Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of coal mine drilling equipment. The invention belongs to the technical field of coal mine drilling equipment, and relates to an unordered stacked drill rod box for a coal mine drilling machine.
Background
The drill rod box is an auxiliary device for a coal mine drilling machine, and the function of the drill rod box is to provide drill rods required for drilling for the drilling machine. Because the space of the underground roadway is narrow, the size and the transportation problem of the whole machine need to be considered in the drill rod box, the size is usually small, only a small number of drill rods can be placed, and the number of the drill rods required by single drilling cannot be met. If the drill rod box is lengthened, more drill rods can be placed, but the drill rod box is too long to be transported in a roadway due to the limitation of roadway space.

The device has the advantages of large inclination angle adjusting range, accurate positioning, convenient installation and maintenance, strong pollution resistance, small size and the like.
There are still drawbacks:
(1) the inherent drill rod box of the drilling machine has limited capacity, only a plurality of drill rods can be installed at one time, and after the drill rods in the box are sequentially grabbed by the mechanical arm, the drill rods need to be frequently supplemented into the drill rod box manually.
(2) Because the drill rod box is very close to the manipulator, the potential safety hazard exists when the drilling machine is used for adding the drill rod into the drill rod box. Therefore, the machine must be stopped for addition, and the frequent stopping can influence the construction efficiency.

Further, the sliding block assembly comprises a mounting plate and a top plate; the mounting plate is connected with the guide rail in a sliding manner, is connected with the lifting oil cylinder and is driven by the lifting oil cylinder; the top plate is fixedly connected with the mounting plate, and one end of the top plate, which is close to the guide rail, is inclined downwards to set an angle.

The box body is also provided with an inclination adjusting oil cylinder 23, and one end of the rolling plate 26 far away from the lifting mechanism is rotatably connected with the box body; the tilt adjusting oil cylinder 23 is connected with the rolling plate 26 and drives the rolling plate 26 to rotate in the box body. Then, when the lifting cylinder 21 retracts, the sliding block assembly 24 is driven to slide upwards along the guide rail 22, the drill rods 3 are supported to rise to the highest point, and the width of the top plate 243 is set, so that the top plate 243 can only bear one drill rod 3, and the robot 1 beside waits for grabbing.
The rod unloading process: the inclination adjusting oil cylinder 23 extends out and pushes the rolling plate 26 to form a certain angle, after the mechanical arm 1 puts the drill rod 3 into the drill rod box 2, the drill rod 3 automatically rolls into the drill rod box 2 in sequence under the action of the inclined rolling plate 26, and the drill rod 3 is automatically recovered.
