In summary, the invention solves the problem that job seekers and enterprises HR can not simply and efficiently finish video interviews in the existing air double-choice conference. The characteristics of high efficiency of off-line double selection are perfectly duplicated, the defects of the off-line double selection are overcome through the internet technology, and the off-line double selection is improved in aspects of interview matching degree, comfort level, capacity, efficiency and the like.

It should be emphasized that steps (a) - (e) in this method are not meant to be strictly sequential, and some of the steps may be performed in different order, or may be performed simultaneously. In the step (c), when all enterprises enter, whether the recruiters of the enterprises are in the interview room is queried in real time in the online state query service system constructed by the server side. The online state inquiry service system is provided with special connection and heartbeat lines, so that real-time monitoring of the online state of the recruiter of the enterprise is kept. Generally, to solve the problem of how to express whether an online recruitment enterprise is online, we provide a video communication page in an online recruitment system. If the server side fails to receive a new heartbeat signal again within a fixed period of time after sending the heartbeat signal (possibly due to network disconnection, page closing, browser breakdown and the like), it is determined that the enterprise HR has left the interview room, the state is changed, the state is marked as offline, and interview office information and icons and identifiers related to interviews are not displayed on the conference site page. The method well expresses whether the enterprise HR logs in the air double choice and is online or not, and has the function of continuously monitoring the state. In addition, the online state is not just one state information, but is changed into an identifier capable of performing interactive operation, so that three choices in one state are embodied. As for some auxiliary prompt information, the auxiliary prompt information can be integrated with interview marks to be displayed, when the enterprise HR is detected to be in interview room, the generated icon comprises a two-dimensional code interview mark and a guiding and prompting icon such as an 'interview staff on-line and a code scanning start interview'.
The interview two-dimensional code generated by the server is an applet two-dimensional code, and the job seeker scans the applet two-dimensional code to enter interviews for interview. The method includes the following two aspects, namely, a meeting place page displays a interview two-dimensional code, and the recruiter is in an interview state on line; secondly, the meeting place page does not display interview two-dimensional codes, and the recruiter is not on line. By adopting the small program two-dimension code to enter the interview room, the resources on the mobile phone of the job seeker can be fully utilized, other APP (application) is not required to be installed, and a series of operations of starting the video conference component, joining the interview, calling the camera, the microphone and the like can be realized only by WeChat. The applet two-dimensional code comprises the following parameters: the applet initiates a link, a current job seeker user unique identification, an enterprise recruiter user identification, and a video interview unique identification. With the information, the user and the validity period can be accurately identified by only identifying the parameter by the current job seeker user, and the parameter can be used for verification to replace login in the WeChat applet, so that the job seeker is greatly facilitated. The enterprise unique identification is provided, so that the enterprise and the job seeker can be bound together one by one, and matching can be accurately realized. It should be noted that, the applet two-dimensional code generated here can be said to be the server, the whole interview system is specifically customized for each job seeker, one person is one, each job seeker logs in to the main meeting place page, the server generates an applet two-dimensional code only belonging to the specific job seeker, and the two-dimensional codes of each person are different and are two-dimensional codes with identity information attribute. And all the information which is counted and inquired out can be utilized by a data analysis method, and staff seekers can be better guided to conduct interviews through screening of some conditions.
