2.隔壁房间声音通过内侧的吸音毡106吸收,通过小吸音孔104吸收后反射传导至大吸音孔105经过再次吸收后传导至静音空腔103内余音通过隔离板101进行最终的吸收,使得声音基本无法通过隔壁房间传导至本房间;
3.由于采用双面吸音模式使得隔音效果提升明显。

将本发明所制得的吸音板送至北京理工大学建筑学声学实验室混响室进行声学测试。
实验一:混响室体积为200m³,室温20℃,相对湿度40%,依据国标“混响室发测量材料吸声系数(GBJ47—83)”进行测试,测试结果如下表:

第二实施例:
基于本申请的第一实施例提供的酒店专用双面吸音隔离板,本申请的第二实施例提出另一种酒店专用双面吸音隔离板。第二实施例仅仅是第一实施例的优选的方式,第二实施例的实施对第一实施例的单独实施不会造成影响。
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明的第二实施例作进一步说明。

8.根据权利要求1所述的酒店专用双面吸音隔离板,其特征在于,两个所述双面吸音隔离板本体相卡装,其中,一个所述双面吸音隔离板本体的一侧固定安装有安装板,所述安装板上开设有至少两个安装槽,所述安装槽的底侧内壁上固定安装有第一卡块,另一个所述双面吸音隔离板本体靠近所述双面吸音隔离板本体的一侧固定安装有至少两个第二卡块,所述第二卡块的顶侧呈弧形面,所述第二卡块与所述安装槽相适配,所述第一卡块与所述第二块卡块相卡装,安装槽内滑动安装有滑块,所述滑块的底侧固定安装有半球体,所述安装槽的一侧内壁上开设有凹槽,所述滑块和所述半球体均与所述凹槽相适配,所述半球体与所述第二卡块相接触,所述凹槽内安装有弹簧,所述弹簧的一端延伸至所述安装槽内并与所述滑块 固定连接。
9.根据权利要求8所述的酒店专用双面吸音隔离板,其特征在于,所述安装槽和所述凹槽的顶侧开设有同一个滑槽,所述滑槽内固定安装有滑轨,所述滑块的顶侧固定安装有滑轮组,所述滑轮组与所述滑轨滑动连接。
10.一种如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的酒店专用双面吸音隔离板的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:装备好原材料,所述原材料包括:一个隔离板,两个基板,两个静音空腔,两个吸音毡;
S2:在所述基板的一侧使用钻孔设备均匀开设多个第一吸音孔;
S3:在所述基板的另一侧使用钻孔设备均匀开设多个第二吸音孔,使第一吸音孔和所述第二吸音孔一一对应相连通;
S4:将两个所述静音空腔固定在所述隔离板的两侧;
S5:将两个所述基板分别固定在两个所述静音空腔的两侧,需要注意的是,所述基板开设有所述第一吸音孔的一侧朝外;
S6:将两个所述吸音毡分别安装在你所述两个基板上。
