Disclosure of Invention
(1) Technical problem to be solved
The invention aims to overcome the defects that polishing of a printing material is not uniform due to the fact that the printing material is moved manually and polished, the force is difficult to control, and hands are easily abraded in the polishing process.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides automatic printing material polishing equipment which comprises a base, wherein a workbench with an installation function is installed on the base, a moving mechanism is connected onto the workbench and used for moving printing materials to be polished, a clamping mechanism is connected onto the moving mechanism and used for clamping and fixing the printing materials to be polished, a lifting sleeve rod is installed on the workbench close to one side of the moving mechanism, at least 4 lifting sleeve rods are installed on the workbench, a rectangular polishing table with a polishing function is installed at the end part of each lifting sleeve rod, a lifting mechanism is connected onto the workbench close to the rectangular polishing table and used for adjusting the height of the rectangular polishing table.
Preferably, the moving mechanism is including L shape support, a slide rail, the slider, the connecting rod, the swinging arms, the rotary rod, primary shaft bearing, first pivot, mount pad and servo motor, be connected with the L shape support that plays the installation effect on the workstation, the slide rail is installed to the tip of L shape support, the gliding style is equipped with the slider on the slide rail, install the connecting rod on keeping away from the slider of L shape support one side, the tip of connecting rod rotates and is connected with the swinging arms, be connected with the mount pad on the workstation that is close to swinging arms one side, install servo motor on the mount pad, be connected with primary shaft bearing on the mount pad of output shaft one side towards servo motor, be equipped with first pivot on the primary shaft bearing, the one end and the output shaft of servo motor of first pivot, the other end is connected with the rotary rod, the rotary rod is connected with the swinging arms rotary type.

According to the invention, a printing material to be polished can be clamped and fixed through the clamping mechanism, the printing material clamped and fixed can be automatically moved to complete polishing through the moving mechanism, the height of the printing material can be conveniently adjusted through the arranged lifting mechanism, so that the printing material can be better contacted with the rectangular polishing table to complete polishing, the purpose of automatically reversing the printing material during polishing to complete uniform polishing can be realized through the matching of the four-tooth ratchet wheel, the triangular baffle plate, the second elastic piece and the positioning rod, and the chips remained in the rectangular polishing table can be cleaned through the water pump, the water inlet hose and the water outlet hose, so that the next polishing can be conveniently carried out.

When the polished printing material needs to be clamped and fastened, an operator inserts the printing material into the first clamp 45, the sliding rod 44 slides outwards in the sliding groove 443, and then the first elastic element 46 is compressed, so that the first clamp 45 clamps and fixes the inserted printing material, when the sliding block 33 moves left and right, the sliding block 33 drives the second rotating shaft 41 and the clamp outer frame 42 to move left and right, and then the clamp outer frame 42 drives the printing material to move left and right through the first clamp 45 to complete polishing, when the polishing is performed for a period of time and the sliding block 33 drives the printing material to move right to the rightmost position of the rectangular polishing table 6, the operator closes the servo motor 310, and can drive the clamp outer frame 42 to rotate ninety degrees by rotating the second rotating shaft 41 ninety degrees, and then the clamp outer frame 42 drives the printing material clamped by the first clamp 45 to rotate ninety degrees for reversing, and then starts the servo motor 310, and can drive the reversing printing material to be uniformly polished through the left and right movement of the sliding block 33, and after polishing is completed and resetting, the servo motor 310 is closed.
