Illustratively, in the scheme of the invention, 3 ways for judging the fatigue of the user swimming pool are provided, and the scheme superposes and outputs the final judgment:
in the first mode, the trend of the motion amplitude of the user in a period of time is judged according to a motion sensing sensor of the device, and if the trend of the motion amplitude is smaller and smaller, the user becomes more fatigued.
And in the second mode, the active rest frequency and the single-time duration of the user are judged according to the motion sensor worn by the user, and the larger the rest frequency is, the longer the single-time duration is, and the more fatigue of the user is shown.
And the third mode is that the judgment is carried out according to the variation trend of the heart rate of the user during exercise, and if the heart rate rises faster and faster during exercise and the heart rate is recovered slower and slower in the recovery period, the user becomes tired more and more.

S200, when the motion amplitude information meets a first reminding condition and/or the heart rate information meets a second reminding condition, reminding the user to take a rest.
For example, aiming at the problems existing in the prior art: the underwater sound reminding perception is more, and the underwater sound reminding device is not suitable for noisy environments such as swimming pool water areas.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, the method for reminding timely rest during swimming according to the present invention is to determine that a user is in water by using a water detection sensor in a device worn by the user, detect the exercise intensity and exercise duration of the user by using a heart rate sensor to determine the exercise load condition, determine that the user is exercise fatigue if the underwater exercise load of the user exceeds a preset value, remind the child of having a rest in time, and remind a parent of "the child has swim for 30 minutes, detects that the child may be in a fatigue state, and please remind the parent of having a rest in time". The swimming reminding device can effectively remind children to have a rest in time in the swimming process, and avoids harm caused by continuous swimming in a sports fatigue state.
In the present embodiment, the environment of the wearable device (watch) is determined by a water detection module, for example, a water detection sensor (barometer, etc.). If the watch is judged to be underwater, reminding the user to rest in a vibration and light mode; and if the watch is judged to be on the water, reminding by using vibration and sound forms.

Specifically, the synchronous comprehensive judgment is carried out according to the motion sensing and the heart rate sensor, so that the problem of complex calculation force is not involved, and the direct judgment is directly carried out according to the sensor data.
For example, when the water detection sensor detects that a watch worn by a user is in water, a reminding mode is set at the moment, for example, the watch reminds through vibration and light in water, the reminding mode is set in advance based on a swimming scene, reminding components such as a flash lamp and a vibration module belonging to the watch give an instruction, and when data of the motion sensor and/or data of the heart rate sensor reach a reminding triggering condition, a starting instruction of the flash lamp and the vibration module is directly triggered to remind the user of the wearable device.
Meanwhile, as the wearable equipment and the monitoring terminal of the wearable equipment are communicated in advance, when the wearable equipment triggers the rest reminding, the communication module of the wearable equipment can also send reminding information to the monitoring terminal, so that a guardian holding the monitoring terminal can quickly know the condition of the user and timely remind the user to have a rest.
The monitoring terminal can comprise intelligent equipment such as a mobile terminal and a tablet personal computer, the mode of sending the reminding information by the communication module comprises the step of carrying out popup frame information reminding through a program, carrying out information reminding through a short message, or carrying out forced reminding through triggering a forced reminding module of the monitoring terminal, such as a loudspeaker and a vibration module.
The swimming reminding device can effectively and timely remind children to have a rest in the swimming process, and harm caused by continuous swimming in a sports fatigue state is avoided.
