A self-adhesive waterproofing membrane according to any of claims 1 to 6, wherein the barrier layer (3) comprises a plurality of sealed barrier bags (3.1), a plurality of said barrier bags (3.1) being provided along the length of the self-adhesive waterproofing membrane, each of said barrier bags (3.1) containing said temperature regulating material therein.
8. A self-adhesive waterproofing membrane according to claim 7, wherein the side of two adjacent barrier bags (3.1) close to the mastic layer (2) is connected to each other, and the side of two adjacent barrier bags (3.1) away from the mastic layer (2) is arranged at intervals.
