Specifically, the storage unit stores a computer program, which when executed by the processing unit, causes the server provided by the present embodiment to implement the steps of the supervision method as provided in the first embodiment or the second embodiment, for example, step S11 shown in fig. 1, which is to dispatch a service task to the mobile terminal, where the service task includes service location information and service personnel information; step S12, after acquiring the registration information corresponding to the service personnel information, sending service record prompt information to the mobile terminal; step S13, acquiring service record information uploaded by the mobile terminal and/or monitoring image information uploaded by a monitoring device corresponding to the service location information, wherein the service record information comprises service image information; step S14, storing the service record information and/or the monitoring image information.
In an embodiment, the server provided by this embodiment may include a plurality of memories 102 (referred to as storage units for short), and the storage units may include, for example, a Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or a cache memory and/or a Read Only Memory (ROM), and so on.
In an embodiment, the server provided in this embodiment may further include a communication bus 103 and a transceiver 104. The transceiver 104 may be connected to the processor 101 and the memory 102 through the communication bus 103, and performs the above functions under the control of the processor 101. For example, the transceiver 104 may be used to dispatch service tasks to mobile terminals. For example, the processor 101 may be configured to send service record prompting information to the mobile terminal after acquiring the registration information corresponding to the service person information.
The server provided by the third embodiment of the present invention includes a processor 101 and a memory 102, and the processor 101 is configured to execute a computer program stored in the memory 102 to implement the steps of the supervision method described in the first embodiment or the second embodiment, so that the server provided by this embodiment can implement enhanced supervision on the work of the service personnel and guarantee the completion quality of the work.
The third embodiment of the present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed by the processor 101, implements the steps of the supervision method according to the first embodiment or the second embodiment, for example, the steps shown in fig. 1 are S11 to S14.
In an embodiment, the computer readable storage medium provided by the embodiment may include any entity or device capable of carrying computer program code, a recording medium, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk, flash memory, and the like.
When executed by the processor 101, the computer program stored in the computer-readable storage medium according to the third embodiment of the present invention can implement enhanced supervision of the work of the service staff, and ensure the completion quality of the work.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)

1. A supervision method, characterized in that the supervision method comprises:
distributing a service task to the mobile terminal, wherein the service task comprises service location information and service personnel information;
after acquiring the registration information corresponding to the service personnel information, sending service record prompt information to the mobile terminal;
acquiring service record information uploaded by the mobile terminal and/or monitoring image information uploaded by a monitoring device corresponding to the service location information, wherein the service record information comprises service image information;
and storing the service record information and/or the monitoring image information.
2. The supervision method according to claim 1, wherein the step of sending a service record prompt message to the mobile terminal after acquiring the report message corresponding to the service person information includes:
acquiring task information after acquiring the registration information corresponding to the service personnel information;
and after the task information is associated with the service staff information, sending the service record prompt information to the mobile terminal, wherein the service record prompt information comprises the task information.
3. The surveillance method of claim 1, wherein the check-in information includes check-in person image information;
before the step of dispatching the service task to the mobile terminal, the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring a support request sent by a monitoring terminal, wherein the support request comprises the information of service personnel and the information of serviced personnel;
generating the service task according to the supporting request;
after the step of acquiring the registration information corresponding to the service staff information, sending service record prompt information to the mobile terminal includes:
and sending the report information to the served personnel terminal and/or the monitoring terminal corresponding to the served personnel information.
4. The supervision method according to claim 1, wherein the step of sending a service record prompt message to the mobile terminal after acquiring the report message corresponding to the service person information includes:
sending a photographing prompt message to the mobile terminal according to a preset frequency;
and receiving the service image information which is acquired and sent by the mobile terminal through a special application program after the mobile terminal receives the photographing prompt information each time.
5. The surveillance method of claim 1, further comprising service time period information in the service record information;
in the step of obtaining the service record information uploaded by the mobile terminal and/or obtaining the monitoring image information uploaded by the monitoring device corresponding to the service location information, the method includes:
acquiring the service record information uploaded by the mobile terminal;
acquiring the monitoring image information corresponding to the service place information and the service time period information;
in the step of storing the service record information and/or the monitoring image information, the method includes:
and performing associated storage on the service record information and the monitoring image information.
6. The supervisory method of claim 1, wherein the service tasks further include serviced personnel information;
in the step of storing the service record information and/or the monitoring image information, the method includes:
generating serviced archive information according to the serviced personnel information, the service record information and/or the monitoring image information, and/or generating service archive information according to the serviced personnel information, the service record information and/or the monitoring image information;
adding the served profile information to first history profile information corresponding to the served person information to update the first history profile information, and/or adding the service profile information to second history profile information corresponding to the service person information to update the second history profile information.
7. The surveillance method of claim 1, after the step of storing the service record information and/or the monitoring image information, comprising:
acquiring service evaluation information according to the service record information and a preset service quality evaluation standard, and associating the service evaluation information with the service personnel information;
adding the service evaluation information into service organization historical evaluation information corresponding to the service personnel information to update the service organization historical evaluation information, acquiring the service organization evaluation information according to the updated service organization historical evaluation information and a preset service organization evaluation standard, and
and associating the service organization evaluation information with service organization information corresponding to the service personnel information.
8. A supervision method, characterized in that the supervision method comprises:
the task issuing end distributes a service task to the mobile terminal, wherein the service task comprises service location information and service personnel information;
after acquiring the registration information corresponding to the service personnel information, the task issuing end sends service record prompt information to the mobile terminal;
the mobile terminal acquires and uploads service record information to the task issuing terminal, wherein the service record information comprises service image information;
and the task issuing end stores the acquired service record information and/or the monitoring image information uploaded by the monitoring device corresponding to the service place information.
9. A server, comprising a memory and a processor;
the processor is adapted to execute a computer program stored in the memory to implement the steps of the supervision method according to any of claims 1-7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored thereon, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, realizes the steps of the supervision method according to any one of claims 1-7.
