本发明提供了一种鞣制后的鹅鸭皮的再加工技术，其特征是把鞣制后破碎的鹅鸭皮剪成小块完整的鹅鸭皮，用胶粘剂把这些小块完整的鹅鸭皮拼粘在一张载体上，经过这样重新加工的鹅鸭皮，由于增加了载体，使毛皮的牢固性和抗力强度有所提高，并大大地增加了服装加工所需的鹅鸭皮的货源。
Description
本发明涉及一种鹅鸭皮的加工技术，特别是鞣制后的鹅鸭皮的再加工。
目前市场上服装加工使用的鹅鸭皮大都是二年以上的老鹅鸭皮，原因是二年以下特别是一年以下的鹅鸭皮经鞣制后容易破裂，给服装加工带来很大不便，而二年以上的老鹅鸭的来源很少，原因是现在的鹅鸭存活一年后大部分被杀吃掉了。
本发明的目的就是针对上述原因，对鞣制后破碎的鹅鸭皮进行再加工，使之成为一张完整的鹅鸭皮。把原来不能用于服装加工的嫩鹅鸭皮，变成能够用于服装加工的鹅鸭皮，从而大大增加鹅鸭皮的货源。
本发明的另一目的就是提高毛皮的牢固性和拉力强度。
本发明的目的可以这样实现：把鞣制后的破碎鹅鸭皮割成小块的完整的鹅鸭皮，然后把这些小块的鹅鸭皮用热塑性树脂胶粘剂按颜色、厚薄分别拼粘在一张载体上，这种载体可以是薄型皮革，也可以是布料，拼粘后的鹅鸭皮经干燥后得一张可用于服装加工的完整鹅鸭皮，对那些完整的鹅鸭皮可以直接粘在一张载体上，经过这样重新加工的鹅鸭皮，由于增加了载体，毛皮的牢固性和拉力强度有所提高，并大大地增加服装加工所需的鹅鸭皮的货源。

1、一种鞣制后的鹅鸭皮的加固法，其特征是把鞣制后破碎的鹅鸭皮割成小块完整的鹅鸭皮，用胶粘剂把这些小块完整鹅鸭皮拼粘在一张载体上，或者把那些完整的鹅鸭皮直接粘在一张载体上。
