And the terminal determines that the terminal needs to enter the coverage overlapping area after the first time according to the ephemeris and the position information of the terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising: acquiring the ephemeris by any one or a combination of the following ways;
acquiring the ephemeris map in a pre-configured mode;
and acquiring the ephemeris from the network side equipment through special signaling.

acquiring the first distance from network side equipment through special signaling or system information;
