s2: in the process that the cabinet body 1 is upwards lifted under the traction of the rigid rope 6, the rigid rope 6 pulls the vertical mounting plate 9-1 on the lifting platform 9 through the second traction ring 24 to drive the vertical mounting plate 9-1 to descend, specifically, the vertical mounting plate 9-1 moves by utilizing the movement of the second slider 18 in the second slide rail 17, and the vertical mounting plate 9-1 sinks the personnel on the platform plate 9-2 to the underground in the descending process.
S3: the vertical mounting plate 9-1 drives the telescopic sleeve 13 to move along the outer wall of the supporting cylinder 11 through the connecting rod 14 in the process of moving downwards under the traction of the rigid rope 6, the telescopic limiting block 21 is driven to move in the mounting groove 23 when the telescopic sleeve 13 is in contact with the telescopic limiting block 21, so that the telescopic limiting block 21 moves to the inside of the mounting groove 23, namely the telescopic limiting block 21 breaks away from meshing with the through groove 22, the supporting column 12 moves upwards under the restoring force of the telescopic spring 20 and is in contact with the bottom of the cabinet body 1, and the raised cabinet body 1 is contacted.
S4: in addition, the lifting motor 10-4 drives the screw rod 10-1 to rotate during working, the screw rod 10-1 drives the screw rod nut 10-2 on the screw rod 10-1 to move during rotation, and the screw rod nut 10-2 further drives the platform plate 9-2 to move along the vertical direction together with the limiting block 19, so that personnel on the platform plate 9-2 can be lifted.

Claims (9)

1. A buried communication cabinet convenient to maintain comprises a cabinet body (1) and is characterized by further comprising a lifting mechanism (2) used for lifting the cabinet body (1), wherein the lifting mechanism (2) comprises a stand column (2-1) vertically and fixedly arranged underground, the cabinet body (1) is arranged on the side wall of the stand column (2-1) in a sliding mode through a sliding rail and sliding block assembly (3), a first traction ring (4) is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the transverse side wall of the cabinet body (1), a conveying wheel set (5) is arranged on the side wall of the top end of the stand column (2-1), a rigid rope (6) is fixedly arranged on the first traction ring (4), one end, far away from the first traction ring (4), of the rigid rope (6) spans the conveying wheel set (5) and vertically extends downwards, a winding motor (7) is fixedly arranged on a base at the bottom end of the stand column (2-1), a wire spool (8) is rotatably connected to a rotating shaft at the output end of the winding motor (7), and one end, far away from the conveying wheel set (5), of the rigid rope (6) is wound on the wire spool (8); the side wall of the upright post (2-1) is further connected with a lifting platform (9) which moves along the vertical direction of the cabinet body (1) in a sliding manner, the lifting platform (9) comprises a vertical mounting plate (9-1) and a platform plate (9-2), the vertical mounting plate (9-1) is arranged on the side wall of the upright post (2-1) in a sliding manner, a lead screw lifting assembly (10) is fixedly arranged on the side wall of the vertical mounting plate (9-1), a second traction ring (24) is fixedly arranged on the side wall of the vertical mounting plate (9-1), one end, far away from the vertical mounting plate (9-1), of the second traction ring (24) is fixedly connected with a rigid rope (6), the platform plate (9-2) is arranged on the side wall of the vertical mounting plate (9-1) in a sliding manner through the lead screw lifting assembly (10), and a supporting cylinder (11) which is uniformly distributed is further arranged at the bottom of the cabinet body (1), a support column (12) is arranged inside the support cylinder (11) in a sliding and telescopic manner, a telescopic sleeve (13) is also arranged on the outer wall of the support cylinder (11) in a sliding manner, and one end, far away from the support cylinder (11), of the telescopic sleeve (13) is fixedly connected with a vertical mounting plate (9-1) through a connecting rod (14); the support column (12) is arranged inside the support cylinder (11) in a sliding mode, and a telescopic spring (20) is fixedly connected between the bottom of the support column (12) and the bottom wall of the support cylinder (11).
2. A buried communication cabinet convenient for maintenance according to claim 1, wherein the lateral side wall of the cabinet body (1) is provided with uniformly distributed ventilation holes (15), and the longitudinal side wall of the cabinet body (1) is provided with a control panel (16).

A buried communication cabinet convenient to maintain as set forth in claim 1, wherein the sliding rail and sliding block assembly (3) comprises a first sliding rail (3-1) and a first sliding block (3-2), the first sliding rail (3-1) is fixedly arranged on the side wall of the upright post (2-1), the first sliding block (3-2) is fixedly arranged on the lateral side wall of the cabinet body (1), and the first sliding block (3-2) is slidably arranged in the first sliding rail (3-1).

