Village villa according to claim 1, characterized in that in the top floor, on both sides of the elevator shaft, two main sleepers are provided, of which one main sleeper is provided with a movement area and a cosmetic room and the other main sleeper is provided with a movement area and a cloakroom, and that in the toilet in which at least one of the two main sleepers is provided with a double bathtub.

8. A village villa as claimed in claim 1, wherein the transition zone between the master bedroom and the parent bedroom is a learning zone.

9. The village villa of claim 1, wherein said top level further comprises a garden balcony, said garden balcony further comprising a grilling area.
