The mobile fixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the driven pulley comprises a pulley body, a cylinder connected to the pulley body, and a limiting ring connected to the cylinder, the limiting ring has an outer diameter larger than that of the cylinder, the pulley body, the cylinder, and the limiting ring form an annular groove, and the fixing frame has a mounting hole matching with the annular groove.
5. A mobile fastening device according to claim 1, wherein the clamping surface of the clamping slider is provided with a rubber plate.
6. The mobile fixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the clamping slider is in a U-shaped structure, the U-shaped sides of the clamping slider are provided with oblique waist holes, and the sliding columns are provided corresponding to the two sides of the slider.