A buried communication cabinet convenient for maintenance according to claim 1, wherein the conveying wheel set (5) includes two conveying wheels (5-1) rotatably arranged, the two conveying wheels (5-1) are rotatably arranged on a mounting plate (5-2), and the mounting plate (5-2) is fixedly arranged on the side wall of the upright column (2-1).

A buried communication cabinet convenient to maintain as claimed in claim 1, wherein a second slide rail (17) is fixedly arranged on the other side wall of the upright column (2-1), a second slide block (18) matched with the second slide rail (17) is fixedly arranged on the side wall of the lifting platform (9) close to the upright column (2-1), and the second slide block (18) is fixedly arranged on the vertical mounting plate (9-1).

The underground communication cabinet convenient to maintain as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lead screw lifting assembly (10) comprises a lead screw (10-1), a lead screw nut (10-2), a limiting vertical rod (10-3) and a lifting motor (10-4), the lifting motor (10-4) is fixedly arranged on the side wall of the vertical mounting plate (9-1), the lead screw (10-1) is rotatably arranged at the output end of the lifting motor (10-4), the lead screw nut (10-2) is slidably arranged on the lead screw (10-1), a limiting block (19) is slidably arranged on the side wall of the limiting vertical rod (10-3), and the platform plate (9-2) is sleeved on the side walls of the lead screw nut (10-2) and the limiting block (19).

The underground communication cabinet convenient to maintain as claimed in claim 1, wherein the side wall of the supporting column (12) is provided with a telescopic limiting block (21), and the outer wall of the supporting cylinder (11) is further provided with a through groove (22) for the telescopic limiting block (21) to move telescopically.
8. The underground communication cabinet convenient to maintain as claimed in claim 7, wherein a mounting groove (23) is formed in a side wall of the supporting column (12), and the telescopic limiting block (21) is telescopically arranged in the mounting groove (23) through a spring.
9. A method for using a conveniently maintained underground communication cabinet, comprising the communication cabinet as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: the cabinet body (1) is arranged at the top of the supporting column (12), the supporting column (12) is arranged in the inner cavity of the supporting cylinder (11), when the cabinet body (1) needs to be lifted from the ground to be maintained, maintenance personnel can be placed on the lifting platform (9), particularly on the platform plate (9-2), the winding motor (7) drives the wire spool (8) to rotate when in work, the wire spool (8) pulls the rigid rope (6) in the rotating process, because one end of the rigid rope (6) far away from the wire spool (8) is connected with the first traction ring (4), therefore, when being dragged, the rigid rope (6) strides over the conveying wheel set (5) and pulls the first traction ring (4), the cabinet body (1) ascends through the sliding block component (3), and particularly, the cabinet body (1) ascends and descends by means of the movement of the first sliding block (3-2) in the first sliding rail (3-1);
s2: in the process that the cabinet body (1) is upwards lifted under the traction of the rigid rope (6), the rigid rope (6) pulls the vertical mounting plate (9-1) on the lifting platform (9) through the second traction ring (24) to drive the vertical mounting plate (9-1) to descend, specifically, the vertical mounting plate (9-1) moves by utilizing the movement of the second sliding block (18) in the second sliding rail (17), and the vertical mounting plate (9-1) settles the personnel on the platform plate (9-2) to the underground in the descending process;
s3: in the process that the vertical mounting plate (9-1) moves downwards under the traction of the rigid rope (6), the telescopic sleeve (13) is driven to move along the outer wall of the support cylinder (11) through the connecting rod (14), the telescopic limiting block (21) is driven to move in the mounting groove (23) when the telescopic sleeve (13) is contacted with the telescopic limiting block (21), so that the telescopic limiting block (21) moves to the inside of the mounting groove (23), namely the telescopic limiting block (21) is disengaged from the through groove (22), the support column (12) moves upwards under the restoring force of the telescopic spring (20) and is contacted with the bottom of the cabinet body (1), and the lifted cabinet body (1) is contacted;
s4: in addition, the lifting motor (10-4) drives the screw rod (10-1) to rotate when working, the screw rod (10-1) drives the screw rod nut (10-2) on the screw rod to move when rotating, and the screw rod nut (10-2) further drives the platform board (9-2) to move along the vertical direction together with the limiting block (19), so that personnel on the platform board (9-2) are lifted.
