Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating an architecture of an inventory management system according to an exemplary embodiment, where, as shown in fig. 1, the system includes: a goods repository subsystem 11, an activity repository subsystem 12 and an activity management subsystem 13, and a peripheral terminal 14, wherein,
the commodity library subsystem 11 is configured to store commodities and/or information of the commodities, manage and distribute each stored commodity, and mark state information of each commodity; the commodity may include a non-physical commodity such as a coupon, or a physical commodity, when the commodity includes a non-physical commodity, the commodity library subsystem may directly store the commodity, and when the commodity library subsystem is a non-physical commodity, information of the commodity, such as name and number of the commodity, is usually stored, of course, the information may also be stored in the commodity library subsystem, and this embodiment is not limited.
The activity management subsystem 13 is configured to create at least one activity, and send a creation request for creating an activity commodity library corresponding to each activity to the activity library subsystem 13; after receiving a response that the movable commodity library is successfully created and sent by the movable library subsystem, establishing an association relation between the activity and the corresponding commodity according to a set strategy, and issuing the activity;
the activity library subsystem 12 is configured to create a corresponding activity commodity library for each activity when receiving the creation request sent by the activity management subsystem 13, and obtain a corresponding number of commodities from the commodity library subsystem according to the request when receiving the request of the commodities required for each activity; storing the obtained commodities into a corresponding movable commodity library, sending a response of obtaining a corresponding quantity of commodities to the activity management subsystem, establishing an association relation between the activity and the corresponding commodities according to a set strategy, monitoring the distribution states of all commodities in the movable commodity library after the activity is detected to start, counting the quantity of the distributed commodities, determining the quantity of the unallocated commodities according to the quantity of the distributed commodities, and continuously obtaining the commodities from the commodity library subsystem until the activity is finished when the quantity of the unallocated commodities is less than a threshold quantity;
the peripheral terminal 14 is used for sending a winning notice to the event library subsystem when detecting that the user participates in the event and wins; and when detecting that the user receives a corresponding prize, sending a notification of receiving the prize to the event repository subsystem;
the activity library subsystem 12 is further configured to lock a winning commodity in the activity library corresponding to the activity upon receiving a winning notification sent by the peripheral terminal 14, and modify a commodity state corresponding to the prize to a used state upon receiving a prize getting instruction.
For the sake of understanding, the following description is made in chronological order, specifically:
the commodity library subsystem 11 is configured to store commodities and/or information of the commodities, manage and distribute the stored commodities, and mark state information of the commodities; the state information includes: allocated, unallocated, used and unused, etc.
In this embodiment, when the storage instruction of the administrator or the operator is detected, the product library subsystem 11 stores the products and/or the information of the products in advance according to the storage instruction, and marks the stored status information of each product, where the status information may include unassigned, assigned, used, and the like.
The activity management subsystem 13 is configured to create at least one activity, and send a creation request for creating an activity commodity library corresponding to each activity to the activity library subsystem 12;
in this embodiment, a creation request to create an active good library corresponding to each activity is sent to the active library subsystem 12 for each activity.
The activity library subsystem 12 is configured to create a corresponding activity commodity library for each activity when receiving a creation request for creating an activity commodity library corresponding to each activity, which is sent by the activity management subsystem 12, and send each request for acquiring a corresponding quantity of commodities required for each activity to the commodity library subsystem according to the request when receiving a request for acquiring commodities required for each activity;
in this embodiment, a corresponding activity commodity library is created for the activity according to the creation request. For example, the activity responsible person, manager or operator may create an activity commodity library on a notebook computer (certainly, without being limited thereto, or other terminals, and this embodiment is not limited thereto) in the activity site, for example, the activity responsible person, manager or operator may apply for a request for 100 commodities to the commodity library subsystem 11 through an interface of the created activity commodity library, that is, the notebook computer receives the request that the responsible person, manager or operator applies for 100 commodities to the commodity library subsystem 11.
For example, the activity responsible person or manager or activity responsible person may need to allocate 100 commodities (which may be the same commodity or the same type of commodity, or different types of commodities, but this embodiment is not limited) for a certain activity as a reward according to the activity expense requirement, and reward the user participating in the activity.
