Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a supervision method for monitoring a person on duty according to a first embodiment of the present invention is shown, which can be applied to a supervision device for monitoring a person on duty, where the supervision device for monitoring a person on duty can be implemented by software and/or hardware, and the method specifically includes steps S01 to S04.
And step S01, acquiring a monitoring room video of a monitoring place administered by the monitoring team every preset time.
When the video monitoring system is specifically implemented, the camera can be installed in the monitoring room, the camera shoots the monitoring room to obtain a monitoring room video, and the camera is utilized to carry out video monitoring on the monitoring room. When specifically installing, the camera is preferably installed in the position that can take whole monitor room environment completely, for example the ceiling corner to the camera is preferably wide-angle lens, can effectively avoid the monitor room to have the shooting dead angle like this, thereby avoids follow-up erroneous judgement monitor room unmanned on duty.
The monitoring device for the monitoring person on duty can be a computer device of a monitoring team, such as a monitoring large screen, a computer, a server, and the like of the monitoring team. The supervision equipment of the monitoring personnel on duty can be in wireless communication connection or wired communication connection with the camera, and the wireless communication connection can be in communication connection modes such as Bluetooth, radio frequency, mobile communication networks (such as 5G networks), Zigbee and the like. In step S01, the preset time may be preset, for example, set to 15 minutes, and the camera uploads the monitor room video to the monitoring equipment of the monitoring person on duty every 15 minutes, where it should be noted that the monitor room video uploaded by the camera each time is the latest monitor room video, for example, the first 15 minutes, and the camera uploads the monitor room video shot in a time period of 0 to 15 minutes to the monitoring equipment of the monitoring person on duty; and in the second 15 minutes, the camera uploads the monitoring room videos shot in 15-30 minutes to the monitoring equipment of the monitoring station, so that the monitoring equipment of the monitoring station can receive the monitoring videos of the monitoring room at each moment, omission is avoided, and the monitoring comprehensiveness and reliability of the monitoring room are ensured.
And step S02, performing human shape recognition on each frame of image of the monitoring room video.
In specific implementation, a human shape recognition algorithm can be adopted to perform human shape recognition on each frame of image of the monitoring room video. By way of example and not limitation, the human shape recognition algorithm may be, but is not limited to, Mask R-CNN algorithm, SSD target detection algorithm, SVM-based human shape recognition algorithm, real-time human shape recognition algorithm based on LBP improvement algorithm, and the like.
It should be noted that, in step S02, it is only necessary to identify whether there is a human-shaped feature in each frame of image of the monitoring room video, and it may not be necessary to count the number of human-shaped features in each frame of image, and so on. Of course, under the condition of abundant processing resources, the number of the human-shaped features in each frame of image can be counted, so that whether a person is on duty in the monitoring room at present or not can be analyzed, and the number of the persons on duty can be analyzed, and the monitoring room can be monitored more comprehensively.
In step S03, it is determined whether or not there is a target frame image in which no human-shaped feature is recognized.
When it is determined that there is a target frame image in which the human-shaped feature is not recognized, representing that the monitoring room is unattended at the time of photographing the target frame image, step S04 is performed; otherwise, the human-shaped characteristics are identified in each frame of image in the video of the monitoring room, and the unattended monitoring room phenomenon does not exist.
And step S04, sending the target frame image to the preset personnel terminal of the prison.
The preset personnel terminal can be a mobile terminal, a computer and the like of a supervisor of a monitoring department, and can also be a mobile terminal, a computer and the like of a current person on duty in a monitoring room. The target frame image can be specifically issued to the preset personnel terminal of the monitoring station in the modes of short message, WeChat, mail, APP pushing and the like, so that related personnel can be timely supervised to the post, and accidents caused by long-time unattended operation of a monitoring room are avoided.
In summary, in the supervision method for the monitoring staff on duty in the above embodiment of the present invention, whether the monitoring room is unattended or not is automatically identified through human shape analysis based on the image; when the unattended monitoring room is identified, the monitoring room is notified to relevant personnel of the monitoring place, so that the monitoring room of the monitoring place is automatically and remotely monitored, the monitoring efficiency and the intelligent degree are improved, the standard requirement of an intelligent monitoring place is met, the phenomenon of dealing with inspection is thoroughly eliminated, and the effect of effectively monitoring the monitoring room of the monitoring place is finally achieved.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2, a supervision method for monitoring a person on duty according to a second embodiment of the present invention is shown, which can be applied to a supervision device for monitoring a person on duty, where the supervision device for monitoring a person on duty can be implemented by software and/or hardware, and the method specifically includes steps S11 to S16.
