In order to further understand the contents, features and effects of the present invention, the following embodiments are illustrated and described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings:
example one
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an air circulation sterilization method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes the following steps:
carrying out gas-water separation on the bacteria-containing air to obtain bacteria-containing liquid and dry gas;
carrying out ultrasonic disinfection treatment on the bacteria-containing liquid to obtain a disinfection liquid;
and carrying out ultraviolet disinfection treatment to obtain purified air.
So, carry out solitary ultrasonic disinfection through separating out earlier and containing fungus liquid to the disinfection of germ in the better completion liquid, then carry out ultraviolet disinfection to the liquid after dry gas and the ultrasonic disinfection respectively again, thoroughly disinfect with twice sterilization procedure, the disinfection effect is better.
Referring to fig. 1, further, the air circulation sterilization method in this embodiment, which performs the ultraviolet sterilization process, further includes the following sub-steps:
the sterilization liquid is atomized to obtain the ultrasonic sterilization gas, and it can be understood that the humidity suitable for human breathing needs to be kept indoors, and the indoor air after the double sterilization treatment becomes dry and is not suitable for human breathing life. The sterilizing liquid is atomized to generate ultrasonic sterilizing gas with humidity, and then the dry gas and the ultrasonic sterilizing gas are subjected to ultraviolet sterilization to obtain clean and moist air suitable for human breathing. Furthermore, ultrasonic wave disinfection gas or/and dry gas carry out ultraviolet ray disinfection and handle, when specific application, through setting up two independent passageways, one of them passageway is the dry gas passageway, and another passageway is the ultrasonic wave disinfection gas passageway, and two passageways carry out ultraviolet ray disinfection respectively and handle, and the preferred sets up mixing chamber behind two passageways, can further carry out ultraviolet disinfection in mixing chamber to the intensive mixing ultraviolet disinfection gas produces humid air.
Further, the indoor air is humidified. For example, humidification treatment is performed after ultrasonic sterilization treatment; or carrying out humidification treatment during ultrasonic disinfection treatment, simplifying the procedure. Preferably, both the humidification treatment according to the indoor humidity environment and the humidification treatment in the ultrasonic wave sterilization treatment are performed after the ultrasonic wave sterilization treatment and during the ultrasonic wave sterilization treatment. When the humidity sensor is used in a specific application, a humidity detector can be arranged indoors to obtain an indoor humidity environment, and the indoor humidity environment monitored in real time serves as the basis of humidification processing to ensure indoor humidity requirements.
It should be noted that, in order to ensure the effect of the ultrasonic waves on breaking viruses and bacteria, it is necessary to ensure that the liquid level is controlled during the ultrasonic sterilization, and in practical applications, the ultrasonic sterilization consumes water. Therefore, water needs to be supplemented to the germ liquid during the ultrasonic disinfection treatment process to ensure the ultrasonic disinfection effect.
In order to improve the disinfection and sterilization effect of the bacteria-containing liquid, the bacteria-containing liquid is subjected to ozone sterilization treatment, specifically, the bacteria-containing liquid is subjected to germ killing and virus treatment by arranging an ozone generator and injecting ozone into the bacteria-containing liquid; the method is characterized in that bacteria are subjected to chemical sterilization treatment, specifically, hypochlorite is added into bacteria-containing liquid, so that bacteria in water can be killed, and when the concentration of the hypochlorite is 0.01% -10%, the sterilization effect is better. Preferably, the liquid containing bacteria is subjected to ozone sterilization treatment and chemical sterilization treatment simultaneously, so that the sterilization efficiency is improved. In addition, in the ultrasonic wave disinfection processing, the ultrasonic wave frequency is 20 KHz-20 MHz, the sound intensity range is 0.1W/cm-50.0W/cm, the ultrasonic wave processing effect is better, and the disinfection efficiency is high.
Further, referring to fig. 1, in the air circulation sterilization method of the present embodiment, before the air-water separation of the pathogenic air, the method further includes the following steps: filtering the air containing the germs. Residual suspended particles in the air containing the germs are filtered out in a filtering mode. In specific application, porous materials such as non-woven fabrics, melt-blown fabrics and the like can be adopted for filtering.
Still further, the air circulation sterilization method in this embodiment further includes the following steps before, during or after the ultraviolet sterilization treatment of the sterilization liquid and the dry gas:
and adsorbing and filtering the disinfection liquid and the dry gas. The adsorption filtration can adsorb and capture germs, viruses and other harmful substances in the ultraviolet disinfection gas to improve the ultraviolet disinfection effect, and in addition, the ultraviolet disinfection speed of the ultraviolet disinfection gas to enter can be slowed down, the irradiation time of the ultraviolet disinfection gas to be treated on ultraviolet rays is prolonged, and the ultraviolet disinfection and sterilization effect is further improved. In specific application, the ultraviolet disinfection gas can be filtered by arranging the filter layer.
