(6) The index gripper 8 is released and the translating gripper mechanism 5 drives the drill rod away from the drill rig until it is back directly above the jacking mechanism 2.
(7) The discharging driving device 204 drives the discharging plate 203 to extend, so that the side of the jacking frame 202 close to the rear end plate 103 of the box body 1 is higher. Thus, during the jacking process, the drill rods in the box body 1 cannot stay on the jacking frame 202. The jacking cylinder 201 drives the jacking frame 202 to extend upward to the uppermost position to catch the retrieved drill pipe.
(8) After the jacking frame 202 is in place, the stripper plate 203 is retracted and the jaws 504 release the drill rod.
(9) The jacking hydraulic cylinder 201 drives the jacking frame 202 to retract downwards, and when the bottom is the lowest, the drill rod falls back into the box body 1 along with the jacking rod frame.
The drill rod box and the drill rod conveying device are simple in structure, and the problem of conveying the drill rods is solved by using a plurality of translation mechanisms; the large-capacity loading of the drill rod is realized by a simple box body 1; an open box body 1 structure is adopted, and the middle part is not divided into columns and layers, so that the drill rod is very convenient to take and place; be equipped with the sensor that is used for responding to drilling rod joint, need not to distinguish when getting the putting drilling rod and connect the orientation, improved site operation efficiency.

By arranging the transposition clamp 8, the flexibility of the additional connection drill rod is improved, and the problem that the drill rod to be additionally connected needs to be placed in parallel with the horizontal drilling axis of the drilling machine is solved; the drill rod feeding device has the advantages that the drill rod feeding route is simplified, the adding and connecting actions are reduced, the adding and connecting efficiency is improved, the action execution precision is guaranteed, and the problems of complex drill rod feeding route, multiple adding and connecting actions and low efficiency are solved.
The automatic connecting device has a simple structure, can realize automatic assembly and disassembly of the drill rod without a conveying device such as a mechanical arm and the like, has low requirement on manufacturing precision and low manufacturing cost, is easy to realize structure matching with the traditional hydraulic drilling machine, and solves the problem that the existing automatic connecting device cannot be applied to the traditional hydraulic drilling machine.