And step S11, acquiring a monitoring room video of a monitoring place administered by the monitoring team every preset time.
In step S11, the preset time may be preset, for example, set to 15 minutes, and the camera uploads the monitor room video to the monitoring equipment of the monitoring person on duty every 15 minutes, where it should be noted that the monitor room video uploaded by the camera each time is the latest monitor room video, for example, the first 15 minutes, and the camera uploads the monitor room video shot in a time period of 0 to 15 minutes to the monitoring equipment of the monitoring person on duty; and in the second 15 minutes, the camera uploads the monitoring room videos shot in 15-30 minutes to the monitoring equipment of the monitoring station, so that the monitoring equipment of the monitoring station can receive the monitoring videos of the monitoring room at each moment, omission is avoided, and the monitoring comprehensiveness and reliability of the monitoring room are ensured.
And step S12, performing graying processing on each frame of image of the monitoring room video.
And step S13, performing human shape recognition on each frame of image after the graying processing of the monitoring room video.
It should be noted that, in step S13, it is only necessary to identify whether there is a human-shaped feature in each frame of image of the monitoring room video, and it may not be necessary to count the number of human-shaped features in each frame of image, and so on.
In step S14, it is determined whether or not there is a target frame image in which no human-shaped feature is recognized.
When it is determined that there is a target frame image in which the human-shaped feature is not recognized, representing that the monitoring room is unattended at the time of photographing the target frame image, step S15 is performed; otherwise, the human-shaped characteristics are identified in each frame of image in the video of the monitoring room, and the unattended monitoring room phenomenon does not exist.
Step S15, determining whether the last frame of image of the monitoring room video is the target frame of image.
When the last frame image of the monitoring room video is judged to be the target frame image, executing step S16; and when the last frame image of the monitoring room video is judged not to be the target frame image, representing that the operator on duty has returned to the monitoring room in time, and not operating to continue monitoring.
And step S16, sending the target frame image to the preset personnel terminal of the prison.
The present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that: 1) before the human shape recognition is carried out on the image, the image is subjected to gray processing, so that the data volume of subsequent image processing is reduced, the processor resource is reduced, the human shape recognition is quicker, and the blocking is avoided; 2) in the embodiment, the relevant personnel are not notified as long as the target frame image is identified, but whether the last frame image of the monitoring room video is also the target frame image is also judged, and when the last frame image of the monitoring room video is also the target frame image, the representative person on duty does not return to the monitoring room until the video is finished, and then the target frame image is issued to the monitored preset personnel terminal to notify the relevant personnel; and when the last frame of image of the video in the monitoring room is not the target frame of image, the representative person goes off duty and then returns to duty (monitoring room) in time, and then the relevant person is not notified.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 3, a supervision method of a supervision staff on duty in a third embodiment of the present invention is shown, which can be applied to supervision equipment of the supervision staff on duty, where the supervision equipment of the supervision staff on duty can be implemented by software and/or hardware, and the method specifically includes steps S21 to S26.
And step S21, acquiring a monitoring room video of a monitoring place administered by the monitoring team every preset time.
In step S21, the preset time may be preset, for example, set to 15 minutes, and the camera uploads the monitor room video to the monitoring equipment of the monitoring person on duty every 15 minutes, where it should be noted that the monitor room video uploaded by the camera each time is the latest monitor room video, for example, the first 15 minutes, and the camera uploads the monitor room video shot in a time period of 0 to 15 minutes to the monitoring equipment of the monitoring person on duty; and in the second 15 minutes, the camera uploads the monitoring room videos shot in 15-30 minutes to the monitoring equipment of the monitoring station, so that the monitoring equipment of the monitoring station can receive the monitoring videos of the monitoring room at each moment, omission is avoided, and the monitoring comprehensiveness and reliability of the monitoring room are ensured.
And step S22, performing human shape recognition on each frame of image of the monitoring room video.
It should be noted that, in step S22, it is only necessary to identify whether there is a human-shaped feature in each frame of image of the monitoring room video, and it may not be necessary to count the number of human-shaped features in each frame of image, and so on.
In step S23, it is determined whether or not there is a target frame image in which no human-shaped feature is recognized.
