The following describes in detail a processing method of antenna configuration information provided in the embodiments of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings through specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides an antenna configuration information processing method, which is applied to an electronic device, where the electronic device includes a first antenna array and a second antenna array, and the method includes:
step 101: and controlling a first antenna array to perform beam scanning to obtain a target antenna beam direction, wherein the target antenna beam direction is an antenna beam direction in the first antenna array when the signal intensity of a base station is greater than a preset threshold value.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first antenna array is used for performing beam scanning to detect a beam direction with a stronger signal, and the second antenna array is used for transmitting and receiving a signal to maintain a normal communication connection with a base station.
Optionally, both the first antenna array and the second antenna array may transmit and receive signals, and the first antenna array is an antenna array with a higher received signal strength in the first antenna array and the second antenna array.
As shown in fig. 2, the electronic device includes two transceiving channels, which correspond to the antenna array 1 and the antenna array 2, respectively. In the communication process, the receiver judges signals received by the two antenna arrays, and selects one path with stronger received signals as a main transceiving channel, for example, the antenna array 1 is used as the main transceiving channel, the antenna array 2 is used for beam scanning, when the scanned signal intensity is greater than the signal intensity of the main transceiving channel, the transceiving channel corresponding to the antenna array 2 is used as the main transceiving channel, and the transceiving channel corresponding to the antenna array 2 is switched to a beam scanning mode, so that the system can always aim the beam at the direction with stronger signals, in addition, in order to avoid frequent switching between the two paths, the system needs to set a certain threshold, and only when the intensity of the signals received by the main transceiving channel is lower than the threshold, the switching is performed.
Optionally, the electronic device includes a diversity antenna array and a main antenna array, the first antenna array is a diversity antenna array, and the second antenna array is a main antenna array.
As shown in fig. 3, the electronic device according to the embodiment of the present application includes a diversity antenna array 301 and a main antenna array 302, where the diversity antenna array 301 only receives a base station signal and performs beam scanning as a scanning array to detect a beam direction with a stronger signal. The main antenna array 302 is used for transmitting and receiving signals to maintain a normal communication connection with a base station.
As shown in fig. 4, the transceiving channel 401 includes a main antenna array and a radio frequency front end, and the receiving channel 402 includes a diversity antenna array and a radio frequency front end, where the diversity antenna array is used to implement beam scanning, and the electronic device further includes a transceiver 403.
Preferably, the target antenna beam direction is an antenna beam direction when the base station signal is strongest.
Step 102: and updating the configuration information of each antenna unit in the second antenna array according to the target antenna beam direction.
The first antenna array and the second antenna array each include a plurality of antenna elements.
As shown in fig. 4, the electronic device according to the embodiment of the present application further includes a control unit 404, which updates configuration information of each antenna unit in the second antenna array according to a target antenna beam direction. The configuration information may comprise phase and/or amplitude value information of the antenna elements.
The method for processing the antenna configuration information in the embodiment of the application controls the first antenna array to perform beam scanning to obtain a target antenna beam direction, wherein the target antenna beam direction is an antenna beam direction in the first antenna array when the signal intensity of a base station is greater than a first preset threshold; and updating the configuration information of each antenna unit in the second antenna array according to the beam direction of the target antenna, so that the beam of the second antenna array can point to the direction with stronger signal, and the communication quality is improved.
Further, the updating the configuration information of each antenna unit in the second antenna array according to the target antenna beam direction includes:
acquiring target configuration information corresponding to the target antenna beam direction according to the mapping relation between the antenna beam direction and the antenna unit configuration information;
and updating the configuration information of each antenna unit in the second antenna array according to the target configuration information.
Specifically, target configuration information corresponding to the target antenna beam direction is obtained according to the mapping relationship between the configuration information of each antenna unit in the second antenna array and the antenna beam direction. In the embodiment of the present application, a mapping relationship between configuration information of each antenna unit in the first antenna array and an antenna beam direction and a mapping relationship between configuration information of each antenna unit in the second antenna array and the antenna beam direction may be preconfigured. That is, there is a fixed configuration table for each of the diversity antenna and the main set antenna, and when the beam direction is determined, the configuration information of the antenna is also determined. The antenna beam directions in the configuration table may be a plurality of antenna beam directions set in advance, or may be a plurality of antenna beam directions determined based on predetermined geographical location information. For example, direction a is a direction 10 degrees south away from the predetermined geographic location and direction B is a direction 20 degrees south away from the predetermined geographic location.