The commodity library subsystem 11 is further configured to query state information of corresponding commodities when a request for a corresponding quantity of commodities required by each activity is received, allocate the commodities of the corresponding quantity to the active library subsystem if the commodities of the required corresponding quantity are all in an unallocated state, and modify the state of the commodities of the corresponding quantity into a used state;
in this embodiment, the commodity library subsystem 11 queries the state information of the corresponding commodities after receiving the request for applying for the commodity for the activity, and if the required corresponding quantity of commodities are all in an unallocated state, automatically sends the corresponding quantity of commodity requests to the library management for audit, and after the library management audit passes, issues the commodities requesting the corresponding quantity to the corresponding activity subsystem, and modifies the state of the corresponding commodity into an allocated state.
The active library subsystem 12 is further configured to, when receiving that the commodity library subsystem 11 allocates a corresponding number of commodities, store the corresponding number of commodities in an active commodity library corresponding to the activity, and send a response that the corresponding number of commodities are acquired to the activity management subsystem 13;
the commodity may be a card roll, an article, or the like, and may be configured specifically according to needs, and this embodiment is not limited.
The activity management subsystem 13 is further configured to, after receiving a response that the establishment of the activity commodity library is successful, sent by the activity library subsystem, establish an association relationship between the activity and the corresponding commodity according to a set policy, and issue the activity;
in this embodiment, the setting policy is set by the activity manager or operator according to the activity requirement, for example, assuming that the activity period is 7 days, 50 prizes are preset to be issued, and the prizes are composed of three different commodities. The first-class prizes are 5, the second-class prizes are 20, the third-class prizes are 25, 10 third-class prizes are expected to be issued on the first day, 5 third-class prizes and 5 second-class prizes are expected to be issued on the second day, and the like, until all prizes are issued on the 7 th day. After the event starts, for example, in order to improve the winning rate after the event starts, 10 prizes of three prizes, etc. issued on the first day are already won up 20 minutes before the first day, and the setting strategy is adaptively adjusted according to the actual situation of the event so as to meet the requirements of the users participating in the event.
In this step, after receiving an instruction from an administrator or an activity manager, the activity management subsystem 13 establishes an association between an activity and a corresponding commodity according to a set policy. For example, the association relations between the first-class prize, the second-class prize and the third-class prize and the corresponding commodities are respectively established, and the activities are issued after the association relations are established;
and the movable commodity library subsystem is further used for monitoring the distribution states of all commodities in the movable commodity library after the start of the activity is detected, counting the number of the distributed commodities, determining the number of the unallocated commodities according to the number of the distributed commodities, and continuously acquiring the commodities from the commodity library subsystem when the number of the unallocated commodities is less than the threshold number until the end of the activity.
In this embodiment, there is a period for each event, for example, 2 days, 5 days, 10 days, and so on, that is, each event has a start time (i.e., a time for issuing the event) and an end time, and of course, the period may be calculated according to hours, and the like, and the period may be specifically set as needed.
Firstly, when the beginning of the activity is detected, the user participates in the activity through the peripheral terminal, if the peripheral terminal detects that the user wins a prize, a prize corresponding to the prize item is locked in an activity commodity library in the activity library subsystem, and if the user draws the prize through the peripheral terminal, the commodity use and the like are marked in the activity commodity library. That is, the distribution status of all commodities in the movable commodity library is monitored according to the real-time condition of the activity, that is, after the activity is released, information such as the winning condition and the drawing condition of users participating in the activity is monitored, the status of the corresponding commodity is modified in the corresponding movable commodity library according to the monitored condition, that is, the filling of the commodity is modified into the used (namely, distributed) status, and then the quantity of the distributed (namely used) commodities is counted.
Secondly, the active library subsystem may determine the number of the unallocated commodities according to the number of the allocated commodities, that is, the active library subsystem subtracts the number of the used commodities from the total number of the commodities recorded in the active commodity library to obtain the number of the unused commodities, that is, the number of the unallocated commodities. For example, if the total number of commodities is 50 and the number of distributed commodities is 40, the number of unallocated commodities is 50 to 40, or 10.
Finally, if the number of the unallocated commodities is less than the threshold number, the active library subsystem continues to apply for the commodities from the commodity library subsystem (which can be understood as a commodity master library, etc.) until the activity is finished.
The threshold number may be set according to the total amount of each activity, that is, the threshold number is set to be a fraction of the total amount of the product, for example, to be one tenth, one sixth, and so on of the total amount, and if the total amount of the product is 100, the threshold number may be set to be 10, and so on, of course, the threshold number is not limited thereto, and may be adaptively modified as needed.
