Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of embodiments of the present invention to provide a fitness guidance method and system that overcomes, at least to some extent, one or more of the problems associated with the limitations and disadvantages of the related art.
According to a first aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a fitness guidance method, the method comprising:
detecting and acquiring fat content data of each part of a user body through an infrared detection device, and sending the acquired fat content data of each part of the user body to a terminal;
collecting first biological index data of a user in a resting state, and sending the collected first biological index data to a terminal;
the terminal generates a training suggestion according to the fat content data of all parts of the user body and the first biological index data;
acquiring second biological index data of a user executing a training suggestion in real time, and sending the acquired second biological index data to a terminal;
comparing the second biological index data with preset biological index data to determine whether the user is tired, and if so, generating a first prompt message;
the terminal is internally provided with a database, and the database is pre-stored with a plurality of training suggestion data, and biological index data and body part information data which respectively correspond to the training suggestion data; the training suggestion is a training video and/or a training picture displayed on a terminal display interface; the first prompt message is a message for prompting the user to rest.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
acquiring third biological index data after the user receives and executes the first prompt message in real time, and sending the acquired third biological index data to the terminal;
comparing the third biological index data with the first biological index data to determine whether the user is recovering from fatigue, and if so, generating a second prompt message;
the second prompt message is a suggestion message for prompting the user to stop resting and continue to execute the training.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
when the user executes the training suggestion, the terminal generates a third prompt message at regular time, wherein the third prompt message is a message for encouraging the user to insist on training.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first prompt message, the second prompt message, and the third prompt message are a text prompt message and/or a voice prompt message broadcasted by a terminal voice, which are displayed on a terminal display interface.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first biological index data, the second biological index data, the third biological index data, and the preset biological index data all include: one or more of a blood pressure value, a heart rate value, and a blood oxygen saturation.
According to a second aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a fitness guidance system, the system comprising:
the infrared detection unit is used for detecting and acquiring the fat content data of each part of the body of the user and sending the acquired fat content data of each part of the body of the user to the terminal;
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring first biological index data of a user in a resting state and sending the acquired first biological index data to the terminal;
the processing unit is used for generating a training suggestion according to the fat content data of each part of the body of the user and the first biological index data;
the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring second biological index data of the user when the user executes the training suggestion in real time and sending the acquired second biological index data to the terminal;
the first comparison unit is used for comparing the second biological index data with preset biological index data to determine whether the user is tired or not;
the first prompting unit is used for generating a first prompting message;
the display unit is used for displaying the training video and/or the training picture;
the terminal is internally provided with a database, and the database is pre-stored with a plurality of training suggestion data, and biological index data and body part information data which respectively correspond to the training suggestion data; the first prompt message is a message for prompting the user to rest.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the system further includes:
the third acquisition unit is used for acquiring third biological index data after the user receives and executes the first prompt message in real time and sending the acquired third biological index data to the terminal;
the second comparison unit is used for comparing the third biological index data with the first biological index data to determine whether the user is tired and recovered;
and the second prompting unit is used for generating a second prompting message.

The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention can have the following beneficial effects:
in the embodiment of the invention, the body-building guidance method and the body-building guidance system scan the human body of the user through the infrared detection device to obtain the fat content data of each part of the human body, and provide a targeted training suggestion for the user by combining the biological index data of the user in a resting state, so that the user can exercise the part with higher fat content, and the exercise amount and the exercise intensity are within the bearing range of the user as much as possible; meanwhile, the user can be prompted to have a rest according to the biological index data of the user in the exercise process of the user, and the rest time of the user in the exercise process can be reasonably arranged.

The same reference numerals in the drawings denote the same or similar parts, and thus their repetitive description will be omitted. Some of the block diagrams shown in the figures are functional entities and do not necessarily correspond to physically or logically separate entities.
