At present, a traditional fracture fixation method is mostly adopted, a patient with rib fracture is fixed by a rib fixation band, a patient with lumbar fracture is fixed by a waistline, a patient with limb fracture (or called as a wounded person) is fixed by a limb splint, a liner and a bandage, the limb end is exposed, then the patient is transported to a hard stretcher for transportation by a correct method, the patient with chest and lumbar fracture needs three persons to complete transportation, the three persons respectively support the shoulder back, the waist and the hip and the two lower limbs on the right side of the patient, and the patient is transported to or taken off the hard stretcher by unified command.
When a patient is subjected to high-energy violent injury, serious bleeding and complex complications are often caused, and in some special occasions such as major traffic accidents and the like, equipment is lacked in on-site first aid, hemostasis and carrying are difficult, and the probability of secondary injury is greatly increased. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a simple, effective and standardized external fixation device and apparatus that can be widely applied to traumatic fractures of limbs, spine, pelvis, etc., and the affected limb can be effectively braked to avoid collateral injury, so that the patient can be safely and effectively treated in the pre-hospital emergency treatment site and in the hospital. In addition, above-mentioned device is in the use, easy and simple to handle rapidly, noninvasive, effective, and user of service need not through special training, can resume neck, lumbar vertebrae, pelvic ring stability fast, reduces the abnormal activity of fracture broken ends, reaches the effect that the important vascular injury of control fracture is bled to be favorable to patient's safe transportation and antishock treatment, improve the success rate of salvage.
