The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: when the device is used, when the inner circuits of a pipeline, a precision instrument, an article and the like need to be disinfected, the built-in connecting pipe 12 is connected with the pipeline, the microcomputer 4 control system is started, the atomizing pump 6 extracts hydrogen peroxide solution in the storage tank 5, the hydrogen peroxide solution is decomposed and atomized by the atomizer, meanwhile, the ozone generator 7 starts to start to generate ozone with specific concentration, the ozone and the hydrogen peroxide pass through the two-way valve 19 and then enter the mixing cabin 9 along the three-way valve 20 for mixing, and finally enter the inner circuits of the pipeline, the precision instrument, the article and the like through the built-in connecting pipe 12 along the gas pipe 10 under the output of the pressure air pump for disinfection, when the small article needs to be disinfected, the article to be disinfected can be directly placed into the disinfection cabin 15, and the mixed solution of the ozone and the hydrogen peroxide in the mixing cabin 9 enters the disinfection cabin 15 for disinfection, when the object surface needs to be disinfected, the ultraviolet germicidal lamp 13 can be turned on to disinfect the object surface, after disinfection is finished, the microcomputer 4 control system automatically conducts standardized processing on residual gas in multiple modes such as isolation, adsorption, degradation and filtration through the gas supply pump, and finally, the microcomputer 4 transmits data to the printer through the transmission port at the bottom of the control panel 2 to print and retain disinfection data.
The electrical components presented in the document are all electrically connected with an external master controller and 220V mains, and the master controller can be a conventional known device controlled by a computer or the like.

Claims (7)

1. A circuit sterilisation system, characterised in that it comprises the steps of,
s1: starting the loop disinfection device, putting the small object to be disinfected into the sterilization cabin, and connecting the pipeline to be disinfected with the circuit of the loop disinfection device;
s2: the atomizing pump extracts hydrogen peroxide liquid and decomposes and atomizes the hydrogen peroxide liquid through the atomizer to generate high-concentration nano-scale disinfection molecules;
s3: the microcomputer control system starts the ozone generator and generates ozone with specific concentration;
s4: ozone and hydrogen peroxide enter the mixing cabin through the two-way valve and the three-way valve to be mixed;
s5: fully mixing ozone and hydrogen peroxide molecules in the machine, outputting the mixture through a pressure air pump, and disinfecting the small object to be disinfected in a disinfection cabin;
s6: after passing through the disinfection cabin, quantitatively introducing two disinfection molecules into an internal pipeline and an internal structure of an object to be disinfected, and disinfecting the pipeline;
s7: turning on an ultraviolet disinfection lamp to scan and kill the surface, space and particle surface of an object;
s8: after the disinfection is finished, the residual gas is automatically subjected to multiple modes of isolation, adsorption, degradation and filtration by a microcomputer control system for standardized treatment;
s9: and printing the disinfection data for the use unit to keep.
2. A loop disinfection device is characterized in that a loop disinfection system is used, the loop disinfection system comprises a shell (1), the top of the shell (1) is fixed with an operation panel (2) through bolts, one side of the operation panel (2) is fixed with a support rod through bolts, one end of the support rod is fixed with a microcomputer (4) through bolts, a microprocessor is arranged in the microcomputer (4), the inner wall of the shell (1) is fixed with a mounting plate through bolts, the top of the mounting plate is fixed with a storage box (5) through bolts, the top of the storage box (5) is fixed with an atomizing pump (6) through bolts, one side of the atomizing pump (6) is provided with an atomizer, the top of the mounting plate is fixed with an ozone generator (7) through bolts, the top of the ozone generator (7) is fixed with an ozone pump (18) through bolts, and one sides of the ozone pump (18) and the atomizing, and transmission pipe (8) one side all is provided with two-way valve (19), and the other end of transmission pipe (8) all has same three-way valve (20) through the bolt fastening, shell (1) inner wall one side has mixing cabin (9) through the bolt fastening, has the compression air pump through the bolt fastening in mixing cabin (9), and the compression air pump output is connected with transmission pipe (8) one end, and shell (1) one side has fixed plate (11) through the bolt fastening, and mixing cabin (9) one side has two gas-supply pipes (10) through the bolt fastening, and the gas-supply pipe (10) other end passes through the bolt fastening with fixed plate (11), is provided with built-in connecting pipe (12) in gas-supply pipe (10).
3. A circuit disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein: a plurality of operating buttons (3) are arranged on one side of the operating panel (2), and a transmission port is arranged at the bottom of the operating panel (2).
4. A circuit disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp is characterized in that mounting seats are fixed on two sides of the shell (1) through bolts, and ultraviolet sterilizing lamps (13) are fixed at the bottoms of the mounting seats through bolts.
5. A circuit disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein: two sterilization cabins (15) are arranged on one side of the shell (1), and the sterilization cabins (15) are connected with the mixing cabin (9).

A circuit disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the air supply device is characterized in that an indicator lamp (14) is arranged on one side of the shell (1), an air suction opening (16) is arranged on one side of the bottom end of the shell (1), the air suction opening (16) is located under the indicator lamp (14), an air supply pump is fixed on one side of the air suction opening (16) through bolts, and a filter is arranged on one side of the air supply pump.
7. A circuit disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein: a plurality of heat dissipation holes (17) are formed in one side of the shell (1), and the heat dissipation holes (17) are located below the gas conveying pipe (10).
