Abstract
本发明提供一种椰子油基去重油污、铁锈的抗菌洗涤液及其制备方法,所述洗涤液,包括以下质量百分比原料制得:十二烷醇10~30%、辛酸甲酯1~10%、己戊四醇1~10%、椰子油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1.5~2%、螯合剂1~2%、乙醇3~5%、防腐剂0.05~0.1%、余量为增稠剂、pH调节剂和水。本发明的洗涤液去重油污性能强,而且易冲洗,对皮肤滋润。而且稳定性好,抗菌性强,对皮肤无刺激性。尤其适合去除手部重油污,属于高品质的工业用重油污型洗手液,满足高效去重油污,兼顾温和健康要求。另外,本发明洗涤液还可以应用清洗铁锈等。

本发明涉及洗涤液技术领域,特别涉及一种椰子油基去重油污、铁锈的抗菌洗涤液及其制备方法。
背景技术
从事农机维修、汽车维修等工作人员,双手或其他部位常常沾有重油污,使用一般洗涤剂,往往难以清洗。而使用去污能力的洗涤剂往往容易伤手,长时间对手造成伤害。现有工业用去重油污洗手液往往难重洗,使得洗手时间长,或者需要清洗多次才能达到比较干净的程度,使得想要洗干净是件麻烦事,而不被沾有重油污人员的青睐。故急需一种洗涤液,解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明提出一种椰子油基去重油污、铁锈的抗菌洗涤液及其制备方法,该洗涤液能快速去除重油污,而且温和滋润。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种椰子油基去重油污、铁锈的抗菌洗涤液,包括以下质量百分比原料制得:十二烷醇10~30%、辛酸甲酯1~10%、己戊四醇1~10%、椰子油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1.5~2%、螯合剂1~2%、乙醇3~5%、防腐剂0.05~0.1%、余量为增稠剂、pH调节剂和水。优选配比:十二烷醇23%、辛酸甲酯8%、己戊四醇5%、椰子油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1.8%、螯合剂1.2%、乙醇4%、防腐剂0.08%、余量为增稠剂、pH调节剂和水。
进一步的,所述洗涤液的粘度为1000~3500mPa·s。
进一步的,所述洗涤液的pH值为6.8~7.2。
进一步的,所述螯合剂为谷氨酸二乙酸四钠。
进一步的,所述增稠剂为椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺。
一种椰子油基去重油污、铁锈的抗菌洗涤液的制备方法,按照配方称取各原料,将各原料混合,先于500~600rpm搅拌0.3~0.5h;再于2000~3000rpm搅拌0.8~1h,同时加入椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺调整粘度为1000~3500mPa·s,加入pH调节剂调整pH值为6.8~7.2;最后于800~1200rpm搅拌0.2~0.5h,搅拌过程温度控制为35~45℃,即得目标洗涤液。
进一步的,第一次搅拌速率为580rpm,搅拌时间为0.4h;第二次搅拌速率为2300rpm,搅拌时间为0.8h;第三次搅拌速率为1000rpm,搅拌时间为0.3h。
进一步的,所述搅拌温度为40℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明的洗涤液去重油污性能强,能够快速溶解重油,对重油污的去除率高,一次清洗可达99.9%以上去污率,满足使用者对清洗速度的要求,而且易冲洗,稳定性好,抗菌性强,温和无刺激性,对皮肤滋润。尤其适合去除手部重油污,属于高品质的工业用重油污型洗手液,满足高效去重油污,兼顾温和健康要求。
(2)另外,经验证,本发明洗涤液还可以有效溶解铁锈,使之具有清理被污染的表面,可以应用清洗铁锈。
(3)而且本发明洗涤液对环境友好,制作方便,使用方便,易于产业化制备。

一种椰子油基去重油污、铁锈的抗菌洗涤液,包括以下质量百分比原料制得:十二烷醇10%、辛酸甲酯8%、己戊四醇2%、椰子油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2%、谷氨酸二乙酸四钠螯合剂1%、乙醇3%、防腐剂0.05%,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺增稠剂调整体系粘度约为2500mPa·s,pH调节剂调整体系pH值约为7.0,余量为水。

本实施例与实施例3的区别在于,按照配方称取各原料,将各原料混合,先于600rpm搅拌0.3h;再于3000rpm搅拌0.8h,同时加入椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺调整粘度约为3500mPa·s,加入pH调节剂调整pH值约为7.2;最后于1200rpm搅拌0.2h,搅拌过程控制温度约为45℃,即得目标洗涤液。