When it is determined that there is a target frame image in which no human-shaped feature is recognized, representing that the monitoring room is unattended at the time of capturing the target frame image, steps S24-S26 are performed.
And step S24, sending the target frame image to the preset personnel terminal of the prison.
And step S25, reducing the preset time according to a preset proportion.
And step S26, when the human-shaped characteristics are re-identified from the subsequently acquired video of the monitoring room, restoring the preset time to the initial value.
It should be understood that after the target frame image is sent to the monitored preset personnel terminal, the representative notifies the relevant personnel that the person on duty is off duty. Because the interval between the monitoring room videos uploaded at the front and back is the preset time, in order to prompt the watchman to go back to work as soon as possible, in the embodiment, after the target frame image is sent to the monitored preset person terminal, the preset time is reduced according to the preset proportion, so that the video is uploaded more frequently, for example, the video is uploaded once in 15 minutes before, and the video is uploaded once in 5 minutes after being reduced, so that the monitoring room video is analyzed more frequently, whether the watchman goes back to work or not is analyzed frequently, if the watchman does not go back to work, the target frame image is sent to the monitored preset person terminal again, if the watchman does not go back to work all the time, the preset person terminal receives the target frame image once every 5 minutes (the reduced preset time), so that the watchman is prompted to go back to work more frequently, until the human shape feature is identified again from the videos of the subsequently acquired monitoring room, and when the operator on duty returns to duty, the preset time is restored to the initial value, for example, from 5 minutes to 15 minutes.
In some optional embodiments, the step of sending the target frame image to the preset personnel terminal of the prison specifically includes:
judging whether multiple frames exist in the target frame image or not;
if yes, selecting at least one frame from the target frame images of the plurality of frames according to a preset rule and sending the frame to a preset personnel terminal of the prison;
and if not, issuing the only target frame image to the monitored preset personnel terminal.
That is, when only one frame of image is found to contain no human-shaped features, that is, only one frame of target frame image is found, the frame of target frame image is directly issued to the monitored preset personnel terminal. And if the multi-frame image does not contain the human-shaped features, namely the multi-frame target frame image exists, selecting at least one frame from the multi-frame target frame image according to a preset rule and issuing the selected frame to a monitored preset personnel terminal.
Specifically, the step of selecting at least one frame from a plurality of frames of the target frame images according to a preset rule and issuing the selected frame to the preset personnel terminal of the prison comprises the following steps:
judging whether a plurality of frames of target frame images are continuous in time;
if yes, sending any one frame of the target frame image to a preset personnel terminal of the monitoring place;
if not, dividing the multiple frames of target frame images into multiple image sets, and sending any one target frame image from each image set to a preset personnel terminal of the monitoring station, wherein the target frame images in each image set are continuous in time.
That is, when the multiple target frame images are continuous in time, and the representative person on duty leaves the duty only once in the time period corresponding to the current monitoring room video, one target frame image may be selected and sent to the preset person terminal of the monitoring, for example, the last frame or the most previous frame is selected. If the multi-frame target frame images are discontinuous in time and represent that the person on duty leaves the duty for multiple times in the time period corresponding to the video of the current monitoring room, the multi-frame target frame images are divided into a plurality of image sets, the target frame images in each image set are continuous in time, and then any one target frame image in each image set is sent to a preset person terminal of the monitoring place, so that the related person receives the multi-frame target frame images, and the information that the person on duty leaves the duty for multiple times is indirectly notified to the related person.
In some optional embodiments, the step of sending the target frame image to the preset personnel terminal of the prison includes:
acquiring a work scheduling table of the monitoring room;
determining the current on-duty personnel of the monitoring room according to the time of the target frame image and the work shift schedule; for example, if the time of the target frame image is 1 month, 1 am, 10:00 am, it can be determined from the work shift schedule that the 1 month, 1 am, 10:00 am is specifically who is on duty, so as to determine the current person on duty;
acquiring a preset communication mode of the current on-duty personnel and the supervisor thereof;
and based on the preset communication mode of the current person on duty and the supervisor thereof, the target frame image is issued to the terminals of the current person on duty and the supervisor thereof.
The preset communication mode can be a micro signal, a mobile phone number, a mailbox, an APP account and the like, and the target frame image is sent to the monitored preset personnel terminal in a short message, a micro signal, a mail, an APP push mode and the like.
It should be noted that the above embodiments and technical features thereof may be combined with each other without conflict.
