The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by the specific implementation mode in combination with the attached drawings.
Example one
The embodiment provides a composite knitting method, which is used for producing a composite knitwear and is suitable for application scenes of adding a rubber mat on the knitwear to achieve the anti-skidding or reinforcing purpose.
Referring to fig. 1, the composite knitting method includes:
s10: and (3) knitting the yarn group and the glue thread group in a mixed manner to obtain the composite knitted main body.
In particular, the yarn set may comprise several textile yarns, the different types of textile yarns differing in some or all of their properties. Further, the characteristics of the textile yarn may be material, diameter, color, or the like. It is understood that different textile yarns can provide different air permeability, thickness, elasticity, color and the like, and the type and the number of the textile yarns can be selected independently according to requirements.
The glue line group can comprise a plurality of composite glue lines, and the partial or all characteristics of different composite glue lines are different. Further, the characteristics of the composite glue line can be elasticity, material, diameter or color. It can be understood that different compound glue lines can provide different support strength, toughness, thickness, elasticity, colors and the like, and the type and the number of the compound glue lines can be selected according to the requirements. Alternatively, the composite rubber thread may be made of rubber, silicone, latex, or the like.
It should be noted that in some other embodiments, the bra body is knitted by the yarn set, and then the cushion block assembly fixed on the bra body is knitted by the glue line set at the corresponding position. This is the knitting pattern of the bra body first and the pad assembly second. In this embodiment, the yarn set and the glue line set are used for weaving at the same time to obtain the sport bra provided by this embodiment. Specifically, the corresponding position of the bra main body is knitted by using the yarn group, and when the position corresponding to the cushion block component is reached, the rubber yarn group is used for knitting instead, and the mode is mixed knitting.
S20 hot pressing the composite knitted body so that the glue thread groups form a cushion assembly combined with the thread groups.
Specifically, S20 includes:
s201: carrying out hot pressing on the composite knitted main body, wherein the hot pressing temperature is not less than the melting point of the glue line group;
s202: and cooling the glue thread group to solidify the cushion block assembly combined with the thread group. In this embodiment, the cooling treatment may be natural cooling treatment or air cooling treatment.
It can be understood that the composite knitted main body is formed by knitting the yarn group and the glue line group in a mixed manner, so that the yarn group and the glue line group are mutually staggered, the glue line group can be melted by carrying out hot pressing at a temperature higher than the melting point of the glue line group, and the melted glue line group fully covers the yarn group on the periphery of the glue line group. After the glue line group is cooled and solidified, a cushion block component which is fully combined with the yarn knitting main body knitted by the yarn line group is formed.
It should be noted that the cushion block assembly includes a plurality of composite cushion blocks, and the position, thickness, elasticity, toughness, size or material of different composite cushion blocks are different. Furthermore, each composite cushion block can be formed by weaving one composite rubber thread or a plurality of composite rubber threads in a mixed mode. In step S10, different types of composite rubber threads are used to weave at different positions, and the characteristics of the composite pads obtained after hot pressing are different. For example, a thick composite rubber thread is used for weaving, and the thickness of the obtained composite cushion block is thick after hot pressing and cooling; or the composite rubber threads with better elasticity are used for weaving, and the elasticity of the composite cushion block obtained after hot pressing and cooling is better.
The traditional colloid cushion block is generally manufactured by adopting an injection molding process, a mold is required to be manufactured, the manufacturing cost of the mold is high, the production cost is greatly increased, the shape of the colloid cushion block is fixed after the mold is manufactured and formed, and the shape of the colloid cushion block cannot be changed unless the mold is opened again. In this embodiment, the shape of the pad assembly is determined by the knitting path of the glue line group, that is, the shape of the pattern obtained by knitting the glue line group can be changed by only changing the knitting path of the glue line group, and the shape of the pad assembly obtained after hot pressing is changed accordingly.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the computer flat knitting machine is used to perform mixed knitting of the yarn group and the glue line group, and the position, the shape, the structure and the like of the pad assembly can be changed by only changing the knitting path of the glue line group on the computer flat knitting machine.
Further, traditional colloid cushion and yarn knitting main part are mutual independent production, then put the colloid cushion and carry out the hot pressing again on yarn knitting main part surface, lack the position constraint between colloid cushion and the yarn knitting main part, and the positioning accuracy of colloid cushion is lower, especially when carrying out the hot pressing in narrow and small position department, the colloid cushion overflows from the edge of yarn knitting main part because of moving the position easily when causing the hot pressing, finally obtains the defective products of "glue overflow". In the embodiment, the position of the rubber wire group can be accurately controlled by knitting equipment such as a computer flat knitting machine, and the stranded wire group and the yarn group are mutually interwoven without displacement, so that the position precision of the cushion block assembly obtained after hot pressing is greatly improved, the phenomenon of glue overflow is avoided during hot pressing, and the composite cushion block can be favorably arranged at a narrow position.
In the composite knitting method provided by the embodiment, the yarn group and the glue line group are mutually staggered through mixed knitting, so that the glue line group can penetrate into the gap of the yarn group, and the glue line group can comprehensively coat the peripheral yarn group during hot pressing, so that the contact area between the cushion block assembly obtained by cooling and molding the glue line group and the yarn knitting main body formed by knitting the yarn group is favorably increased, the binding force between the cushion block assembly and the yarn knitting main body is finally effectively improved, and the degumming phenomenon is reduced.