试验例1
对实施例1~5以及对比例1~4制得的洗涤液的稳定性、抑菌性、刺激性基本性能进行检测。稳定性、抗菌性按照GB19877.1~2005《特种洗手液》进行。刺激性按照《消毒技术规范》(2002版)对样品进行皮肤刺激实验,观察家兔48h后的局部皮肤反应。结果见下表:
由上述结果表明,本发明实施例1~5制得洗涤液耐热耐寒性好,性质稳定;对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有良好的抗菌性能。而且本发明洗涤液对皮肤无刺激性。
试验例2
对实施例1~5以及对比例1~4制得的洗涤液去重油污性能进行检测。
随机选取100名从事农机维修志愿者,随机分组,每组10人,为试验1~10组,共5组,年龄为25~40岁。其中试验组1~9分别采用实施例1~5以及对比例1~4制得的洗涤液;试验组10采用市售工业去油污洗涤液(蒂固洗涤液)。
试验方法:在清洁、干燥的手部涂抹模拟油污(机械冲压油、润滑油与尘土的质量比为1:1:0.2的混合物),涂膜量为2克/双手(记为初始重油污量),常温下静置10分钟,待清洗。采用常规清洗方式:每人先用水将手部打湿,将洗涤液置于在手心处,用量为0.6g/双手,揉搓起泡沫,然后按照掌心对掌心、掌心对掌背、指缝对指缝、指腹对掌心的顺序仔细揉搓30s,用水冲洗,记为一次清洗;再洗涤液置于手心中,用量为0.6g/双手,揉搓起泡沫,然后同样按上述的顺序仔细揉搓30s,用水冲洗,记为二次清洗。
各组手部清洗后自然晾干,然后用乙醇浸泡、彻底清洁双手,收集乙醇洗液,浓缩并旋转蒸发,收集残余物并称重计算,记为残余油污量。重油污去除率=(初始重油污量~残余油污量)/初始重油污量×100%。结果见下表:
上述结果表明,本发明实施例1~5洗涤液去重油污性能强,一次清洗可达99.9%,而且易冲洗,对皮肤滋润。
试验例3
清洗生锈的门,把本发明实施例1~5洗涤液分别均匀涂或喷到生锈的门上,一分钟后,用洗涤布擦拭,铁锈轻易的除去,门如新的,并油光发亮。

1.一种椰子油基去重油污、铁锈的抗菌洗涤液,其特征在于,包括以下质量百分比原料制得:十二烷醇10~30%、辛酸甲酯1~10%、己戊四醇1~10%、椰子油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1.5~2%、螯合剂1~2%、乙醇3~5%、防腐剂0.05~0.1%、余量为增稠剂、pH调节剂和水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种椰子油基去重油污、铁锈的抗菌洗涤液,其特征在于,包括以下质量百分比原料制得:十二烷醇23%、辛酸甲酯8%、己戊四醇5%、椰子油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1.8%、螯合剂1.2%、乙醇4%、防腐剂0.08%、余量为增稠剂、pH调节剂和水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种椰子油基去重油污、铁锈的抗菌洗涤液,其特征在于,所述洗涤液的粘度为1000~3500mPa·s。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种椰子油基去重油污、铁锈的抗菌洗涤液,其特征在于,所述洗涤液的pH值为6.8~7.2。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种椰子油基去重油污、铁锈的抗菌洗涤液,其特征在于,所述螯合剂为谷氨酸二乙酸四钠。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种椰子油基去重油污、铁锈的抗菌洗涤液,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺。
7.根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的一种椰子油基去重油污、铁锈的抗菌洗涤液的制备方法,其特征在于,按照配方称取各原料,将各原料混合,先于500~600rpm搅拌0.3~0.5h;再于2000~3000rpm搅拌0.8~1h,同时加入椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺调整粘度为1000~3500mPa·s,加入pH调节剂调整pH值为6.8~7.2;最后于800~1200rpm搅拌0.2~0.5h,搅拌过程温度控制为35~45℃,即得目标洗涤液。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种椰子油基去重油污、铁锈的抗菌洗涤液的制备方法,其特征在于,第一次搅拌速率为580rpm,搅拌时间为0.4h;第二次搅拌速率为2300rpm,搅拌时间为0.8h;第三次搅拌速率为1000rpm,搅拌时间为0.3h。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的一种椰子油基去重油污、铁锈的抗菌洗涤液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述搅拌温度为40℃。
