FIG. 1 is a circuit diagram of a cooling water pump according to an embodiment of the present invention;
fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for controlling the cooling water pump according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides a control method of a cooling water pump.
As shown in fig. 1, the cooling water pump includes a controller (MCU) and a power management chip, and the controller (MCU) and the power management chip are electrically connected to a plug of the cooling water pump, respectively.
As shown in fig. 1, the plug includes four terminals, which are a supply Voltage (VCC), a water pump control signal terminal, a power indication signal, and a Ground (GND), respectively.
VCC is electrically connected to a voltage input (VS) of the power management chip. The water pump control signal terminal is electrically connected with a second pin (pin2) of the MCU and an Electronic Control Unit (ECU) main Interface (IFMA) of the power management chip, respectively, so as to provide a water pump control signal. The power indication signal is electrically connected to a third pin (pin3) of the MCU and an input pin (INH) of the power management chip, respectively, to provide the power indication signal to wake up the power management chip. And the GND of the plug is electrically connected with the ground wire end (GND) of the MCU and the power management chip respectively. In addition, the MCU is electrically connected to a voltage signal terminal (VDD) of the power management chip, and a first pin (pin1) of the MCU is electrically connected to a sleep signal interface (RGS) of the power management chip to provide a sleep signal to the power management chip. It will be appreciated that the MCU and the power management chip may also include some other interface not shown.
As shown in fig. 2, the method of controlling the cooling water pump in one embodiment includes:
step 101: detecting, by the controller, an input signal, the input signal including at least one of a water pump control signal and a power indication signal;
step 102: and if the controller does not detect the input signal within a first preset time, closing an input/output interface of the controller.
It can be understood that, within a certain time, if a water pump control signal or a power supply indication signal is not detected, the MCU enters an idle state and closes part of peripheral devices and input/output Interfaces (IO), so that the control software of the cooling water pump enters a standby state, thereby reducing the standby energy consumption of the cooling water pump in a software level.
According to the invention, the input/output interface of the controller is closed under the condition that the input signal is not detected, so that the controller can be in a low power consumption state, and the standby energy consumption of the control system is reduced.
Optionally, after the input/output interface of the controller is closed, the method further includes:
when the input/output interface is in a closed state, a sleep signal is sent to the power management chip through the controller;
and controlling the power supply management chip to be in a dormant state, and cutting off a power supply signal of the cooling water pump through the power supply management chip.
The optional step can be understood as that, after the MCU is in the standby state and lasts for a certain period of time, the hardware structure of the control circuit controlling the cooling water pump enters the sleep state to reduce power consumption, specifically, the controller sends a sleep signal to the power management chip to control the power management chip to enter the sleep state, so as to reduce the power consumption of the hardware circuit. Specifically, under the condition that the pin1 of the MCU is electrically connected to the RGS of the power management chip, the power management chip may be controlled to enter the sleep state by pulling down the level of the first pin to send a sleep signal to the power management chip.
Optionally, after the power management chip cuts off the power signal of the cooling water pump, the method further includes:
and if the input signal is detected, starting an input/output interface of the controller, and controlling the power management chip to end the dormant state.
It can be understood that if the IFMA detects the water pump control signal or the INH detects the power indication signal, it indicates that the cooling water pump may need to be started, so as long as the input signal is detected, the MCU and the power management chip are controlled to end the standby state, and wake up the cooling water pump. Like this, when water pump control signal lacks, can also ensure to realize awaking cooling water pump through power indicator signal, make water pump work under emergency state.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a control apparatus of a cooling water pump, the cooling water pump including a controller including:
the detection module is used for detecting an input signal through the controller, wherein the input signal comprises at least one of a water pump control signal and a power supply indication signal;
and the closing module is used for closing the input/output interface of the controller if the controller does not detect the input signal within a first preset time length.
Optionally, the method further includes:
the sending module is used for sending a sleep signal to the power management chip through the controller when the input/output interface is in a closed state;
and the dormancy module is used for controlling the power management chip to be in a dormant state and cutting off a power signal of the cooling water pump through the power management chip.
Optionally, the controller includes a first pin electrically connected to a sleep signal interface of the power management chip, and the sleep module is specifically configured to: and pulling down the level of the first pin.
Optionally, the method further includes:
and the awakening module is used for starting an input/output interface of the controller and controlling the power management chip to end the dormant state if the input signal is detected.
The invention also provides electronic equipment which comprises a processor, a communication interface, a memory and a communication bus, wherein the processor and the communication interface are used for finishing mutual communication by the memory through the communication bus;
a memory for storing a computer program;
and a processor for implementing the steps of the method for controlling the cooling water pump as described above when executing the program stored in the memory.
The present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that the program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method for controlling a cooling water pump as set forth in any of the above.
Since the control device of the cooling water pump, the electronic device, and the computer-readable storage medium of this embodiment can implement all technical solutions implemented by the control method of the cooling water pump, at least all technical effects can be achieved, and details are not described here.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention.
