plurality of training suggestion data, and biological index data and body part information data which respectively correspond to the training suggestion data; the training suggestion is a training video and/or a training picture displayed on a terminal display interface; the first prompt message is a message for prompting the user to rest.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring third biological index data after the user receives and executes the first prompt message in real time, and sending the acquired third biological index data to the terminal;
comparing the third biological index data with the first biological index data to determine whether the user is recovering from fatigue, and if so, generating a second prompt message;
the second prompt message is a suggestion message for prompting the user to stop resting and continue to execute the training.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
and when the user executes the training suggestion, the terminal generates a third prompt message at regular time, wherein the third prompt message is a message for encouraging the user to insist on training.
4. The fitness guidance method according to claim 3, wherein the first prompt message, the second prompt message and the third prompt message are a text prompt message and/or a voice prompt message broadcasted by a terminal voice, which are displayed on a terminal display interface.
5. A fitness guidance method according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein the first, second, third and predetermined bio-indicator data each comprise: one or more of a blood pressure value, a heart rate value, and a blood oxygen saturation.
6. A fitness guidance system, comprising:
the infrared detection unit is used for detecting and acquiring the fat content data of each part of the body of the user and sending the acquired fat content data of each part of the body of the user to the terminal;
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring first biological index data of a user in a resting state and sending the acquired first biological index data to the terminal;
the processing unit is used for generating a training suggestion according to the fat content data of each part of the body of the user and the first biological index data;
the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring second biological index data of the user when the user executes the training suggestion in real time and sending the acquired second biological index data to the terminal;
the first comparison unit is used for comparing the second biological index data with preset biological index data to determine whether the user is tired or not;
the first prompting unit is used for generating a first prompting message;
the display unit is used for displaying the training video and/or the training picture;
the terminal is internally provided with a database, and the database is pre-stored with a plurality of training suggestion data, and biological index data and body part information data which respectively correspond to the training suggestion data; the first prompt message is a message for prompting the user to rest.
7. The fitness guidance system of claim 6, further comprising:
the third acquisition unit is used for acquiring third biological index data after the user receives and executes the first prompt message in real time and sending the acquired third biological index data to the terminal;
the second comparison unit is used for comparing the third biological index data with the first biological index data to determine whether the user is tired and recovered;
and the second prompting unit is used for generating a second prompting message.
8. The fitness guidance system of claim 7, further comprising:
and the third prompting unit is used for generating a third prompting message at regular time, wherein the third prompting message is a message for encouraging the user to insist on training.
9. The fitness guidance system of claim 8, wherein the first prompt message, the second prompt message and the third prompt message are a text prompt message and/or a voice prompt message broadcasted by a terminal voice displayed on a terminal display interface.
10. A fitness guidance system according to any one of claims 7 to 9, wherein the first, second, third and predetermined bio-indicator data comprise the same type of bio-indicator and each comprise: one or more of a blood pressure value, a heart rate value, and a blood oxygen saturation.