When the number of the unallocated commodities is judged to be smaller than the threshold number, the activity is relatively exploded and is relatively favored by the consuming users, at the moment, the activity library subsystem can automatically add a certain number of commodities to the commodity library subsystem, and after the library management is approved, the corresponding number of commodities are sent to the activity commodity library corresponding to the activity. The number of the additional commodities may be added by the active library subsystem according to the actual consumption situation of the user after the activity starts, or may be added by a preset number, which is not limited in this embodiment. Correspondingly, when the number of the unallocated commodities is judged to be larger than or equal to the threshold number, the activity is relatively cool and is not favored by the consuming users, and the set strategy can be adaptively adjusted according to the actual situation so as to achieve the purpose of promoting the activity.
The peripheral terminal 14 is used for sending a winning notice to the event library subsystem 12 when detecting that the user participates in the event and wins; and when detecting that the user receives a corresponding prize, sending a notification of receiving the prize to the event repository subsystem 12;
the activity library subsystem 12 is further configured to lock a winning commodity in the activity library corresponding to the activity when receiving the winning notification, and modify a commodity state corresponding to a prize when receiving a prize getting notification.
In the embodiment of the invention, aiming at each activity created by the activity management subsystem, the activity library subsystem can create a corresponding activity commodity library for the activity, apply for a corresponding number of commodities for each activity from the commodity library subsystem to store in the activity commodity library, establish the corresponding relation between the activity and the commodities according to a set strategy, and after the start of the activity is detected, monitoring the distribution state of all commodities in the activity commodity library, counting the quantity of the distributed commodities, determining the quantity of the unallocated commodities according to the quantity of the allocated commodities, and continuously acquiring the commodities from the commodity library subsystem when the quantity of the unallocated commodities is less than a threshold quantity, and when the activity library subsystem receives the prize won by the user participating in the activity, the commodity state corresponding to the prize in the corresponding activity commodity library is modified to the used state. That is to say, in the embodiment of the present invention, the active commodity inventory in the active commodity library subsystem can be used as an intermediate bridge to connect various active and commodity library subsystems (i.e., a commodity master library) to achieve an on-demand application, autonomous entry and exit control, especially after an activity starts, the allocation state of commodities in the active commodity library is monitored, the number of allocated commodities is counted, then the number of unallocated commodities is determined, and a corresponding number of commodities can be automatically added to the commodity library subsystem according to data of the unallocated commodities, so that the allocation state and circulation record of the active commodities in the whole activity period are effectively managed, the 'exclusive use' of activities and commodities is realized through the active commodity library, the flow of commodity management is simplified, and the commodity use efficiency is improved.
Further, when multiple activities are carried out synchronously, corresponding active commodity libraries can be added for each activity, the processing process of each commodity library is not repeated herein as the implementation process described in the above embodiment, and the active commodity library can be used for performing anti-theft brushing on the basis of each activity for an enterprise to block risks in different areas, so that the commodities in the commodity library subsystem (commodity master library) are prevented from being stolen and brushed due to the attack of a certain single-field/multiple-field activity.

First, in this embodiment, the manner in which the activity library subsystem determines the remaining time of the activity includes;
since the period of the activity is constant, the remaining time of the activity is obtained by subtracting the time when the current activity has started, for example, the period of the activity is 7 days, and the remaining time of the activity is 4 days after the current activity starts: day 7 minus 4 equals 3 days, i.e. 7-4 ═ 3 (days).
Secondly, the active library subsystem determines the number of commodities required to be applied according to the remaining time;
in this step, one determination method is: the number of products requested may be obtained by first calculating the average number of products dispensed during the time the campaign has started, and then multiplying the average number by the remaining time of the campaign. Of course, the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to this calculation method, and may be other calculation methods.
And finally, the movable library subsystem acquires the corresponding quantity of commodities from the commodity library subsystem.
In this step, after the number of commodities required to be applied is calculated, a corresponding number of commodities can be automatically applied to the commodity library subsystem, that is, a request for applying a corresponding number of commodities is sent to the commodity library subsystem first, and after the commodity library subsystem is examined and approved by a library manager, the corresponding number of commodities are distributed to the active library subsystem by the commodity library subsystem.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the number of the unallocated commodities is less than the set number, the remaining time of the activity can be determined, the number of the commodities needing to be added is determined according to the remaining time and the allocation condition of the commodities in the current activity, and the corresponding number of the commodities is acquired from the commodity library subsystem. That is to say, in the embodiment of the present invention, in the ongoing activity, according to the actual consumption situation of the goods, especially in the situation of insufficient goods, the goods can be automatically applied to the goods warehouse subsystem, so that the automatic replenishment of the goods in the ongoing activity is realized, the problem of purchase, sale and stock of the goods is solved, and the management flow of the goods is simplified.
