Claims (9)
1. A preparation method of anti-pilling high-quality cashmere yarns is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
a, averagely dividing original cashmere fibers with the average length of 15-40mm into three parts, namely cashmere A1, cashmere A2 and cashmere A3;
b, carding the cashmere A1, the cashmere A2 and the cashmere A3 respectively, wherein short fibers with the length within 1mm are removed from the cashmere A1 to obtain cashmere B1; removing short fibers with the length within 10mm from cashmere A2 to obtain cashmere B2; removing short fibers with the length within 25mm from cashmere A3 to obtain cashmere B3;
wherein carding machine that carding treatment adopted, including casing (1), be equipped with conveying belt (21), cylinder (22) and doffer (23) in casing (1) in proper order, its characterized in that: a conveying structure (3) consisting of a plurality of conveying rollers (31) is arranged above the cylinder (22), a carding belt (32) is covered on the conveying structure (3), carding teeth (33) are uniformly arranged on the carding belt (32), and a suction device (4) is arranged above the conveying structure (3); an adsorption piece (5) is arranged below the cylinder (22) and between the material conveying belt (21) and the cylinder (22), the adsorption piece (5) is rotatably connected with the shell (1) through a fixed shaft (51), a magnetic adsorption block (52) is arranged in the adsorption piece (5), one end of the adsorption piece (5) is provided with a cleaning head (53) matched with the material conveying belt (21) for cleaning, the other end of the adsorption piece (5) is provided with a balancing weight (55), and a pushing device (6) is arranged below the adsorption piece (5);

step D, soaking cashmere B2, cashmere B3 and acrylic fibers in a mixed solution of an antistatic agent and an anti-pilling agent to obtain cashmere D2, cashmere D3 and acrylic fibers D4;
e, mutually twisting cashmere D2 and cashmere D3 to obtain a yarn E1; mutually twisting cashmere C1 and acrylic fibers D4 to form a yarn E2;
step F, softening the yarn E2, and soaking the yarn E2 in a protective solution to form a protective film on the surface of the yarn E2 to obtain a yarn F;
step G, coating the yarn E1 on the surface of the yarn F to obtain a yarn G;
and h, performing antibacterial treatment on the yarn G to form a porous antibacterial film on the surface of the yarn G to obtain a finished product.
2. The method for preparing anti-pilling high-quality cashmere yarn according to claim 1, characterized in that: in the step E, the twist of the yarn E1 is 450-650T/m, and the twist direction is Z twist; the yarn E2 has a twist of 300-450T/m and a twist direction of S twist.