In this exemplary embodiment, a method of fitness guidance is first provided. Referring to fig. 1, the method may include:
step S101, detecting and acquiring the fat content data of each part of the body of a user through an infrared detection device, and sending the acquired fat content data of each part of the body of the user to a terminal;
step S102, collecting first biological index data of a user in a resting state, and sending the collected first biological index data to a terminal;
step S103, the terminal generates a training suggestion according to the fat content data of each part of the user body and the first biological index data; the terminal is internally provided with a database, and the database is pre-stored with a plurality of training suggestion data, and biological index data and body part information data which respectively correspond to the training suggestion data; the training suggestion is a training video and/or a training picture displayed on a terminal display interface;
step S104, collecting second biological index data of the user when the user executes the training suggestion in real time, and sending the collected second biological index data to the terminal;
step S105, comparing the second biological index data with preset biological index data to determine whether the user is tired, and if so, generating a first prompt message; the first prompt message is a message for prompting a user to rest.
According to the body-building guidance method, the body of the user is scanned through the infrared detection device to obtain the fat content data of each part of the body, and targeted training suggestions are provided for the user by combining the biological index data of the user in a resting state, so that the user can exercise the part with higher fat content, and the exercise amount and the exercise intensity are within the bearing range of the user as far as possible; meanwhile, the user can be prompted to have a rest according to the biological index data of the user in the exercise process of the user, and the rest time of the user in the exercise process can be reasonably arranged.
Hereinafter, each part of the above-described fitness guidance method in the present exemplary embodiment will be described in more detail with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
In step S101, the fat content data of each part of the user 'S body is detected and acquired by an infrared detection device, and the acquired fat content data of each part of the user' S body is transmitted to a terminal.
For example, when a user performs fitness exercise at home, the user often does not know where to practice the exercise, and does not know which exercise can be performed to which part of the body, and in order to provide reasonable exercise content for the body shape and the body condition of the user as much as possible, the embodiment provides a fitness guidance method, firstly, the fat content data of each part of the user is detected and acquired through an infrared detection device, wherein the infrared detection device can be built in a terminal, and the detected fat content data is sent to a terminal processor through a connecting line; or the fat content detection device can be an independent detection device, can be connected with a terminal in a wireless connection mode or a wired connection mode such as Bluetooth and the like, and sends the detected fat content data to a terminal processor. In a specific embodiment, a user can stand facing or facing away from the infrared detection device, the infrared detection device identifies each part of the human body, after identification, the infrared detection device sequentially scans and tests each part of the human body from top to bottom according to a preset scanning sequence, obtains fat content data corresponding to each part of the human body and sends the data to the terminal, and the preset scanning sequence can be a program written in the development process of developers, such as the sequence of chest, belly, waist, arms, legs and buttocks. In the method, an infrared fat detector can be used for detection, and other types of fat content detection devices can be used; the terminal can be a mobile phone, a computer, a mobile wearable device such as a smart watch, and the like, but is not limited thereto.
In step S102, first biological index data of the user in a resting state is collected, and the collected first biological index data is sent to the terminal.
For example, the rest state of the user means that the user does not exercise, and the rest state is quiet; the collection device can be used for collecting first biological index data of a user in a resting state, can be internally arranged in the terminal and connected with the processor in the terminal, can also be independent, can be connected with the terminal in a wireless connection mode or a wired connection mode such as Bluetooth, and sends the collected data to the terminal processor after the collection device collects the biological index data of the user in the resting state. The method specifically comprises the step of collecting biological index data of a user in a resting state through corresponding wearable equipment and the like, such as earphones or a smart watch, wherein the biological index data are corresponding index data capable of reflecting the physical health condition and/or the athletic ability of the user to a certain extent, such as one or more of heart rate, blood pressure, blood sample saturation, blood sugar and the like.