For example, if the beam direction of the target antenna scanned by the first antenna array is the direction a, the configuration information corresponding to the direction a is searched through the configuration table of the second antenna array, and if the beam direction is the configuration B, the configuration information of the second antenna array is updated to the configuration B.
In addition, since a certain required distance needs to be satisfied between the diversity antenna and the main set antenna, when two antenna arrays realize the same beam pointing, the configurations of phase amplitude and the like of each unit in the array are inconsistent, and the main set antenna and the diversity antenna array need to be calibrated in the early stage to obtain the beam direction and a mapping table of parameter configuration of each unit in the array antenna. Here, the configuration information of each antenna unit in the second antenna array is updated according to the target configuration information, so that the beam of the second antenna array can point to the direction with stronger signal, and the communication quality is improved.
Further, controlling the first antenna array to perform beam scanning includes:
and controlling the first antenna array to perform beam scanning according to a preset interval angle in a preset angle range.
For example, the preset interval angle is 10 degrees, the preset angle range is 90 degrees, beam scanning is performed every 10 degrees within a scanning range of 90 degrees by controlling the antenna array, and a target antenna beam direction with a high signal intensity is stored in the scanning process, so as to save software and hardware resources of the electronic device. The preset interval angle may be determined according to a beam width.
Further, the method for processing antenna configuration information according to the embodiment of the present application further includes:
and when the configuration information of each antenna unit in the second antenna array is updated, acquiring a first azimuth angle of the electronic equipment.
As shown in fig. 4, the electronic device further includes an azimuth angle measuring unit 405, and the azimuth angle measuring unit 405 is connected to the control unit 404. And acquiring a first azimuth angle of the electronic equipment through an azimuth angle measuring unit of the electronic equipment.
Further, after the obtaining the first azimuth information of the electronic device, the method further includes:
acquiring a current second azimuth angle of the electronic equipment every other preset time;
and when the azimuth angle difference between the second azimuth angle and the first azimuth angle is larger than a second preset threshold value, controlling the first antenna array to perform beam scanning, and reacquiring the beam direction of the target antenna.
In the embodiment of the application, the azimuth change of the electronic equipment is monitored through the azimuth angle measuring unit, and then whether the electronic equipment rotates to cause the change of the beam direction can be determined. And when the azimuth angle difference value between the second azimuth angle and the first azimuth angle is larger than a second preset threshold value, controlling the first antenna array to carry out beam scanning, and reacquiring the beam direction of the target antenna to ensure that the second antenna array always points to the direction with stronger beam. When the azimuth angle difference value between the second azimuth angle and the first azimuth angle is smaller than a second preset threshold value, the scanning is not required to be performed again, and further software and hardware resources consumed by beam scanning can be saved. In addition, the current second azimuth angle of the electronic equipment is obtained every preset time, and software and hardware resources of the electronic equipment can be saved as well.
The second preset threshold may be determined according to the beam width, for example, according to the beam width in the horizontal and vertical directions.
Further, the updating the configuration information of each antenna unit in the second antenna array according to the target antenna beam direction includes:
judging whether the intensity of a base station signal corresponding to the beam direction of the target antenna is greater than the intensity of a signal currently received by the main antenna array;
and updating the configuration information of each antenna unit in the second antenna array under the condition that the intensity of the base station signal corresponding to the beam direction of the target antenna is greater than the intensity of the current received signal of the second antenna array.
Here, when the strength of the base station signal corresponding to the beam direction of the target antenna is greater than the strength of the signal currently received by the second antenna array, the configuration information of each antenna unit in the second antenna array is updated, so that the beam of the second antenna array can be ensured to point to the direction with a stronger signal, and the communication quality is improved.
The method for processing the antenna configuration information can be applied to 5G millimeter wave communication, under the background that the intensity of signals received by electronic equipment is more sensitive to the direction of the electronic equipment and the surrounding environment, tracking of a stronger signal beam direction is completed by adopting the two antenna arrays, the strongest incoming wave direction can be searched by using the diversity antenna arrays to perform beam scanning, the main antenna keeps communication with a base station, the configuration of the antenna unit is updated in real time according to the scanning result of the diversity antenna arrays, so that the beam can point to the stronger direction of the signals, and the communication quality is improved. In addition, whether the beam scanning needs to be carried out again is judged through the azimuth angle measurement value, and therefore the consumption of software and hardware resources and the communication quality are balanced.
