The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 1, the body temperature tracking and monitoring method in this embodiment is deployed in a terminal, and includes the following steps:
s11) acquiring personal information and body temperature information of the target object multiple times in the selected area;
s12) transmitting the acquired personal information and body temperature information of the target subject to the server.
As shown in fig. 2, the body temperature tracking and monitoring method in this embodiment is deployed at a server, and includes the following steps:
s21) receiving and storing the information of the target object and the body temperature information transmitted by the terminal;
s22) judging the abnormal state of the target object according to the selected body temperature threshold value;
s23) corresponding measures are executed according to the corresponding relation between the abnormal body temperature state and the measures.
The body temperature tracking and monitoring method provided by the invention is applied by combining the terminal and the server terminal, and the body temperature information and the identity information of a monitored person are tracked and acquired by the terminal in a multi-position and multi-frequency tracking manner in a target activity area, so that the server terminal can accurately and precisely analyze the body temperature change of a target object and timely and reasonably process users with abnormal body temperature when new crown and other pneumonia epidemic situations occur.
Taking application scenes such as primary school campuses as an example, for students, temperature acquisition can be carried out at positions such as classroom doorways, toilet doorways, school doorways and school bus doorways, and acquisition can be carried out for many times such as going on and off class, entering and exiting the classroom, so that the situation that the error is caused because a single infrared temperature measurement scheme is adopted and temperature measurement can only be carried out once every day when the students enter the school, or the situation that the infrared temperature measurement result is low because the students come to the school gate from the school bus and the temperature is easily influenced when the students just leave the school bus is avoided. Meanwhile, the technical scheme of the invention avoids the problem that infection risks of a large number of students gathering in a short time during school entering are easy to appear in a certain time when infrared temperature measurement needs a teacher to guide the students to stand at a specific position and face the temperature measurement camera, and through multiple times, multiple places and multiple frequencies of measurement, the gathering risks are reduced, and measurement errors caused by temperature are avoided.
In some embodiments, the multiple acquisitions include acquisitions at multiple locations and/or multiple frequency acquisitions at the same location.
For example, continuing with the school example, the plurality of locations may be classroom doorways, toilet doorways, dining room doorways, campus doorways, and the like; the multiple frequency acquisition may be to monitor the body temperature at each time of class, meal, etc.

The identity information may also include other auxiliary information, such as whether the patient is exposed to new coronary pneumonia, the class, the name of the chief or officer, the contact information, etc.
For example, the location at which the target subject is acquired may be the mounting location of a reader that reads the body temperature stored in a body temperature monitoring tag worn by the target subject.
As shown in fig. 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, the abnormal state of the target object is determined based on the selected body temperature threshold, and for example, the abnormal state in a different temperature range may be determined by selecting a set temperature threshold based on a relevant medical guideline issued by local health care committee or national health care committee.

the body temperature T is more than 37 and less than or equal to 37.4 ℃ or more than or equal to 35 and less than or equal to 36 ℃, the body temperature is abnormal, the corresponding measures are reinforced monitoring, and the reinforced monitoring is carried out manually;
the body temperature T is less than 35 ℃, the body temperature is abnormal, and the corresponding measures are to inform manual inspection whether the body temperature detection label is fallen off or damaged.
The body temperature T is more than 37.4 ℃, the body temperature is abnormal, and the corresponding measures are to inform the human to transfer the target object to a preset observation place for further judgment.
In some embodiments, corresponding countermeasures can be further executed for the abnormal situation. For example, with continued reference to fig. 3, in the case of an infectious pneumonia epidemic, taking appropriate action includes: if the fever is not the fever, finding out the abnormal reason; if the fever occurs, isolating the target object; carrying out risk grade judgment on the isolated target object, and reporting a disease control center and informing family members if the risk grade is greater than a set risk grade; and if the risk level is less than or equal to the set risk level, continuing to carry out isolated observation.
In some embodiments, the abnormal state of the target is also indicated by means of display or sound at the server side.
For example, the display may be displaying images of different colors.
In one embodiment, the continued monitoring display is green; the intensive monitoring showed yellow; the abnormal body temperature is displayed in red, so that an observer at the server end can quickly find the abnormal state.
For example, the sounds may be different sounds emitted.
In one embodiment, the continuous monitoring is set to not sound an alarm; the strengthening monitoring is set to send out alarm sound with preset time and times; the abnormal body temperature is set to be a rapid alarm sound, so that an observer at the server side can conveniently recognize the abnormal state.
In some embodiments, the server may further set a working parameter for the terminal to collect the body temperature, so as to adopt a suitable monitoring scheme according to the need of epidemic situation development.
For example, the operating parameters include, but are not limited to, an IP address of the assigned terminal, a switch controlling the reader, a collection frequency, a collection time, a return frequency.