In step S103, the terminal generates a training suggestion according to the fat content data of each part of the user' S body and the first biological index data; the terminal is internally provided with a database, and the database is pre-stored with a plurality of training suggestion data, biological index data and body part information data which respectively correspond to the training suggestions; the training suggestion is a training video and/or a training picture displayed on a terminal display interface.
In an example, a database is built in the terminal, a plurality of training advice data and corresponding biological index data and body part information data are stored in the database, and the corresponding relationship can be obtained and paired and combined by relevant professionals such as fitness trainers and doctors according to relevant professional knowledge or experimental data. For example, in a specific embodiment, the terminal obtains the fat content of the legs of the user according to the received fat content data of the body parts of the user, so that A, B, C training suggestions corresponding to the exercise with higher fat content of the legs in the database are called; the terminal obtains that the blood pressure and the high pressure of the user reach 140 according to the received biological index data of the user, and then an executable training suggestion H, C, E, J corresponding to the hypertensive personnel of the degree in the database is called; finally, according to the high fat content of the legs of the user and the high blood pressure 140 thereof, the terminal calls the training suggestion C in the database to push the training suggestion C to the user. When a plurality of training suggestions meeting the conditions exist, the training suggestions can be simultaneously pushed to the user for manual selection of the user, and one of the training suggestions can be randomly pushed. The training suggestion can be a training guidance video and/or a training guidance picture displayed on a terminal display interface.
In step S104, second biological index data when the user performs the training recommendation is collected in real time, and the collected second biological index data is sent to the terminal.
Illustratively, when the user moves according to the training suggestion generated by the terminal, second biological index data when the user performs training, that is, real-time biological index data in the user moving process, is acquired in real time, and the data is sent to the terminal in real time.
In step S105, comparing the second biological indicator data with preset biological indicator data to determine whether the user is tired, and if yes, generating a first prompt message; the first prompt message is a message for prompting a user to rest.
For example, the preset biological index data may be preset on the terminal in advance according to the personal physical condition of the user, for example, the preset biological index data may be biological index data collected when the user reaches a certain fatigue state while exercising in the past; or may be preset by the developer at the terminal based on professional advice of the relevant professional, such as a fitness trainer or a doctor, for example, in one embodiment, it is envisioned that the biometric data may be preset by the professional based on basic exercise tolerance of people of different ages and/or people of different genders based on the relevant professional data. And comparing the second biological index data of the user with preset biological index data, and sending a first prompt message to remind the user of having a rest when the user is determined to be possibly tired.
In one embodiment, the method may further comprise:
step S106, collecting third biological index data after the user receives and executes the first prompt message in real time, and sending the collected third biological index data to the terminal;
step S107, comparing the third biological index data with the first biological index data to determine whether the user recovers from fatigue, and if so, generating a second prompt message; the second prompt message is a suggestion message for prompting the user to stop resting and continue to execute the training.
For example, in step S106, the third biological index data after the user receives the first prompt message and executes the first prompt message, that is, the biological index data of the user in the rest process after being prompted to rest is collected in real time and sent to the terminal. In step S107, comparing the third biological index data with the first biological index data, that is, comparing the real-time biological index data of the user in the rest state with the biological index data of the user in the rest state, so as to determine whether the user is recovering from fatigue, for example, when the user is in rest, the biological index data at a certain time point is the same as or differs from the biological index data of the user in the rest state by a certain value, determining that the user is recovering from fatigue, and at this time, sending a second prompt message to the user to prompt the user to end the rest and continue the fitness training, where the certain value may be preset on the terminal by a developer according to the professional suggestion.
In one embodiment, the method may further comprise:
and step S1031, when the user executes the training suggestion, the terminal generates a third prompt message regularly, wherein the third prompt message is a message for encouraging the user to insist on training.
For example, when the user performs fitness training by himself, no professional is used for guiding and monitoring, and a lacked mood is easy to generate, so when the user performs the training suggestion, a prompt message is sent to the user regularly for encouraging, for example, one encouraging prompt is performed every ten minutes or one encouraging prompt is performed every fifteen minutes, and the user is also supervised while encouraging, so that the user can be supervised and promoted to be actively trained to a certain extent.
In an embodiment, the first prompt message, the second prompt message, and the third prompt message may be text prompt messages displayed on a terminal display interface and/or voice prompt messages broadcasted by a terminal voice.
For example, the prompt message may be displayed on a display interface of the terminal and/or broadcast through a voice unit of the terminal; for example, in a specific embodiment, the first prompt message may be please take a rest, the second prompt message may be please continue training after the rest is finished, the third prompt message is fuel, and you can stick for a while, but may also be a message with other contents, and is not limited thereto.
In one embodiment, the first, second, third and preset biological index data include the same kind of biological indexes and may include: one or more of a blood pressure value, a heart rate value, and a blood oxygen saturation.
For example, the first biological index data, the second biological index data, the third biological index data and the preset biological index include the same type of biological index, such as blood pressure values, or blood pressure values and heart rate values, or blood pressure values, heart rate values and blood oxygen saturation.
In a specific embodiment, when the first biological index data, the second biological index data, and the third biological index data all only include one type of biological index data, for example, only include a blood pressure value, when the terminal calls the training suggestion data in the database, the training suggestion data corresponding to the blood pressure value of the user should be called, and the training suggestion is pushed to the client by combining the fat content data of each part of the body of the user; when the blood pressure value of the user executing the training suggestion is the same as the preset blood pressure value or the difference is smaller than a certain value, the user is reminded to have a rest, and when the blood pressure value of the user having a rest is equal to the blood pressure value of the user in a rest state or the difference is smaller than the certain value, the user is reminded to stop having a rest to continue training.
In another specific embodiment, when the first biological index data, the second biological index data, and the third biological index data all include a plurality of biological index data, and if the first biological index data, the second biological index data, and the third biological index data all include a blood pressure value and a heart rate value, when the terminal calls the training suggestion data in the database, training suggestion data corresponding to the blood pressure value and the heart rate value of the user should be called, for example, A, B, C, D is a training suggestion meeting the blood pressure value of the user, C, D, M, F is a training suggestion meeting the heart rate value of the user, C, D is called, and finally, the training suggestion data corresponding to the fat content data of each part of the body of the user is combined to push a training suggestion to the user; at this time, when any data of the blood pressure value or the heart rate value when the user executes the training suggestion is the same as the preset blood pressure value or the preset heart rate value or the difference is smaller than a certain value, the user is reminded to rest, and when the blood pressure value and the heart rate value in the user rest process are the same as the blood pressure value and the heart rate value of the user in the rest state or the difference is smaller than a certain value, the user is reminded to stop resting to continuously execute the training suggestion. The certain value can be preset on the terminal by a developer according to the suggestion of a professional.
The first biological index data, the second biological index data, the third biological index data and the preset biological index data may also include other data that can reflect the health condition or the exercise amount of the user, which is not limited herein.
A fitness guidance system is also provided in this example embodiment. Referring to fig. 4, the system may include: the device comprises an infrared detection unit, a first acquisition unit, a processing unit, a second acquisition unit, a first comparison unit, a first prompt unit and a display unit;
the infrared detection unit is used for detecting and acquiring the fat content data of each part of the body of the user and sending the acquired fat content data of each part of the body of the user to the terminal;
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring first biological index data of a user in a resting state and sending the acquired first biological index data to the terminal;
the processing unit is used for generating a training suggestion according to the fat content data of each part of the user body and the first biological index data;
the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring second biological index data of the user when the user executes the training suggestion in real time and sending the acquired second biological index data to the terminal;
the first comparison unit is used for comparing the second biological index data with preset biological index data to determine whether the user is tired;
the first prompting unit is used for generating a first prompting message;
the display unit is used for displaying a training video and/or a training picture;
the first prompt message is a message for prompting a user to rest.
